The girls were excited to go for a walk this morning! It was a gorgeous day so far, so we took a nice long walk. Not long after we started they both saw something under a car parked in a driveway. It was a bunny! They wanted to chase after it! Once they couldn't see it anymore, they settled down and continued on their walk. We took a nice shady route today. Miss Maggie found a nice spot and decided to plop down in the grass under a tree. I guess she decided she was done walking, because she wouldn't budge! After a little bit I got her up and she came along with us. We made our way home and they had some breakfast and cooled off in the a/c. This afternoon the girls went out and played in the backyard. Moe laid in the grass right away and started sunning herself! She kept rotating to get the different sides. Maggie found a rawhide and I watched her as she "buried" it! She does the same thing my dog does. She pawed at the ground for a second, then used her nose to push the rawhide down as far as she could. Then, she used her nose to try and push grass over it to cover it up! Moe walked over by it at one point and Maggie had to run over and make sure she didn't get it! Moe eventually moved under the porch to lay down while Maggie explored around the yard.
"I'm not moving an inch!"
