Oreo & Stuffs

Oreo wasn't waiting by the door for me today. But, as I made my way inside I noticed he was making his way downstairs to see me! He followed me into the kitchen and started rolling around right away. I saw the kiddos had been playful after I left yesterday. They had a couple toys out from their basket in the middle of the living room. Today I quickly got them fresh food and water, then cleaned their box. I went around to see where Stuffs was next. I found him sitting quietly upstairs, where it was warm and sunny. I gave him a few chin scratches. Soon Oreo came up to join us. Eventually Stuffs made his way downstairs and Oreo got all my attention. He laid next to me and made his "kitty biscuits" against my arm. I got his attention when I made my squeaky bird sounds. His eyes got as wide as saucers! That even got Stuffs to come running in by us. They both stayed by me and got some more love until they got bored with me. Haha!

Jerrie & Kimmie

Today Kimmie was sitting in the entryway, ready to say hi. She followed me around as I filled their food and water dishes. I said hi to mom and she is doing well. After I finished cleaning their boxes, I went to their room to say hi. Jerrie was up on his perch, sunning himself. He hopped down as soon as he saw me, and was happy to get his brushing. He purred away and gently rubbed his face on the bristles. Kimmie had wandered off elsewhere. After awhile I called her and she came to see what I wanted. Seeing the brush in my hand, she kept her distance! Haha! She went and hid behind the curtains to get herself some sunshine in the window. Jerrie thought that was a good idea and went to sit in the other window sill. Kimmie had fun with me, sticking her paws out under the curtain to try and catch my fingers. I sure missed my Jer-Bear and Kimmie-kins! :-)
