Shelby, Bitty, Spirit and Baby

Sprit was in a lively mood when I arrived this evening! He was very excited to see me and followed me around the house! I could see Shelby hanging at the front door, anxious to come inside! She was also in a happy mood; she was wagging her tail and turning around in circles! She enjoyed some food while I went to visit Baby! I found the yogurt treat cup and lid by the door when I walked in, which might explain the extra-happy Spirit! I filled Baby's food dish, gave him a little extra hay and a fresh bottle of water! Bitty came in to say hello to Baby too! Back out in the living room, Spirit was lounging on the carpet. He looked so content and stayed while I snapped a picture of the handsome, little kitty cat! On my way in from turning off the sprinklers, I said hello to the little, orange cat too!

Auggie and Pattie

As I came in this morning, I could hear the bell on Pattie disappear up the stairs! I said hello to Auggie, who was sprawled out on the floor in the bedroom! He let me pet him and we enjoyed laying on the cushy carpet together! Auggie was so cute, I took a picture of him! I then went back out to try and say hello to Pattie. She was upstairs and as soon as I got over to the other side of the couch, she booked it down the stairs; there's always tomorrow! I thought I could get Pattie to come down if she heard the wet food bowls, but that didn't draw her out either! I went back to pet Auggie and enjoyed listening to him purr! See you two tomorrow!!

Shelby, Bitty, Spirit and Baby

Shelby said hello to me as I walked through the door this morning! She turned around and around and then laid down, rolled on her back and began her happy bark! All the excitement brought Bitty and Spirit out of their beds! I gave Shelby some scratches and then asked her if she wanted a treat; she got right up and went into the kitchen. She sat so pretty for her treat, I just had to take a picture! After her eggs and bacon treats, it was outside to say hello to the little, orange kitty! She pranced around her trail next to the fence as the sprinklers watered the new grass. I went back inside to say good morning to Baby. He was taking a drink when I walked in the room. Baby turned around and got up on his hind legs to say hello!

Sammy, Gracie, Molly, Couper & Roly Poly

Roly Poly and Couper met me at the front door this morning. I hadn't met Roly Poly before, but she sure loved me up! I no more than walked in the door and noticed there was white stuffing from a toy strewn all over the house! I picked that up and cleaned up a couple accidents too. There was only one pee spot, so that's good! Roly Poly and Couper were busy wrestling around behind me while I cleaned up. Roly Poly kept coming into my lap to snuggle. She's a sweetheart! Couper did too, when she wasn't busy chewing on Roly's ears! We went outside to see what the other little rascals were up to. Sammy and Molly came right up to say hi, and Gracie did after a couple barks. Molly hung out with me for some attention. Couper was zooming around the yard, back and forth having a blast! Then she decided to get Molly involved. They chased each other around and around. Soon after, everybody was in on the fun! Sammy stopped to check out the vacuum noises coming from the neighbor's house and let out a couple barks. They all took turns coming to get pet in between their goofing around. When it was time to go, I got them their cookies. There weren't enough big ones for the big pups, so they each got half plus a small cookie too.
Oh yea, that's the spot!
Ugh, I'm tired from all this playing!

Dakota & Benny

Monday was a pretty quiet day for us. It was a pretty warm day out, but we still got in our long walk. A lot of Benny's friends weren't outside, so he kept getting excited, then paused to listen for them. Kota was busy picking up all kinds of things! I had to take some sort of chicken bone away from her. She's so sneaky!

Today was another gorgeous day outside! We took a nice long walk to enjoy it. Benny ran his laps around the house today while I got Kota out. He was getting all his doggy friends excited before we even got up to their houses! He started hopping around and barking so they could hear him. And when he heard them, he got more and more anxious to get closer! Kota joined in for a little bit too. She found all kinds of interesting things today. She chased after a butterfly, stopped and watched a big beetle cross the sidewalk, and hopped around after a cricket. They both even spotted a big grey kitty, and boy did they want to play with it! The kitty knew they couldn't come close, so it took its time to hop up and over the fence. Benny was pretty pooped from all the excitement today. He laid down to rest while Kota had a little lunch.
