Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Stuffy was sitting right by the door when I walked in. Oreo was making his way in through the dining room. I said hi to the boys for a minute, then went to get their dinners ready. Oreo made sure to help, like usual. Stuffy waited in the living room by the couch. After I took care of their things quick, I went to go visit with them. Oreo came and loved on me right away. He rubbed his face in my hand and loved up all his chin scratches. Stuffy said hi for a minute, then sat off in the distance. Oreo took a break to snack, then sat by the windows. After a little while, he came back to snuggle up by me for more pets.

Eddie & Butler

Today I let the boys out and Butler did a big stretch. I went outside with them today, since it was too nice to stay in! They picked out their spots on the patio and crashed for quite awhile. It sure was gorgeous out! Later on, I heard the neighbor dog at the fence. They heard him too, and immediately got up to run over there. When it was time, the boys ventured in on their own and went right to their beds again. Butler is doing awesome! I wonder what he was being so goofy about before.

Winston

Today I got Winston ready to go and we made our way outside. Right away, I heard a little "grrr" from behind us. It was his Corgi friend saying hi! That got Winston all talkative as well. We moved on and continued our walk. Some people caught Winston's attention today and he kept spinning around to watch them as we went on our way. We saw a couple other dogs out walking their people as well. When we got back home, Winston was ready to play! We played a little fetch with his nylabone first. Then, he wanted to chew on that a bit. Later, he wanted to play tug with his little doggie.

Oscar

Today I walked in and saw Oscar was just doing a big stretch as he got off the couch. He came to meet me at the edge of the living room before we headed outside. Oscar went and lounged in the grass awhile. I noticed there was a cow right by the fence today. He appeared to be just standing there watching us. After Oscar moved spots, he seemed to be watching the cow as well. After awhile, Oscar got up and went over to the fence to say hi! That was funny. He came back for some pets later on and barked at me that he was ready to play. I told him to pick out a toy and he went and got his big ball. We played with that, but it was short lived. Just isn't the same as his frisbee! Haha. When we went in I saw he had some new treats. He was happy about that too! He went through a bunch of his tricks for me for pieces of his snack.

Daisy & Sophie

Today I saw Daisy sitting on the counter when I arrived. She sat and looked at me for a bit, while I grabbed her dishes. I got her some food, which she took a little bit to decide to come down and eat. Eventually, she did, and worked on that while I went to check on Sophie. She wasn't out there today, so she must have been out exploring. It was a beautiful day outside already! After Daisy had some time to settle, I delivered her other bowls of food. She went to check the next one out, while I went to feed the fish.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy hopped down from her chair with a meow and followed me to their room. Sadi was just hanging out in the food room. I got her nose cleaned up and gave her her medicine. Stormy followed us to the kitchen when it was time for the liquid meds. She tried to run when it was her turn. Haha! She then waited safely in the living room for me to get their food ready. I scooped boxes while they ate and changed out the pads. I put Sadi in one a few times today. I sat and pet her in her room for awhile and she purred away.

Rusty & Ruby

This morning I let little Ranger out right away. He wandered around outside, while I went in to get Ruby. Those two came out and did their business. Ranger stood by me and wiggled his heiny for some pets. He sure is a cute little stinker! Ruby and Rusty went in for breakfast. Then, the boys both got their medicine. The pups spent more time outside, while I took care of the turtles and visited with Salem. Soon, it was Charlie's turn to come out. I fed all those pups and got them fresh water. Charlie and I played for awhile. This afternoon I let Ranger out, then went inside to get the other two. Ruby came out and took a little convincing to do her business. She kept getting excited when she heard the other girls barking. Then, she would race around the yard until I told her she needed to go potty. Ranger sat by me for some attention. After Ruby did her business, and they got some time to play, I let Charlie out for his turn. He and I chased around again, so he could burn off some energy. This evening Ranger came out while I fed Rusty and Ruby their dinners. They came outside once they finished, to get their potty breaks in and have a little play time. Ranger seems to be feeling a little better already. He was busy zooming around and trying to chase big Rusty around. I kept a close eye to make sure they didn't get too rowdy. Rusty and I got a little fetch time in this evening, before I sent them back inside. Charlie got to come out to play for awhile next. I fed all four outside kiddos, and the ones in the pasture as well. Charlie had fun racing around the yard with me for awhile again this evening. He sure has lots of energy!
