Maycie & Luke

This morning Maycie and Luke hurried to eat their breakfast so we could go out and play! I had put Luke's ball away in the cupboard last night so he wasn't getting water everywhere after dunking it in his bowl. He knew right where it was! Instead of waiting by the door with Maycie, he made sure I got his ball down first. Maycie did some sniffing around by the shed this morning. She rolled around in the grass a bunch and even did her little army crawl! Tonight when I let them out it had just started to rain. They didn't seem to mind! Luke and I played fetch as usual. Maycie helped him and chased around for the ball too. I found her a little stick that I threw. She had stolen his ball and tried to get both in her mouth at the same time! Eventually Luke got the stick and chewed it into little pieces as quickly as he could. He was happy as long as he had something!

Gracie & Jack

Gracie and Jack met me at the door this afternoon. Gracie stood against my leg and gave me lots of kisses! I let them go potty quick before I fed them their supper. I read the note about Jack's glyco flex chews. Gracie was a good girl and ate all her supper right away for me! When they were finished we went in the living room to play and give them some attention. Gracie came over to me and rolled over for a belly rub! I went by Jack to pet him too, and Gracie brought over her little sheep for me! She was getting so excited to play with me that she started to zoom all around the living room! I started to pet Jack and found out he likes his ears rubbed. He started to lean into my hand and make little sounds like "Oooh that feels good!". I let them stay out for awhile later this evening. When I came back later to let them in again, they were both waiting for me on the patio. Gracie was so excited again and began to run around. I was sitting by Jack behind the couch and she ran right up to the top and looked down at me! She got her little sheep again, so I tossed that for her a little. She eventually curled up on the top of the couch with her sheep and looked so comfy. Jack wandered off and laid in the dining room before I left.
