Sadie & Cole

Tonight Sadie met me in the laundry room to say hi. I let her outside quick and called for Cole. Since he didn't come out, I went to the bedroom to check for him. He must have been napping! He did a big stretch on the bed, then waited for me to help him down. He came outside as well and did his business quick. The pups came back inside to eat their dinner. They went out for one last potty break before bedtime. Since they were ready to come in, we spent the last bit for attention. Sadie sat and gave me kisses while I pet her. Cole came in and did his happy little dance in the kitchen as well. When it was time, I got Sadie's peanut butter snack ready and tucked them in for the night.

Oreo & Stuffs

Today Oreo came and met me in the kitchen, as usual. He waited patiently for his food, then went to work. I took a peek up the stairs to see if Stuffy was there, and again in the bedroom. Nope! I cleaned their box, then went to meet Oreo in the living room. Meanwhile, I called for Stuffy to come join us. Oreo laid right up next to me by the fireplace. He sprawled out and would stretch his legs out as I pet him. He enjoyed some attention, then I went to go see what Stuffy was up to. I went upstairs first, since that's usually where he is if I can't find him. No Stuffy up there either! Next, I went to check the closet to see if he was hanging out in there. He must have heard me coming, because I saw him peeking out at me! Haha. He followed me out and we all went back to the living room to snuggle up to the cozy fire.

Winston

Winston was nakey today when I came in! Haha! I let him out, then he followed me to go grab his harness. He waited patiently while I put it on him, then we wandered outside. It wasn't quite as cold out today, so we spent more time walking around. Winston had his sniffer going, checking out different things. He did his business, then we continued to explore for awhile. When we got back home, Winston made sure to do some zooms around the house. When he settled, he was ready to play. We first had a game of tug with his rope. Then, we played with his blue squeaky toy. He sure didn't want me to touch that one! He was very quick to jerk it away when I'd reach for it. "Mine!" Haha. Then, he decided he did want me to play more tug. Silly boy!

Eddie & Butler

Today I let the boys out and Butler got his spray quick. They ran outside to play. It wasn't raining today, so they spent a bit more time outside. Eddie wandered in for his heiny scratches of course! Butler was too busy talking to the neighbor dog through the fence and bouncing around. He makes me laugh when he springs up like that! The boys had fun outside until it was time to come in. Good thing Butler didn't come visit inside for awhile, cause his paws were quite dirty!

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar was right at the door, as usual! He did his little happy dance as I came in and said hi. We wandered outside and he stayed by me for some more pets, burying his head in my lap as I scratched his back for him. Oscar wandered off after a little bit and found a nice spot to lounge in the grass. It was another cooler afternoon, but comfortable enough for him to stay out. He went from one end of the yard to the other, checking out different noises he'd heard today. Later, he found another spot to just relax. When it was time, we headed inside for his treat.

Rusty & Ruby

This morning I let the ladies out for their potty break, while I got breakfast ready for them. I brought it out and the white girl, whom I've been calling Penny, came to eat. Gertie was still not up there, so I went to see what she was up to. She was out in the yard, running and jumping while tossing her head around, holding onto her favorite tennis ball! She's so funny. She saw me and came to eat as well. The boys came out and polished off their bowls quickly. They were running around in the yard, causing mischief like boys do. Haha! They were messing around with that green flower pot this morning. I went over to stop them, since telling them no and making sounds wasn't enough. By the time i got there, Ranger had picked it up and took off running, with Charlie in tow! Haha. Little stinkers. They broke pieces off and were starting to chew on them, so I chased them down to confiscate them. This afternoon was pretty quiet. I had Rusty and Ruby come outside, while I went to get the girls. Ruby did her business pretty quick today, then they all were busy exploring about the yard. Those four went in, then the silly boys came out for their turn. They were busy sniffing around a lot today as well. When they weren't doing that, they were chasing the ball and each other around.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Sadi was sitting next to her bed when I came in. I cleaned things up quick, then set her on the counter for her medicine. She was a squirmy one today! She kept trying to turn around and walk away from me. Haha. I got her nose cleaned up, gave her liquid meds, then set her back in her room. I got their food ready and brought it in for her. I still hadn't see Stormy this morning. Usually she is out when it's time to eat! I peeked under the bed and found her there. Sadi nibbled a little, then she curled up in her bed. I took her out to pet her and give her some chin scratches. By the time we were done with that, she ate some more food for me. I took Stormy out from under the bed to give her medicine this morning.  Once I set her on the counter, I noticed her leg wasn't feeling too nice. Poor girlie!
