Oreo & Stuffs

Today Oreo was running to the front door to see me! Stuffs was sitting on my way to the kitchen as well. Both boy were waiting for their dinner tonight. Oreo sat and waited right by me. After I finished cleaning their box, both boys were waiting in the living room for me. Oreo was thoroughly enjoying his attention time. Stuffs sat with us for awhile, then he took off to eat. Oreo laid with me for a bit, getting his chin scratched. Suddenly, he jumped up and was sitting at the window, watching his birdies. Later, I walked around to find Stuffs. He was doing the same thing. He was watching the birds too, but in the kitchen area!

Katy & Sage

Today Katy was snoozing in her house when I got there. Sage was already bouncing around and knew I was coming. My tape job held up so far and the misters were still working. I decided to turn the water back up just a touch so they would have a little more cooling action. I let Katy run around for a bit. She came in by me while I filled her bucket with fresh water. She laid her head against my leg so I'd pet her. Such a sweetie! Sage was still bouncing around excitedly. She took a few dips in her bucket while she waited. Katy got her eye cleaned out, then went to sit and wait for her dinner. It was Sage's turn again. She zoomed around and found some more birds to mess with. She was panting so hard already and kept tossing me her kong. I certainly didn't want to push it, so we held off on our game for today. She hopped in the fresh water right away, then waited for her dinner.

Sadi & Stormy

Stormy was ready to come see me when I walked in today. She was walking around the kitchen, rubbing up against my legs and the nearby cupboards. I gave Stormy her medicine. She followed me to their room and started eating, while I changed out their litter box. I checked under the bed and didn't see Sadi. So, she must be out on the porch. She was sleeping away, all curled up in the corner in the shade. It was a nice cool spot. I took her in for her medicine. She was pretty crusty today so I squirted some saline in her nose to help get some of that out. It did the trick. She's been doing pretty well with her nose. I set her down and she took a couple quick bites, then wandered to the living room. Stormy wandered by while Sadi was getting her attention. I got her to stop and sniff at the leopard mouse. She sure likes the blue and red one better! We had fun with that again today. She kept pretending like she wasn't interested, then would have a crazy spurt!
