Suzie, Katie & Blackie

This morning after a couple barks when I first got in, both girls ran up to me and sat with me while we waited for Blackie to finish his breakfast. It was Suzie that snuggled up with me the longest! They both started getting excited right away as I walked into the living room. Even Blackie was all worked up, happily barking and hopping around! I hooked the ladies up and we went for a nice walk this morning. Blackie was sitting in the window, waiting for us to come home. I felt bad that he couldn't come along. :( Everyone piled up on the couch with me when we got back inside. Blackie, of course, was first up there to wait for me to sit and cuddle up with me! The girls were perfectly quiet as I left this morning again. Katie followed me to the back room to get working on her breakfast. This evening only a couple barks again and I was greeted with wagging tails in the kitchen! The bark time when I arrive is gradually getting shorter and shorter. After Blackie finished I took the girls for another walk. They can hardly stand to wait for me to get their leashes on. Tonight Blackie went outside and I heard he was barking as we were leaving. He was happy to see us back. He ran and hopped on the couch to get ready for snuggle time with me! The girls had wandered off to bed, so he got one on one attention for awhile. Before I left I got everyone a treat and they were all perfectly quiet as I left!

Jerrie & Kimmie

Today the kitties were both basking in the sunlight when I arrived. They both looked over at me and waited for me to come pet them! I visited with them a little, then tended to their things. I came back with the brush, so Jerrie climbed down by me right away. He enjoyed a really long brushing while Kimmie wandered around, occasionally rubbing up against me. She would hop from the window, to the middle tier, to the chest and back again! She sat in the chair for awhile and would peek out at me whenever I'd tap on the back of it.

Toby, Tyson & Morgan

This morning Tyson met me at the door and meowed hello. Tobymeister was curled up on the blanket on the couch. I rubbed his belly for a minute while he woke up a little. He went to do his business out back while I cleaned the litter boxes and filled the food dishes. He came in and worked on his breakfast. Tyson hopped up and got his drink from the faucet. After Toby finished, we decided to go for a walk. The yorkie across the street came over and followed us a little ways until I realised it! Then we stopped and the pups said hi to each other until his mom came and collected him. Then, we went back on our way. This afternoon Toby was wandering around in the living room when I came in. Morgan decided to come out and say hi this time too! I got Toby's leash and we went for another long walk. When we got home, he spent the rest of the time playing and exploring in the backyard.
