Oreo & Stuffs

Today I came in and started to get the boy's snacks ready. No Oreo anywhere to come see me. When I finished, I checked the bedroom to see if anyone was in there. That explains it! They were too busy being sweet and snuggling! Aww. Haha. I said hi to them for a bit. Oreo made his way down and went to wait for me in the living room. He was all about his pamper session for today! He sprawled out on the floor and purred away as he was brushed and got his chin scratches. I think he would've laid there all day today. I had to take a break to go give Stuffy some attention too. He was still hanging out on the bench in the bedroom. He, too, enjoyed some attention. Merry Christmas!!

Ranger & Cleo

This morning the pups were romping around outside when I pulled up. They ran over to the gate to wait for me. Cleo made sure she didn't get too close this morning. I came in and they were bouncing around all excited! We said hi, then I went to get them their breakfast. It was a bit chilly this morning, so the goats were all huddled inside their shed. They came out to visit me by the gate for a bit. I got the pups a Christmas morning cookie. Then, we went to check their water. They would each walk on either side of me along the way. They're so funny! After we got their water filled, Ranger kept trying to wrestle around with Cleo. They were having some fun today. This afternoon turned out to be quite beautiful out. When I pulled up, the pups were in the front yard playing again. They waited for me to come in, then were excited to say hi! Cleo rolled around at my feet for some tummy rubs. We went to their spot to go get their dinners. The goats were all huddled in the shed again, since it was so windy out. They started gabbing away when they heard me inside. Cleo didn't quite finish all her dinner for me, but the pups ate well for the most part. We went outside to play a bit. I grabbed the green rope toy and Ranger and I played a game of tug. We never got to play long, because Cleo would soon try to jump on his back and tackle him, which led to them wrestling around awhile. We had fun anyways! I got them their cookies and made sure they all had plenty of water before I left. Merry Christmas!!

Shadow

This morning, Shadow was right at the door to come see me. He brushed up against my leg, while I got him some breakfast. He had finished pretty much all of his canned food for me last night. Good boy! Today, he worked on eating while I checked his box. He was waiting for me in the living room already, by the time I had finished. He snuggled up close to me for some attention, purring away loudly. He got his share of pets this morning, left me to go snack quick, then went to go look out his front window again. This evening, Shadow came running from the hallway when I walked in. He met me in the kitchen and followed to the pantry to get out his snacks and pick out some food. He had eaten very well again while I was gone today. Shadow snacked on dinner while I took care of my duties. He was sitting by the couch, patiently waiting for me when I returned. Shadow crawled right in my lap and wanted some attention. He got his pets and chin scratches for quite awhile. Next, he hopped on the couch behind me and sat on my shoulder a bit. Soon, he went to go eat some more and wandered off to go lounge.

Pokey

This morning, Pokey was right by the door to wish me a Merry Christmas! He was bouncing around excitedly. We made our way to the door and he headed outside. His neighbor pals were out this morning and they greeted each other at the fence. Pokey did some exploring around the yard as well. At lunch time, Pokey was right at the door to greet me again. He said hi, then I let him out back to play awhile. It was nice out now. He spent awhile out there, then lined up at the door to come in. He snacked on his food a bit for me. After that, we sat in his chair and he got some pets. We chased around the house a little as well, when he ran to grab his raccoon toy. This evening, Pokey was at the back door, barking through the shades. I walked up and let him outside, then looked around to see what his deal was. He was all excited, because not only were his neighbor dog friends out, but so were a bunch of kids! They were all running around and chasing and having a blast. Pokey was at the fence, racing laps with them! He was having fun too. It wasn't until they went inside, that he was finally ready to go in as well. He didn't want to miss any action! Haha.

Gracie, Molly, Emma & the kitties

This morning, the older gals popped right up and were ready to go out. While they were busy, I let miss Gracie out of her bed. She helped me get breakfast ready, then we sat in the dining room and she got her attention. It was a bit too chilly out for me for a morning stroll. Haha. Gracie took a quick break, then came in and they ate breakfast for me. Miss Molly only took a few bites. She was quite chipper this morning, and came over for some pets. I let all three out for another potty break, then they all got some cookies! Merry Christmas! This afternoon it was really nice outside. I let Gracie go out first. When she was ready, the other two were at the door waiting for their turn! They spent awhile lounging out back, enjoying the beautiful day. Gracie and I visited inside and she ran to get her penguin toy. We played with that until it was time for the girls to come in. This evening, Gracie went out while I got dinner ready. Molly and Emma were still snoozing. When Gracie came back inside, Emma emerged from the bedroom. All the pups ate dinner quick, even Molly too! The older gals went out for awhile after dinner. Miss Gracie got another potty break before bed. I didn't see much of the kitties this evening.

Bella & Chico

This morning I let the pups out for their potty break. It was quite chilly out today, with even some frost on the grass. Bella and Chico did their thing, then came in for some breakfast. Miss Bella was very excited to see me. After they ate a little, I got them each a rawhide to work on for Christmas morning! This afternoon it had warmed up quite a bit. I let the kiddos out and they zoomed outside. They spent quite awhile roaming around out there, since it was so warm. Eventually, they wandered in and wanted some attention. When it was time, I got them their peanut butter snacks for the afternoon. This evening, Chico and Bella raced to the door. They went out and pottied, then came inside and worked on dinner for me. It was still quite comfortable out, so they went out back again to play. I had to go round up miss Bella when it was time to come in. I couldn't even see her in the dark, but I could hear her running for me! Haha.
