Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let Eddie out and he ran right for his Kong toy. He was carrying that around and rrr'rrr- ing, while I let Butler out. Butler came out and got his medicine applied. The boys goofed around inside for a few minutes, then wandered out. They did some sunbathing for awhile today. After that, they went in to cool down and relax. Eddie had sprawled out on the tile, and Butler found a spot by the front door. When it was time, Butler was being silly today. He rolled over and didn't want to go. It didn't take long though, then he went in his bed like a good boy.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon Rusty was already getting down from his chair when I walked in. I let Ruby out and they both ran for the back door. We headed outside for awhile. Today, Ruby did her business right away without me asking her to. She then found a cozy spot in the grass to sunbathe. Rusty joined her too. Soon, Ruby got hot and wandered in. Rusty stayed out for awhile longer. He actually got a couple throws in today! After just those few, he was done though. Too hot! He headed inside too, and they both lounged on the couch.

Winston

This afternoon I got Winston hooked up and we headed outside. We walked around a little bit, then he did his business. There was a little more of a breeze this afternoon, so we got a little longer walk in today than yesterday. By the time we got a bag to pick up, he had to go again! Guess he was stocking up. Haha! We headed back when he was ready, to go cool off. He did his silly thing again, scooting around on his front end on the floor. He makes me laugh! Once I got his harness off, Winston went racing and jumping around on the couches. He grabbed his blue ball when he settled, wanting to play. He would have it in his mouth and would bark at me, which made sound funny! Next, he grabbed his nylabone and wanted to play tug with that. I tried, but "Ouch"! Haha. We got a few throws in instead.

Oscar

Today Oscar was at the door waiting for me. When we walked towards the living room, he quickly picked up his little squirrel toy and started shaking it around. I guess he was ready to play! We did a short game of tug, until he was ready to go out. Once outside, Oscar found a nice sunny spot to relax. Yet another hot day out, it didn't take long for him to look for shade. He went and lounged in the landscaping for awhile. I got him some fresh water outside and he came running over to drink from the hose. When he was ready, we went in to cool off and play a bit. He sprawled out on his ottoman. After some coaxing with a couple different toys, he finally hopped down to play a bit. Before I left, he did his tricks for me. Such a good boy!
