Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Oreo met me in the kitchen. He sat and stared at me while I got their yummy snacks. He started to eat, so I went to clean their box. When I walked back through, I saw Stuffy had joined him. The boys followed me to our spot in the living room. They laid down on either side of me for some attention. Oreo was running his face in my hand and on my ankle, purring away. Stuffy moved just out of reach and was content just sitting nearby. Oreo eventually wandered back to the kitchen to snack some more. So, I moved closer to Stuffy to pet him some more. He rolled to his side for some belly rubs.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon I let miss Ruby out when I arrived. I called for Rusty a few times, then he finally came out to see me. They waited at the back door to head outside. Ruby wandered out and did one of her duties, then tried to go back inside. I called her out again and walked out with her so she would finish. She did, then decided to lay out in the grass for awhile. Rusty was over by the fence, checking things out and nibbling on some grass. Ruby came to sit with me for a little while for some heiny scratches, before she eventually went back inside. Rusty had fun rolling around in the grass a bit too.

Winston

This afternoon I got Winston leashed up as he was doing his stretches by the door. Haha. We headed outside and went for a nice walk. It was another beautiful day! We wandered all over the place. He had his sniffer busy, checking out trees, flowers, and interesting spots in the grass. Eventually, we headed back home. As soon as Winston got his harness off, he was bouncing around, ready to play. He grabbed his green bone and we played tug for a little bit. I tried to get him interested in his rope, but he just wanted his fun green bone! After a little while, Winston went to grab his little nylabone to snuggle up next to me and work on that. He was all excited when it was treat time!

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let Eddie out and got Butler to come out by me. I sprayed all his areas with his medicine, then they wandered outside. They sat by me to say hi and give me some kisses. It didn't take long for them to scope out some spots on the patio to lounge around and soak up some sun. Eddie would wander in to get a drink, then he'd come out and Butler would go in a few minutes later. When it was time to head in, Butler was already cooling off on the ottoman. The boys got their snacks before it was time to go back to their beds.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy came in the living room and started gabbing away. I went out to water plants, then took her to get her medicine quick. She was busy rubbing up against my legs while I got their food ready. Sadi was sitting in their food room, so I got her cleaned up and gave her her meds right away as well. She got to eat afterwards, so Stormy wouldn't eat it all! Haha. Stormy had finished off her portion, so she came to visit me while we waited for Sadi. When she was done, the girls and I went to our spot for a little bit. Sadi got brushed, while Stormy was busy playing with her string. This evening Sadi was sleeping soundly in her bed. I woke her up, cleaned her nosey, then gave her her evening meds. I tucked her back in bed when she was done. As I was leaving, Stormy poked her head out from under the tablecloth and meowed at me. I gave her a few chin scratches before I left.

Riley & Hunter

This morning both pups were up and at the door waiting for me. Hunter followed along behind me, to make sure that I was actually going outside with them! Haha. We went out and played his game. Riley was even getting a little spunky this morning! She was galloping around and being silly. When we were done playing fetch, I let them hang outside a bit longer, while I changed up the house stuff. I went to sit outside with them while they explored. Soon, it was time for breakfast. I tried to get them to eat, but neither was really up for it at the moment. They've been eating pretty well after I leave though!
