Titus & Angel

Tonight Titus saw me pull up and he raced to the back. They both were bouncing up and down like crazy! They sat by me and got pet for a few minutes. Eventually, we headed in and they got their dinner. After they finished, Titus made sure to bark at me that he wanted to go play! We headed out back again and Titus and I played. Angel was busy roaming about the yard. I tossed a couple sticks around. Titus would just look at me. Angel would race over to it, then decide to do something else instead. Titus laid by me awhile for some belly scratches. When it was time, we headed in for bedtime.

Cate, Carson, Toby, Little Foot & Bella

All was quiet in the house when I arrived. I went to change out the water dishes right away. When I walked into the dog room, they looked at me for a minute, then the heinies started wiggling! I went out to their yard to change their water, then Bella came to say hi! I let the first srt of pups outside. Cate was a little too excited to get to doing her business. We headed back inside and I fed them while Little Foot went out. Then it was his turn to eat. Little Foot and Carson were pretty quick to finish their food. The other two were a little too excited! I stepped out of the room for a little bit and that seemed to help them focus. When everyone finished, we made our rounds outside again. This time everyone went potty. Bella was sitting on the fence the whole time, just watching us go in and out.

Mac & Abby

This evening the pups were a little surprised to see me at the door! They both ran in and said hi to me a little. I was trying to be careful with Abby so she wouldn't get too excited! She hopped up on the couch, so I sat next to her for a bit. She flopped over onto her back with her head in my lap. She was instantly my buddy! I pet her tummy for her, then Mac saw that and wanted some pets too! He stood up against my legs, tail wagging away. I sat on the floor with him a bit next, and he rolled over for his tummy rubs. He was a little camera shy tonight. I got them each a cookie and they lined up in the kitchen to get them. After Abby finished hers, she went to sit on the back of the couch, facing the front door. I think they miss mom and dad already! They would huff and puff at any loud sounds they heard coming from outside. I gave Mac his eye drop and put his cute little shirts on. He rolled over in my lap and enjoyed a neck scratch after I took their collars off. Eventually, I went to get their chicken snacks for bedtime and they both got all excited again. I put them in their room and told them good night!

Jerrie & Kimmie

Today Jerrie was laying on the middle tier of his tower when I came in. I went up to him and took a peek at his mouth right away. The swelling looks like it went away. He still has the little sore inside his mouth, but that may take a little more time to heal. I went right to the kitchen and got them a special snack. Jerrie heard me come out of the pantry and was already making his way to the kitchen. I hadn't even opened the can yet! As soon as I did, miss Kimmie appeared and followed him to me. They both stood at my feet, meowing and looking up at me. I spread their bowls out in their room and they both happily chowed down! They kept busy eating, while I did my things. Jerrie and I went to his room later and he enjoyed a long brush session. He seemed to be feeling a lot better today! He seemed to have more energy and was rolling all around as I brushed him. Kimmie was happy sitting in her window, looking out at the world.

Char, Z & Tilly

Today Char was right at the door again, waiting to see me. She trotted along with me to their food bowl and waited while I filled it up some more. I headed right outside to go refresh Tilly's food and water. No sign of her anywhere today. She must have a great hiding spot! I went back in and Char rubbed up against me while I cleaned their boxes. We headed to the living room finally, and she got her long-awaited attention! She was lovin me up! I sat and pet her for a long time. She enjoyed every minute of chin scratches and back rubs, purring away loudly the whole time. She would plop down on the floor next to me and lay her head right in my hand. While we were doing that, I looked up and guess who I saw?! Miss Tilly was making her way onto the patio. I went out to see her quick, but she was being shy, so I didn't want to upset her. I was just glad to see her again. Char was waiting for me on the little cutout window by the door. I was surprised to see her at eye level! Haha! I went and checked for Z while I was up. Surprisingly, she was not in her spot under the bed today. She must have been getting tired of me interrupting her naps and decided to go to a different spot. The rest of the time, Char and I kept busy playing with her string toy.
