This afternoon I let the boys out and Butler got his spray. His chest seems to be looking a lot better lately. They ran outside to play for awhile. When I got out there, they both had to run over to say hi. Butler would hop up on the table to try and get closer than Eddie. They both gave some kisses, then went to do their own thing. Butler lounged around in the grass, while Eddie found a spot on the patio. It was quite nice outside, so they laid around and enjoyed the weather.
Little Winston did his big stretch when he saw me coming to let him out. He went and waited by the door for me to get his leash on. We headed out the door and went on our way. It was simply gorgeous outside today! We took a nice long walk for our whole time together. I let him lead the way most of the time. So, he would take me over to different trees and bushes to go check those out. He saw a food container on the ground that looked appealing, but I led him away from that. He kept trying though! "No wait... I gotta sniff that thing over there!" Haha. It was quite windy out there today, so Winston kept jumping when he'd hear the funny sounds of something blowing around nearby.
This afternoon Oscar was right at the door to see me. He was actually jumping around on his hind legs a bit today. Guess he was a little excited! Haha! I said hi to him with some heiny scratches, then we went outside. He came over for some more pets right away. He's such a sweetie! It was a beautiful afternoon outside. Oscar lounged around awhile. He got up to go bark to some people strolling through the neighborhood. After that, he found a nice stick that he laid down with to chew on. After some relaxation time, he was ready to play. We must have had the same idea. I grabbed his new frisbee and he was on his way towards me with his new round one. He immediately dropped that so I could throw his funny shaped one to him. We chased around and he played a good game of fetch today as well.
This morning I let the ladies outside while I got their breakfast ready. They ate for me, then were busy roaming around the yard. Gertie was being silly, prancing around with her tennis ball, of course. Miss Penny followed me around quite a bit. When it was time, they went in and I let the boys out. I cleaned up their bed, then got everyone some more water. The boys had just finished up their breakfast. After that, they were wrestling around and chasing each other in the grass. This afternoon I let Rusty and Ruby outside. I got the girls out next and let them all play for awhile. They all came in when it was time for the boys to have their turn. They found their glow ball and were having a blast with that.
This morning I let Sadie out first and she made her way to the door. I let Cole out and then went to get Sadie outside, while he was busy being an itchy boy. He came trotting into the kitchen when he was ready. It was already pretty nice outside, so I knew it was going to be a beautiful day! Those two got to roam around for awhile. Then, they came in for breakfast and Cole got his morning medicine. This afternoon, we spent awhile enjoying the beautiful weather. Sadie just went out to the grass and laid down. Ahhh! So nice! Cole roamed around a bit, then came to paw at me for his pets. When we went inside again, he did his little dance by the bed, wanting me to put him up there for his nap. This evening, Sadie walked by the laundry room, looked at me, then went on her way to wait by the door. I got Cole down from the bed, then they went outside for awhile. Sadie got to enjoy plenty of time out back. It's going to get cold again starting tomorrow. Yuck! When it was time, they came in to get their dinners. Sadie got her peanut butter snack, then they went to bed.
