Miss Ella & Cali

Miss Ella was at the door today. Cali didn't come running like last time, so I went looking for her. I found her in one of the bedrooms all snuggled up on the bed. Miss Ella followed me around like normal, rubbing against my legs as I did the chores. After I watered the trees and plants, I came in to see Cali and Miss Ella waiting by the back door for me. They wanted to go out on their porch! It was raining all morning, but had gotten nice out by the time I came to see them. So we sat outside again for awhile today. Cali curled up in the window sill and Miss Ella looked out the screen door in between coming to me for attention.

Kira, Bunky & Lisa Lee

Lisa Lee was sleeping on the chair underneath the kitchen table today and Bunky was in her spot on the bed. Kira came into the kitchen when I was saying hi to Lisa Lee. Kira and Lisa Lee followed me into the bedroom and hopped up on the bed while I said hi to Bunky. Lisa Lee kept trying to snuggle up to Kira. Kira would move away, and she would follow her and try again! After I fed them and cleaned their litter box and potty pads, Kira and Lisa Lee came and sat in the living room with me. They both wanted lots of attention! Lisa Lee hopped up in the chair with me for a little bit. She came over by me everytime I called her today. I had them both purring like crazy!

Dakota & Benny

Kota and Benny were happy to get outside for a bit. Kota immediately started racing around the backyard, with mud flying up behind her! Benny was chasing back and forth along the fence with the neighbor dogs. They turned into a couple mud puppies really quick! Kota and Benny were hanging out behind the shed for awhile, so I went back there to see what they were up to. There must have been something under the shed that they were after! There was a big hole that Kota kept sticking her head into and all of a sudden, then Benny disappeared! He was underneath the shed doing who knows what. Kota was running back and forth between the front and back trying to see what was going on. She stuck her whole face into a mud puddle by the entrance! I think she really wanted to go under there with him. When Benny emerged, he was no longer a white dog. He was completely brown! The first pic is before he went under there, and wasn't too terribly muddy yet... compared to after haha. I hosed Kota off out side, since her legs were really the only parts that were muddy. I picked Benny up, took him into the bathroom and gave him a quick bath! He was a very good boy for me. So if he's still a little damp when you get home, that's why!
Benny almost blends in with the ground!

"Hey, where you going?"
(That little white thing by Kota's right front foot is the last you can see of Benny!)
