Willy, Tilly, Natilie, Spencer, Maddie, Izzy, El Nino & Kitty

Willy, Tilly and Natilie all announced my arrival today! They ran laps along the fence while I got the rest out into their yard to run around. Kitty saw I was there and headed into the barn for her supper. I fed the Corgis then I went up by the others after they had finished. El Nino was dancing circles around my legs as I walked! Spencer was roaming around the yard, checking things out. Maddie and Izzy were staying close to the back door, hoping to get inside. Nino has so much energy! He was running up the stairs, jumping up onto the chair then the table, hopping down and doing the circle all over again! I fed the other four their supper before I put them back to bed.

Chelsea

Chelsea met me at the door tonight and was happy to see me! She got excited and started prancing into the kitchen ahead of me. I grabbed her leash and asked if she wanted to go for a walk. She sure did! So we took a short walk and her leg didn't seem to bother her at all! I let her decide what path we were going to take. When we got back home Chelsea ate her supper. After that we sat in the living room and she was super snuggly with me. She rolled over and got a nice tummy rub too! Later she got up and headed for the kitchen. She sure knows our routine! She kept looking up at the treat jar, waiting patiently for her yummy snack. I had her do a couple tricks for me. As I was leaving, she followed me to the door and gave me that look like, "Hey, where you going?!".

Ursa

Ursa was ready to play when I arrived this evening! We both enjoyed an exhausting round of fetch! We took a break after awhile to go inside and have some yummy dog food. After she ate, we were ready to go back outside. Ursa found a few other toys and looked interested in them, but apparently they were not as good as her small tennis ball, because after I threw them, she just looked at me! It was a warm night, so we went in a few times for some fresh water.
After some back and tummy scratches, it was time for a treat. She gave me a bark as if to say "see you tomorrow for our morning walk"!

Clovis, Snickers & Patches

Patches was out sunning himself in the front of the house when I came today. I saw Snickers and Clovis laying on the side of the house too! Patches started meowing at me and came along with me inside. Snickers and Clovis were waiting patiently on the back patio while I was getting their food ready. They both finished off their food before Patches came around the corner today. Snickers took off right away and Clovis started roaming around the backyard. I sat with Patches and pet him for awhile. When I was leaving I noticed Snickers had moved back to his spot on the side of the house and was lounging in the sun.

Daisy & Indigo

Both girls could hear me when I pulled up this morning. When I got inside they both greeted me and got some attention. We went outside right away so I could water the plants and pick up the yard. Daisy immediately brought me a ball to play with! Indigo started barking at me and they both stared at me until I threw it for them. So we played a little fetch before heading back inside. I got their leashes all hooked up and they got so excited for their walk, especially Daisy! It was nice and cool out, so we took a nice long walk today. They both walked so well for me! When we got back home they ate their breakfast and even got a couple yummy treats. Daisy wasn't sure about the apple treats at first, but of course she ate it when Indigo started heading for it. We finished off the morning by playing some more fetch! Indigo would run along with Daisy every time, but always let her bring the ball back for me.
Here's my ball!

Missy, Lucy & Brady

This morning everyone greeted me happily at the front door! We all went outside so they could play and run around for awhile. Lucy was running laps back and forth along the back of the house, barking away! Missy was wandering around the yard and started walking in the bushes by the fence. I think she was trying to itch herself! Brady was busy running and rolling around in the yard. I had everyone come inside for their breakfast. The girls were too distracted by the neighbors out in their yards to finish their food today. When everyone had finished, we headed back outside to play some more! When it was time to go, Missy wanted to stay outside again. When I went out to get her she started rolling around in the grass! After a little bit of scratching her belly, she decided to come back inside for me.

Ursa

When I arrived this afternoon, Ursa was slow to get up, as she was enjoying a peaceful nap! She was quick to tell me she wanted to go outside and her sleepiness vanished quickly. The rest of the visit was filled with chasing her squeaky ball and her toy duck. We had so much fun, I think the neighbor dogs got jealous!

We went back in and played tug-o-war with the flowery, stuffed kitty. She is so strong, that the poor kitty is now tail-less! A fresh bowl of water and a treat ended our afternoon time.

Ursa

Ursa greeted me this morning with a wagging tail! She was excited to get outdoors, as the morning was calm and cool. The steam was rising off the pond and she walked around, getting her huge paws wet. I picked up her leash and she knew exactly what we were going to do...we were going for a walk! It was a great morning for a walk, we both enjoyed it!
After her walk, she enjoyed her breakfast. We then went back outside and played a quick game of fetch with her squeaky ball. It was time for me to go, but not before she got a small treat!
