Lily, Sophie & Max

This evening Lily was doing a happy dance when I walked in! I let her outside right away. Sophie and Max were excited to see someone new, so I gave them a few minutes to settle. Then, they got to come out as well. I got their dinner ready for them. Max made me laugh. He was pretty much inhaling his food! He ran off to play in the yard when he was done. Sophie kept coming over for some attention. Lily seemed to be a little jealous about that! Max found a rawhide in the yard, so he was content chewing on that most of the time. When it was time to go in, he was more interested in playing keep away! I finally had to catch him and steal his rawhide away, to get him to go. Silly boy. Sophie was a good girl and went right in every time I asked.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning the girls were curled up in their bed together. I woke Sadi up to give her her medicine. Afterwards, she and Stormy snacked on some food, while I cleaned their box and got them fresh food and water. I carried Sadi out to the living room when she was done. Stormy was sitting under the play table. She loves sitting under that thing! It's like her little cave. Haha. She was very lovey today. She sat and enjoyed some chin scratches while Sadi was being brushed. Sometimes, Stormy would walk around me, rubbing up against my back, then would crawl under my arm that was brushing Sadi. She wanted all my attention today! This evening Stormy was lounging on the back of the couch. Sadi was curled up in her little bed. She woke up as I was filling the humidifier. She got her evening meds, then I put her down by the food.

Oreo & Stuffy

This evening I saw Stuffy looking down at me from the top of the stairs. I headed in and Oreo picked me up at the kitchen entry. He was attached to my legs from there! He made me laugh tonight, because I looked down and he was just staring up at me, while I was getting their food ready. Someone was hungry! I headed to the living room later, then Oreo came running in to see me. He rubbed his face on me for awhile. Stuffy came in and sat by me too, so he could get a little attention. They sat there the whole time, just happy to be pet.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties

Rusty was already outside wandering around today when I arrived. He came in with me to let miss Ruby out. The pups and I went outside for awhile to enjoy the beautiful day! Even Ruby stayed out and she laid on the patio to soak up some sun. Rusty brought me his ball and we played a long game of fetch today. When it was time for him to take a break, I went in to see Lance. He was fascinated with my knee! I must have had another animal smell on my knee today, because he kept standing up and grabbing on to smell me. Haha! We got his play time in, while the pups relaxed.

Sophie & Roxy

Today the girls were waiting for me in their spot. It took them a minute to meet me at the back door. The girls hopped up on the couch with me, and were rolling around being silly. They made sure to give me plenty of snuggles and kisses! They said their hellos, then went to snack on their food. Roxy returned and curled up next to me for awhile to get some attention. Sophie was wandering around, then hung out by the back door. I think she was ready to go back out and play. The girls spent some time wrestling around with each other today too! Soon, it was time to get their snacks and head outside.

Eisley & Indy

This morning I could hear Indy barking when he heard me pull up. They both were so excited when I walked in. They hopped around barking, trying to show me where the food was. I got them their breakfast right away. Once they were done, Indy ran outside. I got down their last treat, and he came running back in. He must have heard me! Eisley stayed by me for a little attention, while Indy was busy outside barking at something. They will be happy to see mom home today!
