Michael, Lucy, Sampson, Hailey, Bunnies, Kisses & Donkeys

Michael was happy to come outside with me today. He did his business while I visited with the donkeys and Kisses. They each got a couple treats again today. Tinkerbell and Coco both peeked through the door while I was filling the food bucket. Guess they were hungry! Michael came back inside with me to get his dinner. He finished super fast today. He went back outside while I finished up. Uno made a bigger mess than usual today, so I put his hay bowl up on the shelf next to him. He pushed it right back off! "That doesn't go up here!" I had a good laugh at that. When I went to see Elliot and Matilda, I heard a meowing coming from under the bed! Hailey came out to see me and rubbed up against me while I pet her. She wasn't quite sure how to feel about it. She was purring while rubbing on my side, and hissing all at the same time! It was quite entertaining. I've been cleaning Matilda's eye really well and today it barely had any dishcharge to clean up. She was just as good a bunny as she always is! Elliot chomped away on his carrot while we were in the bathroom cleaning up. Michael came back inside while I went to see Sampson and Lucy. Sampson kept jumping up and smelling where I was holding Matilda. Lucy was happy to get a few pets before it was time to go.

Miranda

This afternoon Miranda greeted me at the door, bouncing around, she was so eager to get outside. She grabbed the nearest toy and we headed out to enjoy the nice weather. It was a little chilly, but Miranda loved that sun. I threw her toy for her a few times, then she just relaxed in the grass, soaking up some sun. Then she trotted over and sat beside me so she could get some attention. She loved having her back scratched.

Papoose, Deets & Chata

This evening when I arrived all three of the puppies were barking and bouncing around excitedly. I opened the gate and let them out back. They zoomed around until they all took care of their business. Then it was playtime. Chata kept tugging on my sleeve, demanding I play with her. Deets was chasing her around and trying to wrestle with her. Papoose was just relaxing in the grass, chewing on something. It looked like a rock, but was probably a bone. I figured better safe than sorry, so I was going to have a look at it. Before I could grab it from her, Chata quickly stole it away. I kept telling her to drop it, and I think she thought I was telling her to lay down because she would plop down right by my feet and roll over. It was so funny! After all that, we went back in to warm up. Chata kept trying to sit on my lap and give me kisses. Then they each got a yummy beggin' strip before I had to go.
