Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Oreo was sitting by the door when I walked in. He did a big stretch, then came over to say hi. He followed me to the kitchen and waited while I got his dinner for him. Stuffy was peeking out at me through the railings of the stairs. After I finished scooping their box, Oreo met me in our spot. He got some chin scratches and pets. After a short while, he went to the window to do some bird watching. Stuffy took his spot and got some attention next. He, too, wandered off after a little while. I guess they know mom and dad will be back soon, and don't need me today. Haha!

Daisy & Sophie

Today I opened the door and heard little Sophie jingling somewhere. She appeared and meowed at me. Then, she wandered over to me and started to brush up against my leg for some attention. I pet her for a bit, then went to go feed the fish. Daisy was sitting right by her gate today. She sat there a bit, then wandered off to wait for her food. Sophie came in the dining room and watched from under the table. While Daisy worked on her food, I spent some time with Sophie. She enjoyed her attention time and purred away.

Bella & Chico

This morning the pups woke up when I came inside. I let them out and they zoomed their way to the back door, nearly rolling up the rugs along the way! I let them outside to do their thing. It was chilly out there this morning, so Chico didn't stay out long. Miss Bella was out there having a blast, chasing after the birds! They both came in after awhile and nibbled on some breakfast in between taking turns to visit me. Chico eventually wandered off to go hang out in his bed. Bella was still in and out having fun. When it was time, Miss Bella went to her room too, and they both got some snacks.

Annie, Izzy & Cali

This morning I came in and all the rugs were messed up or rolled up. I think the girls must have been having races last night! Haha. I let them out for a break before their breakfast. They went back out afterwards, while I checked on Cali. She was right at the door, waiting for me. I've been very careful coming and going, since she seems to hover by the door a bit. Haha. I sat with her and pet her for awhile. Then, it was time to eat. I got Cali and the birds some fresh food and water. I went back by the girls and we had a game of fetch. This afternoon, it was so nice out! I let the girls out quick, then they lined up for dinner. Izzy kept peeking around the side of the containers to make sure I hadn't left. Haha. They went back out to play while I visited Miss Cali. She enjoyed some more attention. I think she'd love it if I stayed and pet her all day! Later, I sat outside with Annie and Izzy. We played some more fetch. Poor Annie... sassy Izzy kept stealing her bone from her. She would chase Annie in circles and around the table just to get it. Haha. This evening, it was still quite nice out. The girls got to play while I checked on Miss kitty. She was talking away to me while I pet her. I got her some more food, which she went to work on right away. I went back by Annie and Izzy after that. Izzy was going crazy! There was a bunny sitting just outside the fence, and it wasn't going anywhere. Haha.

Molly, Emma & the kitties

This morning I came in and Henry spotted me right away. He came over to get some attention, while the girls were out taking their potty break. I went and got their breakfast quick. The girls told me when they were ready to come in and eat. It was surprisingly quite chilly out this morning, so I let them stay in. They both ate well for me. Meanwhile, Henry and Micah were busy getting their pets. This afternoon I stopped by quick to let the girls out. It had turned into a gorgeous afternoon! So, they got to spend the afternoon lounging out in the sunshine. This evening, I saw Molly laying out in the grass and Emma was hanging out on the patio. I got their dinner ready, then let them inside. Smudge was sitting on the piano tonight. I stopped to visit her, then Charlie and Henry came out to see me for some attention.

Hudson, Zel, Gabbie & Blackie

This morning all the pups were dancing excitedly in the kitchen when I came in. We made our way to the door and they went out to do their business. All except Hudson were back at the door shortly after. He was still busy exploring around the yard. I let the other three in and they waited while I went to get their breakfast ready. While I was doing that, I realized a bowl was missing from the kitchen! I started walking around trying to find it. They had moved it all the way to the hall by their crates! Haha. I called Hudson in to come eat, since he was still off at the far edge of the yard. Everyone ate well. After they were done, we all went back out for a bit. Blackie and the girls were ready to go back in pretty quick this morning, since it was a bit chilly out. Hudson was fine, having a blast though! The rest of us went back in to warm up. Gabbie snuggled up in my lap, while Zel burrowed in her blanket next to me. Blackie went down the hall and off to bed. When it was time, I called Hudson back inside and got the little ones tucked in their beds.

Peanut

This morning I came in and saw Peanut was snuggled in his bed. He was awake, but not moving an inch! Guess he was too comfy. I gave him some time to wake up, but eventually had to dump him out of his bed. Haha. I don't blame him though. It was a chilly morning! He wandered out and quickly did his thing, then came in to eat breakfast. This afternoon Peanut was up and barking when he heard the door. I let him out back and we both sat out there awhile and enjoyed the warm sunshine. Turned out to be a gorgeous day! When we went in, something crazy happened... he actually played with me!! We had fun for a little while with a couple of his doggy toys. This evening, Peanut was up and ready to head outside. I walked out with him and he did both like a good boy. I noticed he had his leg stuck in his little jacket. Knowing Peanut, I cautiously made an attempt to fix it for him, which he let me know that wasn't going to happen. Haha. So, I just took it completely off for him. We went back inside and Peanut got to eat his dinner.
