Shadow

This morning I came in and Shadow was right at the door to see me. I saw he'd eaten well for me overnight. He rubbed up against my legs while I got him some fresh food for breakfast. As soon as I headed in the laundry room, Shadow raced me to the pantry door. He's so silly. He was busy following me around all over today. He waited on the bathroom counter while I cleaned out his box. Then, he followed me to the living room to get some attention. Shadow curled up behind my head on the couch for a little bit. He rolled around and tackled his kitty toy a few minutes as well. This evening I came in and saw Shadow must have been bored with his flavor of food from this morning. I got him a new kind to work on for tonight. He started eating while I got his dinner treats out. When I returned from cleaning his box, he was still working on it. Shadow came over to get his pets. He kept trying to give me love nibbles on my leg! Haha. He purred away and sat by me for his pets. When it was time to go, he tried to sneak into the laundry room to come along. I knew what he was up to though!

Sampson & Haley

This morning I got some new food ready for miss Haley. She is getting used to me more and more each day. Today she sat just outside the bathroom door while I got her more water. She ventured in to eat as soon as I went out to go change her towel out. Sampson was snoozing in his same spot again this morning. He woke up ready for his treats. He got all three right away again this morning. Only this time, he didn't believe that that was all I had! He was certain I had more treats hiding in my pockets. Haha!

Shadow

This morning Shadow wasted no time coming to see me! He circled around my legs while I got his breakfast ready. Shadow waited in the pantry while I got out all his treats. He got to work, so I went to go scoop out his box. When I returned, Shadow came over to visit and get a few pets. He played with his kitty toy a little bit, but then decided to go snack some more. After his belly was full, he wandered off to his front room. This evening, it took a little bit before Shadow came to join me in the kitchen. He did eventually, and was ready to eat. After I took care of everything else quick, I went to sit in our spot in the living room. Shadow was much more snuggly tonight! First, he came and sat on the couch behind my shoulders. Then, he climbed down from my shoulder to sit in my lap for a little bit. After that, he snuggled up next to me for a long while and purred away while he got his pets.

Sadie, Zoie & Cole

This morning everyone went out for their potty breaks. Cole wandered out to the grass on his own and did his business. After that, the girls were busy running around. Cole returned and sat by me, pawing for his pets, even when I was already petting him! Haha. Sadie spotted him getting all the attention, so she ran over to join in. After a little while all three were lined up and ready to head in for breakfast. Everyone ate well. This afternoon was very hot out again. The pups went outside to go relax. Sadie went to her usual spot to roll around and catch some rays. Cole laid on the patio for a few minutes, then came to sit with me in the shade and get his heiny scratches. Before I left, Cole got his pill and he got to go up and take his nap on the bed. This evening Sadie and Cole were excited to see me! That, or they know their family will be home soon and were hoping it was them. Haha! I let the kiddos out for their breaks. There were kids out playing by the pond tonight, so that kept miss Sadie busy. Zoie found a tiny little frog that she was chasing all over. Cole, well, he did his usual and sat by me for his pets! We headed in when it was time to eat their dinner.

Shadow

This evening Shadow came and met me in the kitchen. He was busy checking out my legs while I read the notes quick. He went to work on his dinner when I delivered it for him. I went to go get his treats next. Shadow stopped to come help me in the pantry. Haha. He snacked on those, so I went to check his box and switch on lights. When I returned, Shadow came to visit me for some pets. After that, he took breaks to go eat, or to go lay on his box by the back door. Eventually, he retired to his bed in the front window to watch the neighborhood.

Sampson & Haley

This morning I got a fresh can of food ready for Haley. She was waiting for me this morning at the gate. Haley led the way and waited by the door while I got her other dishes filled. I changed out her towel and scooped her box quick. As I started walking out, she ventured in to go eat her food. Sampson was sleeping soundly in his spot again this morning. He popped right up and was ready for his morning pill snack. I had a greenie and a treat in my pocket already to give him later on. There was no fooling him! He knew! Haha. He got those and ate them quickly. Then, it was time for pets and some ear rubs.

Sadie, Zoie & Cole

This morning I came in and let all the kiddos outside for their potty break. Zoie gathered up a couple toys to bring out. They all did their business right away like good pups. After that, all three circled around me for some attention! Zoie got some heiny scratches, then Sadie and Cole would paw at me for their turn. After they ventured off to play a bit, we came in for their breakfast. Everyone ate well again for me. Then, we went back outside for a little more playtime. This afternoon it was pretty hot and humid out again. We all went out back for awhile. Cole lounged on the patio in the sunlight, Sadie was sprawled out and rolling around in the grass, and Zoie was busy keeping an eye on the bushes for some bugs. We headed inside and visited in the kitchen for a little while as we cooled off. Cole got his pill before I left. This evening Cole and Sadie were waiting for me in the laundry room. They ran out back while Zoie was trying to get three toys in her mouth to take out. Haha! I went to get her and then she settled for just the two. The girls played in dark, while Cole got his pets. We went in when it was time for dinner, then I tucked the two in their beds. I visited with Zoie for a few minutes before it was time to go. 

Bella & Chico

It was a quiet morning today. I let the pups out while I got them some more water for their bowl outside. Bella ran over to say good morning and get her heiny scratches. Then, they both were busy just roaming around and sniffing at things. They were eagerly listening for some sounds to get excited about. It took awhile, then finally they heard a neighbor dog barking in the distance. Bella was busy chasing after birds flying overhead this morning as well.

Sampson & Haley

Today I came in and started getting Haley's food ready for her. She heard me coming and started to go hide in the closet while I was in her room. Haha! She did come out though, once I set her food down. She wasn't quite brave enough to come in and eat until I was on my way out. Next, I got Sampson's allergy pills ready. I went outside and started to call for him. I was surprised that he didn't come running! I started to look around for him and was even getting a little worried, since I was calling and he wasn't coming to see me. Finally, I walked around behind the shed and saw him snoozing soundly in the shade. I called his name again and he popped right up and locked his sights on the deli meat in my hand! Haha. He quickly gobbled that down, then followed me back to the patio. We sat out there, enjoying the morning while he got his pets. Before I left, I got him his greenie.

Sadie, Zoie & Cole

This morning Sadie and Cole met me at the door to say hi. I read over notes quick, then outside we went. Sadie and Cole sat by me, wanting lots of pets! Zoie was busy exploring all over. I spotted a hot air balloon in the sky and that had a lot of the neighborhood dogs worked up. Even Sadie thought it looked pretty sketchy and barked at it. Haha! The neighbor was out working on his yard this morning. When he turned on the weed eater, Cole came running over to me and was shaking. He was so scared! Poor little guy. I let him go back inside. Soon it was time to head in for their breakfast anyways. This afternoon Sadie and Cole met me at the door again. Zoie had a couple toys in her mouth, ready to go. Haha! We all headed out back. It was pretty toasty out there today, so the pups were lazy and just did some sunbathing. We headed in a few minutes early to cool off. I got them all fresh water and we visited a little longer inside. I got Cole up on his bed so he could take a nap. This evening, the pups were ready to head out back. It had cooled off some, so they had fun roaming around tonight. A large dog came wandering up to the fence to say hi! Sadie was quite excited about that. He was very muddy and must have run away from home. I brought the pups inside for their dinner and when we got back out he was gone. Hopefully his owner's find him! When it was time, the pups came inside and I tucked Sadie and Cole in their beds.
