Daisy & Sophie

Today Daisy was hanging out on her counter when I arrived. She waited patiently for me to deliver her food, then she went to work on that. I went out to visit Sophie and brought out one of the feather toys with me. She was already at the door, ready to try and zoom inside. I checked her food and water and scooped her box quick. Then, we had some fun! She chased the feather toy around for awhile, taking breaks to come get pet. Then, she went crazy! Haha. She was jumping around and hiding in the plants, like she was a jungle kitty. She made me laugh.

Today the girls were snoozing in their nice warm house again when I arrived. It was chilly out today too! They came running in and were happy to see me. We said hi, then I got them some food and water. We sat in our spot and the girls jumped all over me and gave me lots of kisses! Roxy had an itchy face, so she made sure to rub it all over me to get the itchies. Haha. Sophie sprawled out across my lap as usual. Soon, the girls worked up their appetites and went to eat. After they had full tummies, Roxy went to take a nap on mom and dad's bed. Sophie even wandered in there for awhile too. I think they miss you guys! They happily got their snacks when it was time to head back outside.

This morning I let the pups out for their rounds of potty breaks before breakfast. I softened Molly's food up again for her this morning and she ate it all for me. Molly and Emma went back out to play awhile after they finished eating. Gracie and I sat inside and watched Henry and Smudge chasing each other around the living room. Gracie went out for another turn as well, but she did what she needed to and wanted back in the warm house! This afternoon, Gracie was tearing around the house being crazy excited! She didn't want to go outside for me at first and was acting like she was nervous about something. I saw why! She must have raided one of the bedrooms, because there was a stash of stuff in by their beds. I got her to go out while I picked up. When she came in, she was acting like herself again. She sat and snuggled in a chair with me while the other two went out for their turn. This evening, Gracie and Emma were ready for me. I let Gracie out, then the others, while I got their dinners together. Molly had a pep in her step tonight! Haha. Miss Molly ate most of her food for me again. The kitties were busy chasing each other and playing in the living room again. Micah came out to get some pets, but then Henry tackled him and chased him back to the bedrooms. I got the pups their cookies once it was time for bed.

This morning all was quiet in the dog room until they heard me getting their water. By the time I took it outside, Cate was getting all excited! I let Cate and Carson out while I took care of Bella's things. She would have to stay in today, since it wasn't going to warm up much at all. The pups weren't fond of the cold either. They were pretty quick about their business! Bubba went out for his turn as well, and I made sure everyone had clean bedding. This evening, the kiddos were ready for their dinners. Cate and Carson went potty quick and got a drink while I got their food out. Bubba was barking at me that he was hungry too! He really didn't even want to go out, but he did since it was routine. And he then told me he was ready to come in right away too. I think he's too smart! Haha. He finished first, so I let him back out again. He took his time to do his business for me, now that his tummy was full. The other two went out for their turns as well.

Today the girls didn't hear me when I arrived. I opened the back door and they both came out of their house. They must have been having a good nap! They came in and were bouncing around excitedly. I sat on the couch with them and they quickly jumped up and onto my lap. The girls snuck lots of kisses! Once they settled, they both went to go eat their dinners. They came back and took turns sitting by me. Roxy was searching the walls for the red dot today. Haha! After awhile, they both lounged on the couch and took little snoozes until it was time to head out.

Today miss Daisy was lounging in her bed again. She got up when she heard me and went to sit on the counter. She waited for me to get her food for her, then went to work. While she ate, I went out to visit Sophie awhile. At first, she just kept trying to sniff at the door, to see if it would open and she could go inside. When she realized it wouldn't, she came over by me for some attention. She was purring and walking back and forth, to get as many pets as she could. She would stand up on my knee and paw at me. "Keep petting me please!" Then, she'd flop around on the ground. Haha. I had to hang onto her when I went back in and set her back out there quick, because she kept darting for the door. She'll be a permanent inside kitty yet! ;)

This morning the pups got all excited when they saw me. I got their ice bowls replaced with some fresh water outside. Then, I let the first two out for their potty breaks. They were pretty quick about their business, since it was a bit chilly out there. Bubba stopped to sniff at Cate quick, then he went out for his turn too. Bella came out in the dog room while I took care of her stuff. She stood by the door, really wanting to go out. Today was probably going to be the only somewhat warmer day for her, so I did let her out. This evening, as I opened the door to take fresh water out for the pups, miss Bella wandered inside. I got her put back in her bed with food and water. Cate and Carson went outside to do their business, while I got dinner ready. Bubba went out quick too, but I don't think he did anything. As soon as the door shut, he was barking to come in. I guess he was just hungry! Haha. After dinner, the pups all got another turn out back.

This morning all the pups woke up when I got in. Molly and Emma went out for a bit, then Gracie, to do their business. When they came in, I got them their breakfast. Neither Molly nor Emma finished their food, but they were happy to eat their cookies! Everyone went out for another potty break afterwards. This afternoon, it was somewhat nice out. Gracie went out back for awhile this time. Molly and Emma were still napping, so I didn't wake them just yet. Those two went out for a nice long break as well. When Gracie came inside, she was acting all crazy excited as usual! She cracks me up. We went to the living room and I sat down in a chair to pet her. She had other ideas! She hopped up and was climbing behind me, trying to sneak kisses! She succeeded. Haha. After I got her down, she ran and grabbed a small penguin toy and we played with that awhile. I started making silly noises and she made me laugh when she'd look at me curiously with her head tilted to the side. Little Henry was hanging out there with us, just lounging under the tree. This evening, I got dinner ready while the girls all took their turns outside. Molly still wasn't to interested, so I wet down her food to soften it. That did the trick! She gobbled it all down for me. The other two had quickly finished their dinners as well. One more potty break for the night, then they got their bedtime snacks.

The ladies heard my car door close and started barking that someone was here. I went in and they raced to the back door to see me. They came in and excitedly bounced around and said hi. I went to sit down with them, and they made me laugh. They were busy jumping and climbing over each other, across my lap, just not knowing what to do with themselves! Haha. They settled and snuggled up with me for awhile. Sophie sprawled out on her back across my lap, flailing her legs in the air, while Roxy pawed at me on the other side for pets. The girls took breaks to go work on their food. They returned when they finished and snuggled with me a bit. When it was time to go out, I got them each a yummy treat!

Today miss Daisy was snuggled up in her bed when I got in. I said hi to her and went to get her some food. She stayed put and relaxed until dinner was served. I went out to visit Sophie for awhile. She came running when she heard the door open. She loved up some attention! It was pretty chilly out today, so I kept her in. As I was leaving, she raced me to the door. I guess she wanted to go hang out inside. Haha!
