Jackson

This morning it was nice and cool out from the rain the day before. I came in and Jackson raced to the door, ready to head out. He ran off to go do his business. Once he finished, I came outside and sat with him. Jackson sat next to me for awhile to get his pets. Then later, he was off having fun and exploring. He was keeping an eye out for birds landing in the yard I think! Haha. This evening we were unlucky again and it was storming out. I let Jackson out and I saw him hide behind the grill. Poor bud. So, I came and sat out there with him right away. He laid underneath my chair for awhile and sat up now and again for some chest scratchies. I went in for a bit to give him some privacy and he did his thing before bedtime.

Oreo & Stuffs

This morning I came in and Oreo was attached to my legs when I arrived in the kitchen, as usual! Haha. He circled while I got his meds and food ready. I called for Stuffy as I was delivering Oreo his breakfast. I didn't see him, so I went on the hunt. I looked everywhere and couldn't find him! Then, I realized I hadn't looked in the office. Sure enough, he was hiding in plain sight on the chair. Haha. I fed him and then the boys joined me in the living room for some attention. This evening it was storming out. Stuffy was hanging out in the entryway on the rug. Oreo heard me come in and was making his way down the stairs. Stuffy waited by the back door and Oreo helped me in the kitchen while they waited for dinner. Both boys ate for me while I tended to their other things quick. After that, Oreo snuggled up close to me in the living room and Stuffy came and sat with his back to me for his brushes.

Murdy & Guthrie

Today I walked in and both boys ran to the living room to greet me. As I walk to the bedroom, I noticed something on the floor in the hall. After I turned off the alarm, I headed to the living room. Then, I saw it. Those naughty boys had knocked down a bunch of figures from the nativity scene above the fireplace! I also noticed that they had been playing with the broken pieces and pieces were scattered around the downstairs area. I got the boys their food and Guthrie was intent on stealing Murdy's food this morning. I kept redirecting him though. Little goober. After the boys ate, it was clean up time. I moved all the broken pieces and unbroken figures to the office so they couldn't destroy any more. Guthrie was right in the middle of the action the whole time. I wonder who the culprit was... haha!

Jackson

Today Jackson ran to the back door when I arrived, ready to head out and do his business. While he did that, I filled his dishes quick. After a few minutes I went outside with him. He was ready for some pets and snuggle time! It was a beautiful sunny morning, so we sat out on the patio to enjoy it. This evening it was raining and storming out. I opened the door to let Jackson out and he did a quick circle and headed back in. Nope! He didn't want any of that! Haha. I started to head out with him and then he finally went. I gave him a minute to do his thing, then I went out with him. We didn't stay out too long and headed back inside to try and get him to eat. He would sniff at his food for me, but still didn't want any. So, since he wasn't hungry, we went and sat on the floor in the living room and he got some belly rubs and snuggles. He's such a sweetie! Later, we went back outside just in case he needed to do any last business before bedtime. He mostly lounged on the patio next to me and listened to the rain.

Oreo & Stuffs

This morning Oreo help me in the kitchen as usual. Stuffy was lounging on the ottoman in the bedroom. I stopped by to give him a few pets quick. Then, I went back to the kitchen and got breakfast ready. Oreo ate his pill, then worked on his food. Stuffy later came out to join us to get his breakfast too. He watched out the back door while I filled Charlie's bowl. After breakfast, the boys met at our spot for their attention time. This evening, Stuffy was sitting in the front entryway. Oreo was making his way down the stairs. The boys both waited in the kitchen while I got their food ready. They waited for me to finish my things, then I met them at our spot. The boys laid on either side of me and purred away as they got their pets. Stuffy rolled to his side to get his belly brushed.

Murdy & Guthrie

Today the boys met me in the kitchen while I got their food ready. Murdy accidentally shoved Guthrie off the counter when they were both trying to help. Haha! I brought the food to the laundry room and little stinker Guthrie kept trying to go steal Murdy's! I had to keep redirecting him. He sure was a hungry boy this morning! After the boys finished eating I got out their feather toy. Guthrie was all ready to go! He had a blast again, chasing and pouncing on it. Murdy came and hid next to me to try and sneak a turn in when he could. Then, he'd zoom down the hall and up the stairs.

Today I didn't see either of the boys as I walked in, but they came in shortly after. They were good today and didn't knock over any lamps! Haha! I got the boys their food while they sat on the counter waiting patiently. Well... not so patient. Guthrie went to town as soon as the food hit the bowl. I picked it up and brought it down to the laundry room for him. Murdy sat and ate on his mat again. Both boys ate very well. I scooped their box quick, then they helped me get their favorite feather toy out. They took turns jumping and trying to get the feather. We made our way to our spot and Guthrie went crazy trying to play. Even Murdy joined in the play time today. Guthrie chased and jumped and ran all over the place! He was having a blast! Murdy sat on the couch and carefully hid, ready to make his pounce. He never did though, because Murdy kept beating him to it. Haha.

This morning both boys appeared in the kitchen when I arrived. They helped me get their breakfast ready. Both boys ate well and got their meds. After breakfast it was pamper time. The boys each took a side and laid next to me. Oreo enjoyed his rubs, and Stuffy got his brushes. After a while, Stuffy rolled to his side and took a nap. Oreo got up and went to check out the toy basket. Later, he went to go eat some more food. This evening, Oreo came running down the stairs to greet me. He led the way to the kitchen and sat patiently for his food. Stuffy appeared shortly after and sat at the edge of the kitchen. I brought his plate over to him and he nibbled a bit, then went to look out the back door. I went out and filled the bowl for Charlie. The boys came and sat with me at our spot after I finished with my things. Stuffy ate some more for me while he got brushed. Oreo got up to nibble on his leftovers when he was finished. Haha.

Tonight I came in and the boys were both sitting right up by the door. They followed along as I headed to the kitchen. Oreo rubbed up against my legs as he waited for dinner. I gave him his pill and he was a stinker and stuck his nose up at it. I pushed the plate closer to him and eventually he did eat it for me. Haha. Stuffy was waiting by the back door so I brought his plate over to him. The boys ate well. Stuffy went to sit on the stairs and Oreo went to wait for me in the living room. After I finished with their stuff, I went to sit by Oreo. Stuffy came wandering in shortly after. He enjoyed some brush time and Oreo got snuggled up by me for his pets.

Murdy & Guthrie

Today I came in and spotted Murdy right away. Guthrie came strolling into the hall right after. He sure grew since the last time I saw him! I got the boys their food and they hopped up on the counter to help me. Guthrie was so hungry, he could barely wait! I brought it to the laundry room for him. Murdy didn't want to join him and was sitting on the counter still, so I let him eat there for today. After I finished cleaning their box, I met them in the living room. I noticed they had been naughty boys and knocked over a lamp. Luckily, it was not broken. The shade holder was bent a bit but I think I got it back into place. Guthrie was ready and waiting for me to play and to get some pets. Murdy came and sat on the ottoman to watch for a bit, then he went and sat down the hall. After that, he sat in the dining room window the rest of the time. Guthrie was so lovey! He had fun rolling around and tackling his mouse toy.
