Rusty, Ruby & the gang

Thus morning it was cold out again, but slightly warmer than yesterday. Ruby raced out of her bed and lined up at her food bowl. After she ate, she, Rusty and I headed out back. The pups did their business. Rusty was all about his fetch game this morning! We got a nice long game in. Later, I went in to feed the others. Rusty was ready for his breakfast now too. Ruby told me she was ready for seconds. Haha. This afternoon I took the pups out back to do their thing. I threw the ball around a little for Rusty, but then he wanted to explore and chew on some grass. I went in and pet Salem, who was lounging in the recliner in the TV room. Sheba heard me and came out for her turn too. She rolled around and stretched herself out on the couch. This evening I came in and heard Ruby scrambling to get to her bowl. She ate quick and then the pups and I went out while I fed the big kids. After that, Rusty was ready for his fetch game. Ruby hung out and sat by me for some attention. When Rusty was done, I went in to feed the kitties and give them some attention too. Salem was lounging on the chair again and I gave her some pets. Sheba hopped up on the couch and rolled around next to me. She got her pets as well. Soon, it was time to tuck miss Ruby in to bed.

Daisy & Sophie

This morning I came in and called for Sophie since I didn't see her. Daisy heard me and started talking to me. She waited patiently while I got her her food. While she worked on that, I filled other dishes and scooped the box. Sophie had come out and sat on the counter by the sink while I had gotten Daisy's food ready. I think she wanted some too! When I finished with my things, I met Sophie in the living room and she got her attention. She is just the biggest sweetheart! She rolled and squirmed around on the floor as she got her pets. We played with her hair tie a little bit as well. When she had enough she wandered off again. She will be happy to have her people home soon!

Yesterday I walked in and Sophie came to greet me. She was rolling around and flopping down on the floor by my feet. I heard Daisy meow hello. I got her her food and took care of litter boxes. Sophie was hanging out at the edge of the living room, so I sat on the floor by her and pet her. Boy, she was loving that up! She rolled around and stretched herself out, making sure I got every inch. Haha. Eventually, she had had enough and wandered off.

Today, I walked in and spotted Sophie right away. She waited in the kitchen while I got Daisy her breakfast, topped off Sophie's dishes and took care of their boxes again. I noticed Sophie had deposited a hair tie in her food bowl, so I tossed that down the hall for her. She had a blast all by herself just batting that around and chasing after it! So cute. Soon, she was ready for her pets. She came and laid by me and rolled around some more for her attention.

This morning it was very cold and raining again. I let Ruby out and after she finished her breakfast, we went out so she could do her business. Rusty came out to potty as well. She did her thing, then zoomed back inside. Salem was wandering around in the kitchen while I got her food ready. She followed me over to the turtle room to get a few pets as well. When I finished doing my things, I walked into the living room and got a laugh. Salem was just sitting in the box in there. Haha!! Sheba came over to say hi, then she went and picked on her sister. Sheba got some playtime in this morning after Rusty got a short game of fetch in. Sheba was having a blast jumping up against the door and walls to try and get her dot. Salem even tried to play too, until Sheba batted her away. This afternoon I took Ruby out and Rusty came to join us. He raced around after his ball for awhile. He didn't want to bring it back too often, so I'd have to go get it from him. Silly boy. Haha! This evening both pups were dancing in the laundry room as I was opening the door. Ruby was happy to see me, well, happy to know she was going to eat. Haha! Rusty I think was expecting mom and dad or something. He was like, "Oh, it's just you." then went to the front room. Haha! Ruby and I went out so I could feed the big kids next. They were ready and waiting. When I went back in, Sheba was in the laundry room telling me it was her turn. After I got everyone else fed, I got Rusty to come out and play a bit before bedtime.

This morning it was storming early and later just raining out. I let Ruby out and fed her quick, then we headed outside. She sure didn't want to potty in the rain! It took a little coaxing, and eventually she did her business. Mr. Rusty didn't even get out of bed! Haha. Sheba and Salem were following me around this morning, ready for some breakfast and attention. Sheba and Ruby snuggled up on the couch with me for awhile. Salem got her attention in when I went to feed the turtles. This afternoon things cleared up and the pups were ready to head outside. Rusty rolled around in the grass by his ball and later got some fetch time. Ruby took awhile to do her business again, but finally she did and was happy to lounge on the patio and get her pets. This evening, Ruby was first to eat as always. The big kids lined up and were ready for their dinner too. I headed back in to feed the others, and of course Ruby lined up at her bowl for seconds. Haha! Salem and Sheba were wandering around as I went and filled their dishes.

This morning only Noell was in the laundry room when I arrived. She wandered around and brushed up against the doorway as usual. I started getting their food ready and Navi appeared. The girls worked on their breakfast while I tended to their other things. Back inside, they came over for a couple pets before we got their laser light out for playtime. They had fun zooming around again and pawing up on the walls to try and get the red dot. Navi spent some time lounging in my lap as well. She rolled around and was being silly. Before I left, I filled her treat toy up again for her.

This morning both girls were in the laundry room when I walked in. They wandered around by their bowls while they waited for breakfast. The girls ate while I filled their dishes up and went out and scooped their box. After that, they met me in the living room and wanted their pets. Navi climbed in my lap for a bit. I got their laser light out after that. The girls took turns zooming laps around the living room. While one ran laps, the other sat and watched. They both spent some time just sitting and stalking the light too. Haha.

This morning I came in and let Ruby out. She bounced around at her bowl, ready for her food. She gobbled that down, then we went out so she could do her business. We went back in and Rusty finally got out of bed. Haha! I stood by while he ate so no one would try and steal anything. I got the turtles some food and while I was doing that, Salem came in by me to say hi. She hopped on the bed next to me and got some pets. I got the girls their canned food and Ruby and Rusty were happy to clean up the leftover tidbits. Outside, Rusty and I got a few throws in of his ball. This afternoon the pups and I spent some time out back. It was a beautiful afternoon! Rusty zoomed around after his ball and Ruby lounged on the patio to soak up some sun. I went to fill the hay back up and the llamas were running up to check out the shop. Luckily I was quick and they didn't get in! This evening everyone was ready for dinner. Ruby of course, got hers first. Rusty ate as well and then we headed outside. I fed the big kids and then Rusty was ready for some play time. He didn't want to play super long though, so I went in and plaid with Sheba a bit. Ruby sat on the couch with me for some attention too. When it was time, I tucked Ruby in bed and got the pups their bedtime treats.

This morning I came in and let Miss Ruby out. She didn't even want to go potty, she just ran straight for her food bowl! Haha. I fed her quick and got Rusty's food ready along with his medicine. She got her part of her treat, then Ruby and I headed outside. Rusty eventually came stretching his way out as well. The pups did their business and Rusty and I got a few throws in of his ball. After that, I fed the turtles and kitties and made sure everyone had water. This afternoon the pups came outside with me for their potty break. I threw the ball a little for Rusty, but he was more interested in exploring. So, I went in and gave Sheba some attention. She had been following me around and was meowing at me that she wanted some attention too! I got her laser light out and had her chase that around a bit. Salem was lounging on her window bed in the living room. She enjoyed some pets as well. This evening Ruby heard me come in and she lined up at her bowl, ready to eat. She stuck her head in the food bin to eye up that I was filling her cup with enough kibble! Rusty was still napping in his chair, so I put his food up until before I left. He came out after I fed the big kids out back. Rusty and Ruby explored a little. He and I got some fetch time in and Ruby sat by me for her attention. The kitties got their dinners as well, and Salem even hopped on the dining table to get a few pets without being interrupted by Sheba. Haha.

This afternoon I came in and saw Ruby wasn't in her bed. They must not have heard me come in. I called for her and she came zooming out from the front room! We headed out back and she did her business. Rusty came out eventually to join us. Ruby stood by me for some pets while Rusty got some fetch time in. It was a beautiful afternoon! I went in to fill water dishes up and saw Sheba was sprawled out in the living room. She cracks me up. This evening I came in and Ruby met me at the door. As always, she was ready to eat! We went out so I could feed the others quick and she was leaping and bouncing around the yard. She gobbled her food down as soon as it hit her bowl. I filled Rusty's bowl, but he was still lounging on his chair. Next, I turned the light off for the turtles and fed the kitties. I hadn't seen Salem this afternoon, and she wasn't in the bedroom so I started calling for her and looking around. I found her all cozy on the pillow by the window. What a perfect spot! I went out with the pups again later and they had fun chasing each other around and were being silly. Soon, it was time to head in and tuck miss Ruby in bed.
