Sage

Today I came in and Sage was bouncing around in her cage. I saw she'd knocked her water pail over. I let her out, quickly cleaned her bed and filled her bucket for her. She got a drink, then cooled her feet off right away. Haha! I don't think it was dumped over for too long, since her kennel floor was still wet. She was now off roaming around the yard and checking things out. She would come over now and again for a throw of her kong. But, she was more interested in exploring today. She had fun rolling around in the grass quite a bit too! Later, I filled her food up and put her back in her bed. She's been eating great and doing well.

Jackson

This morning I arrived and Jackson was making his way to the door. I let him out to do his thing while I got his breakfast ready. I joined him out back and brought his food to try and get him to eat. He had to get his pets in first, of course! It was raining out for our visit this morning. So, we hung out under the roof of the patio and listened to the rain. I had him stay in for the day since we had more chance for rain and possibly some storms. This evening Jackson was ready to head outside when I arrived. He came and sat by me for some attention. I got him to eat his dinner, then he relaxed on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful evening. I think we have another day of rain ahead, but hopefully after that he'll get to spend more time outside.

Sage

It was kind of a rainy day today. When I came by to see Sage, we'd had a break in the rain. I saw she had a tiny bit of food leftover and the ants had taken over, so I tossed it in the trash. I let her out and she started racing around the yard. After I finished cleaning up, she was ready for a game of fetch. She chased her ball for awhile and would return it to me. Later, she was busy checking things out at the front of the yard. Whatever it was kept her pretty occupied! She eventually came back for some more fetch time. Soon, I fed her her dinner and put her back in her bed. I bet she'll sleep good tonight with all the running around she did!

Lucy & Shadow

Today I came in and spotted Lucy right away. She started meowing to me and kept brushing up against the wall, then would roll around on the floor. Shadow was lounging in one of the chairs in the living room. I got their breakfast ready send scooped their box. Back in the living room, Lucy was now sitting on her bench and watching the birds out the window. I got their rope toy and had Shadow playing for a few minutes. Then, Lucy took over and had fun chasing the rope. She was zooming back and forth through her tunnel and pouncing on the rope. She sure had fun this morning! Shadow eventually wandered over to go eat, then went and sat by his window in the front room. I got him some of his snacks before I left.

Billie, Roxy & the gang

This morning I checked gates and let the girls out for their morning potty break. I got their breakfast ready and got Billie's medicine out again. The girls came racing in and were ready to eat. Roxy decided to hop into Billie's crate with her at first. Haha! Goofy lady. I got them in their own beds and fed them their breakfast. While Billie worked on that, I fed Oreo and gave the hamster a little lettuce too. Once Billie was finished, I let them out again to play. The kitties got their water turned on and I scooped their box. Since they weren't up for attention today, I went out back by the pups. I saw Billie was lounging on her trampoline. The girls were busy wrestling around with each other most of the time. Soon, we headed in and they got put back in their beds. Everyone is doing great!

Sage

We had a beautiful morning outside today. This afternoon some storms rolled in. I timed it pretty good and went to see Sage when we had a little break from the rain. She was happy to see me and zoomed out as soon as I opened her door. Her water bucket was full to the brim from the rain! I cleaned her cage, then it was time for some fetch. It was a little cooler than yesterday, so Sage was able to keep going longer without breaks. She was one muddy pup today though! Haha. When the thunder started rumbling again, I put her back in her bed with her food. I wanted her to be able to eat dinner before it started raining again.

Lucy & Shadow

Today I came in and both kitties were sitting at the edge of the living room. Lucy meowed at me as soon as I got in. Shadow went over and sat by the food. Haha. I got their breakfast ready and tended to their box. Lucy was sitting at the back window, watching the birds in the backyard. Shadow waited in the living room for his snackies. I got out their stringy toy today and had Shadow playing. He sat behind the table and pawed at it sneakily. He was having a blast. Later on, Lucy joined in for a bit too.

Shadow

This morning I came in and Shadow came trotting down the hall shortly after. He met me in the kitchen and meowed at me while I got his breakfast and snacks ready. Shadow started chowing down while I scooped his box. He was a hungry boy I guess! Haha. He met me in the living room and came over to sniff at me and get a few pets. Shortly after that, he was back at his plate, snacking some more. Shadow got spunky later on and was zooming back and forth between his kitty towers! Haha. Later, we got some play time in with his feather toy.

Jackson

We had a beautiful morning outside today. I let Jackson out right away when I arrived. He did his business, then I joined him out back. I brought his food out with us to try and get him to eat his breakfast. He wasn't too worried about it, but a bird kept trying to get close to it. Haha! Jackson got some snuggled while we sat outside. Later, I went and got his Frisbee and we had some fun playing fetch with that. We were supposed to have some storms this afternoon, so I decided to keep him in today. This evening I came by just as the rain had stopped. Jackson was ready for his potty break. I brought his food out again and he finished his whole bowl tonight. He was having fun racing around back and enjoying the beautiful evening.

Billie, Roxy & the gang

This morning I came in and let the girls out for their potty break. I got their breakfast and Billie's medicine ready, then let them back inside. Billie worked on her food. Roxy likes to wait til after our visit to eat hers. While they were in, I fed Oreo and gave Journey a little bit of lettuce to snack on. The kitties had their faucet turned on and the shades opened. Salt came out to visit me again, but the other two hung out under the bed. I guess Pepper doesn't love me anymore! Haha. The girls went back outside after Billie ate and I sat out there with them for awhile. Later, I went in to try and visit the kitties a bit too. Only Salt wanted pets. This evening the rain had just let up when I arrived. We'd had some light storms this afternoon. The girls went out for their break after I checked gates quick. I fed the other kids and let them back in for their dinners too. They've both been eating great! When they went back out to play I went to see the kitties. Chili enjoyed some chin rubs under the bed. Salt had come out for a few pets too. Pepper wandered in to go drink from the faucet as I was heading back out by the pups.
