Sadie, Zoie & Cole

This afternoon, Cole met me in the laundry room when I walked in. I was surprised the other two didn't come say hi, but then I realized why they didnt! I let them all outside to play. Sadie wandered out and lounged in the grass to soak up some sun. Cole spent most of his time hanging out by me. Miss Zoie was all over the place, checking things out. I got them some water for outside while they played. Cole got his medicine before I left. This evening I let the kiddos out when I arrived. Zoie made sure to grab all the toys she could and bring them outside. Cole wandered out to go potty, with a little coaxing. He came back and wanted his heiny scratches. Sadie got jealous and came running! She snuck several kisses. Haha. I had to make sure I pet both of them simultaneously, or one would be jealous! Sadie later ran off to go run around with the neighbor pup. When they came in, I got them their dinners and tucked them in for the night.

Chelsea & Bo

Today I spotted Chelsea right away as I walked in. She meowed at me and came over. Bo walked by and went right for the kitchen to wait for me! They were sure ready for their yums. I refilled their dishes, then got them their wet food. They both licked their plates pretty much clean. Chelsea went to go roll around in the living room while I cleaned up quick. Bo was just lounging by the fireplace. I sat on the floor by them for awhile and they both enjoyed some attention. Chelsea, of course, was being a little bit of an attention hog! I brushed her for awhile and she loved that! Bo hung out nearby for most of the time, then later he wandered over to the scratching post. Chelsea was busy just rolling around and curling up into a little ball, purring away!

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon Rusty hopped down out of his chair right away when he heard me come in. I let Ruby out of her bed, then we headed outside. Ruby went out and did her thing. It didn't take her long to head back inside today. Rusty rolled around in the grass awhile. He, too, headed in early. They were lazy puppy dogs today! They each picked their spot in the living room to take a nap. Ruby was on her couch, and Rusty in his chair.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon the boys came out of their beds. I got Butler sprayed in his couple spots, then we headed outside. The boys lounged on their patio for quite awhile today, since the sun was finally out! They had some fun wrestling around in the grass too. Butler came over to give me lots of kisses. Eddie wanted his pets. When it was time, they came in and got their snacks.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy was talkative as usual. She followed me to the door and waited under the table, while I watered the plants. She gave me a big meow when I walked back in! She got her medicine quick, then I got their breakfast ready. Sadi was sitting in the food room, just chilling. She walked over to the bowls and started to eat right away, so I took care of their other things until she finished. She got her meds next, then we headed out to the living room. Stormy walked circles around me, purring away. She enjoyed some pets, while Sadi got brushed. Later, she plopped on the floor and played with her kitty toy.

Hudson, Zel, Gabbie & Blackie

This morning, all the kiddos met me at the door. Hudson was bouncing up at me like he had springs for legs! I let them all out for their morning potty break. Everyone was ready to come in to eat, except for Zel. She was busy checking out her hole again. I got the others dried off and fed, then back outside. Blackie wanted a little attention, then they all wandered about the yard to explore. Miss Gabbie returned and sat at the door, crying to go back in. I told her it would only be a little longer. I got Hudson and Gabbie tucked in, then I went out to get Zel. She came in and finally ate her food too. Everyone got a cookie before I left.

Chloe

This morning I met miss Chloe at the door and said hi. She went outside, while I went to get her breakfast and bring it out to her. She was so excited! She would dance in front of me, happy for some attention, then would go to her bowl to grab a bite. Back again, this time she wanted some heiny scratches. It was sprinkling out a little this morning, so we spent most of the time under the roof of the patio. I left her outside for the day as requested. It actually turned out to be quite a nice afternoon too! This evening, I saw Chloe standing on top of the storm shelter barking at my car. She had to get a better view to see who was here! Haha. I went out back to say hi. She came in while I got her dinner, then we went back out for awhile. She gobbled down her dinner, then wanted some attention. I tried to get her to go grab her log so we could play, but she just wanted snuggles. When we headed in, she got her yummy cookies.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon was another rainy one outside. I let Ruby out and saw Rusty was lounging on the chair in the living room. He hopped down and followed us to the door. Ruby headed out first, with Rusty tagging along behind. He made me laugh today! Once he was out there and saw it was raining, he went right back in through the doggie door! I walked out with Ruby so she would go potty. Once she finished, she raced her way back inside. She had gone to sit in the bedroom again. I went to sit in the front room by Rusty for a bit. This time, Ruby came to join us. She wanted some heiny scratches!

Winston

This afternoon I got Winston ready to go and we went outside. The bags were out, so we wandered over to another station. It was lightly sprinkling when we first got outside, but it quickly started to rain harder. Winston got to stop and say hi to a neighbor, then we made our way back. Winston did his sliding around on the carpet again. What a goofball! He then proceeded to run laps around the house. After he got that out of his system, he went to get his rope. He was all about playing a game of tug today! Haha. I tried to get some fetch in too, but he wouldn't give it up. He was more interested in shredding on his rope.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon the boys wandered out after Butler got his medicine. It was raining out again, so they hung out on the covered part of the patio at first. Later, they heard a neighbor dog out, so they were racing along the fence line. They got pretty wet today! Later, they went inside to be lazy and take a nap.
