Bubba

Today I came in and made sure Bubba had enough food and water, then opened up a packet of special kitty for him. After I read your note, I started to call for him, as he was nowhere to be seen. Soon he came prancing to me from the bedroom. I guess he was busy napping! Bubba's little motor started right away. He was purring, and flopping around, and rubbing up against my legs. He was loving every minute of attention! Later I saw the look in his eyes change... and I knew it was playtime! Sure enough, the next time I went to pet him, he started swatting at my hand. His purrs never stopped while we played around. Before I left, I applied his revolution. He is such a good kitty! He sat in by the window and watched as I locked up. I'll be back Bubba!

Sophie & Roxy

Today the girls were jumping up and down at the fence as I pulled up. They zoomed around and met me at the door. They were pretty excited today! The girls bounced up and down as they came in. I got them each a treat as we headed in to visit. Sophie jumped all the way into my lap and squirmed around. She buried her face by my arm as I scratched her back. They were hopping around from chair to chair today. I had to sit in the kitchen with them for a bit so they'd take a break to eat. The girls lined up for one more treat before it was time to go. Today they ran to the fence again to see me off!

Ginger, Tiger & Scout

This morning the pups were at the window, barking as I pulled in. They all raced to the gate and then to the back door to do their business. Ginger was a little hesitant to go out once she felt the chilly air. Finally she went, and they all played outside for a little bit. Everyone got their bacon treats when they came inside. Next they got a rawhide. Ginger got to work on hers right away. Scout was more interested in getting pet! I think she was attached to my leg the whole time. Tiger curled up and relaxed. Later, he did a little window watching.

This evening all three pups ran up to the gate when I arrived. We all headed outside right away so they could go potty. Ginger and Scout were first to head to the door to go back inside. It got a bit chilly out this evening. Soon Tiger was ready to go in as well. I made sure they had plenty of food and water. Ginger was wanting a lot of attention! She kept standing up against my leg and would let me know if I stopped petting her. Scout came over and pawed at me to get them some treats. They all lined up in the kitchen for a rawhide. Scout and Tiger just set theirs down and looked at me for a bit. Scout decided she wanted to eat a little dinner first! Soon all three settled down and were working on their bones.

Today both the girls were already at the back door, jumping up and down to come inside. We sat on the couch for a bit, one on either side of me, giving kisses on my face. They took turns rolling over onto my lap again for some tummy scratches. Roxy would occasionally hop down to go sit in her chair. Today they went to their food bowls and ate after they got their "hellos" in! We headed back to the living room to visit some more. The girls wrestled around a bit in between running over to me to play. Roxy would shoot glances up at the ceiling now and again to hopefully catch a glimpse of that mysterious red dot! No luck today... Later we headed outside and they sat nicely for their treats.

Today was so nice out! When I arrived it took the girls a minute to realize I was there. Then they both came zooming into the house. They took turns rolling onto my lap for some tummy scratches, while the other was busy giving me lots of kisses! They were so excited to see me that they didn't pay any attention to their food bowls. It wasn't long before Roxy was scanning the walls and ceiling for that tiny red dot. Sophie joined in soon after and they were staring at me like, "C'mon, we're ready to play!" I sat in the kitchen with them for a bit so they would eat for me. Afterwards, we went back in the livingroom for more snuggle time. Sophie curled up next to me and Roxy would hop up and paw at me to pet her next. Before they headed back outside, they each got a couple treats.

Tipper, Roz, Georgia & Sky

Today Tipper and Roz both got up in their beds when I walked in, ready to go play! Meeko gave me a little "Meeko" hello. Tipper made sure to grab her ball right away to bring outside. She started running around, then gave me her ball to start our game of fetch! Roz went up in her tree house for a bit, watching the neighborhood. Later she came down and sat in front of me for some love while I threw the ball for Tipper. The sun was toasty warm on us, so the girls decided to take a dip in the pool to cool off! Later I headed in to see the kitties while the girls played outside. I can't believe how big they're getting! I had one snuggle up in my lap right away. The other kept busy playing with their feather toy as I swung it around. They both had fun sniffing at all the animal smells on my scrubs too! I made sure to give them some food and fresh water before I went back to play with the girls some more until it was time to go. I'll miss them! They are all so much fun!

Toby, Tyson & Morgan

This morning it was just dounpouring rain outside. I went in to find Tyson waiting for me to say hi. Morgan soon appeared too, wanting a little attention. Toby was in his usual spot, lounging in bed. I got him up and fed him his breakfast. When he finished, I noticed the rain had stopped! So, I got Toby leashed up and off we went. We got our long walk in without the rain starting up again. When we got back home, he had some energy to burn yet. He raced into the bedroom and got his kitty toy. He came out, shaking it all over the place! We played some tug of war and fetch with his favorite toy. This afternoon the rain was still at bay, so we got right on our way for another walk. We got pretty lucky this weekend! On our way out, we saw a tiny little crawdad in the driveway! As we were coming back, we said hi to the neighbors who were working outside with their German shepherds. Toby and I went to sit out back after I got Tyson's sink turned on. Toby got bored and wanted to go back in to play. We played with his kitty toy some more. Before I left, I gave Toby a big hug and kiss and got him a cookie. I will miss them a lot!

Bailey

Miss Bailey was happy to see me this morning! I think she may have had a rough night. I arrived to find the mailbox had been hit by a car. I let Bailey outside to do her business, then got her some breakfast. Next, I went outside to investigate what had happened and talked to some of the neighbors. When I got things taken care of, I headed back inside with Bailey. She and I went out back for just a little bit. She didn't want to stay out real long since it was raining again. Before I left, I gave her a big hug and got her a rawhide. I will miss her!

Crash & Genny

Crash was very excited to see me this morning, jumping all over the place! Genny was happy too, carrying around a different toy this morning. It was just pouring rain when I got there. I let them outside quick to go potty. Genny went just off to the side, only long enough to do her business, then came back. I got her dried off. Surprisingly, Crash took his time out there, not minding the rain. I got him dried off too, then got them their meds and breakfast. They each finished off their bowls. Crash wanted to go back outside after. The rain had let up a little, and he just had a blast! He was racing around and rolling around in the grass. Genny decided to stay in with me, so she sat next to me and we watched Crash play out the window. Genny was happy to get a long back rub. When Crash came back in I got them each a cookie before I left. I will miss them a lot!
