This afternoon it was thundering and lightning out when I arrived. It was raining very lightly out, so I quickly went in to get the pups. Rusty and Ruby both came out with me. They both kind of stopped on the patio area, not wanting to venture out in the weather. I went out into the grass and called for Ruby, so she would at least go potty for me. She did, like a good girl. Rusty came out too, and we got a few throws in with his ball. After they heard a louder rumble of thunder, they both wanted to head back in. Rusty curled up in his chair in the living room to take a nap, while Ruby wandered back to the bedroom.
