Bella, Louie & Chico

This afternoon Bella and Chico were so crazy excited when I finally got to see them. They heard us outside the whole time, so I'm sure they were anticipating someone to come inside. They ran out and joined Louie for awhile. I refilled their water jug while they played. When it was time, I let Bella and Chico back inside and put them to bed. This evening I got Louie his dinner and let him be inside to eat that, while Bella and Chico got a potty break. Louie lounged in the living room for a bit when he finished eating. At bedtime, I got all the kiddos a couple treats to snack on.

Shadow

Tonight I walked in and Shadow met me in the kitchen. He started rubbing up against my legs while I read my notes and got his dinner ready. Next, I went to check his box and he tagged along. We sat in the living room for awhile when I was done. He wasn't in much of a playful mood, just wanted some love. I pet him for awhile. I caught him just in time when he wanted to give me a little love nibble on my knee. Haha. As I was leaving, he finally went to go eat his dinner.

Shadow & Lucy

Today Lucy was walking right up to the door when I walked in. The kitties both sat in the kitchen while I got their food ready. Lucy took a sniff, then went to sit and wait for me. Shadow worked on eating for a bit. Miss Lucy was in a crazy playful mood today! She was flailing legs trying to catch her rope. Then, she was zooming back and forth through her tunnel, all on her own. After that, she was sticking her head in the tunnel and blindly grabbing the rope outside of it. She wanted a challenge I guess. Haha! Shadow had been at his window bird watching, but he saw what fun she was having and decided to join us. He played for awhile as well. Before I left, the kitties both got some of their yummy treats.

Scout

I checked on Scout real quick this morning. He came walking out of the shop to see me. Everything still looked good at the house and he did have plenty of food. I added a little more to his bowl, just in case. His feeder door was still working today too. I got him a couple treats as I was leaving, for being such a good boy!

Major & Boomer

This morning Major heard me pull up and started whimpering. I didn't see Boomer, but that was because he was already inside at the door, waiting for me! Once I got in, Major came in as well. I figured out why he was whimpering too! He was carrying that old piece of toy around. Haha! I got the boy's food ready and they both were ready to eat. After breakfast and Major's medicine, we went outside. Boomer was happy for some attention. Major was carrying his toy around and giving it a good shake. He sure does like that thing! This evening the boys were both outside when I arrived. They came in when they saw me. They both stood behind me and made sure I was doing a good job at getting their dinner together. Haha! Boomer could hardly wait! He kept going in and out through the door until I delivered his food. They're doing very well!

Chupie

Today I brought the bowls inside to refill for the outside kitties. Me leaving Chupie be yesterday must have worked. Her food bowl was polished off today when I got there. I cleaned her box and got her some fresh food and water for today.

Chupie

It was a quiet day for Chupie today. I brought the empty dishes for the stray kitties inside to refill. I noticed Chupie hadn't eaten all her food from yesterday, so I thought maybe I startled her. So, I didn't attempt to see her today and let her be. She seems to be doing well though!

Shadow & Lucy

Today Lucy meowed when I walked in the door. Shadow appeared shortly after and met me in the kitchen. They both watched, while I got their food ready. Lucy laid on the cover to her box to wait for me to come back from cleaning their box. Shadow finished eating, wandered around the living room for a minute, then went to bird watch. Lucy wasn't up for playing today. She just wanted some lovin! She rolled around by me, got up and plopped down in another spot to roll some more, while she got her chin scratches. She kept talking to me the whole time. Haha. Before I left, I got out their special jar and gave them some snacks.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon I let Ruby out. She went to wait at the back door. I saw Rusty's red ball so I grabbed that and headed to the front room, since he wasn't coming to me calling. I no more than peeked in the room and showed his ball, and he leapt from his chair! We all headed out. I threw the ball for Rusty but he didn't see me do that, so it took a minute for him to find it. Once he did, he carried it to his spot and lounged in the grass. Ruby did her business when we got out and she joined Rusty. They were pretty lazy today and both stayed put there pretty much the whole time!

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let the boys out. Eddie and Butler both ran into the kitchen to say hi to me while I got them some water. I headed outside right behind them. Then, the both excitedly hopped on the table to say hi some more. Butler slathered me with kisses, while Eddie sniffed me all over. He could smell those horsie smells on me again today. The boys ran off to explore awhile. Eddie kept going in to get a drink. One time when he came back out, he kept putting his wet whiskers on me to share. Gave me the chills! Haha. Butler made me laugh today too. He went in to cool off. But then, he stuck his head out the door to listen for a sound he heard.
