Bella & Chico

It was the coldest morning we've had so far out there today. Brrrrrrr! I came in and let the pups out right away. They went out and did their thing, then both came back in for some breakfast. Bella came over for some attention after her belly was full. She had licked the bowl clean! Chico ate his fill and went back to bed to warm up. Bella didn't go out much this morning either. Too chilly! This afternoon the sun came out and felt warm in the crisp cool air. The pups came out for their potty break. They enjoyed the warm sunshine and spent plenty of time out back checking things out. When it was time to come in, they both got their peanut butter snack. This evening the cold returned after the sun had set. Bella and Chico both raced outside to do their business. They spent most of the time inside by me, trying to steal my attention from the other. Haha! They're so jealous of each other. They behaved themselves though, and both enjoyed their pets. I tucked them in with some bedtime cookies when it was time.

Noell & Navi

This morning I came in and the girls both made their way to come say hi. Navi led the way this morning to get their dishes. After I got their breakfast ready, I went to go scoop their box. Navi meowed all the way back and the girls both worked on their food. They met me at our spot and came over for their pets as they searched the floor for the red dot. Haha! The girls both tried to get it at the same time. Navi was more determined and did the most chasing at first. Noell went down the hall and hid around the corner. She'd peek out to see if she could sneak up on the dot. Later, I got the mouse toys out and they both watched them closely. Neither was really in the mood for chasing as much today. Haha.

Bella & Chico

It was a very chilly start to our morning. I let the pups out when I arrived and got their bowls filled for breakfast. They went out to do their thing. Chico was back inside and curled up on the ottoman within a few minutes. Too chilly for him! I sat in the chair and pet him for a bit. Bella came back in and saw that, so she needed pets too! They both sat inside and got some attention until it was time to go. This afternoon Bella and Chico worked on their food and both ate very well. The sun was out, so that helped warm things up outside. The pups spent most of their time out back exploring. When it was time to come in, they got their peanut butter snacks. Bella got to stay in this afternoon again since it was still pretty chilly out today. It should start warming up again though. This evening the pups both raced out back. With the sun set, it was cold out again, so Chico didn't stay out long. He went back to his bed to go protect his bone. Bella did some exploring out back. She heard something that got her all worked up and barking! Not sure what it was. She would come in and get her back scratches from me too. Later she heard a neighborhood dog barking, so she had to go check it out and tell her story too. Haha.

Noell & Navi

This morning the girls were both in the kitchen to say hi when I arrived. Noell did a big stretch and Navi was meowing away at me. They led the way to their room so I could grab their dishes. Navi tried climbing up on the counter to help me with breakfast, but I shooed her down. Naughty! The girls snacked while I scooped their box, then they ran ahead of me to our spot. After a few pets, it was time to play with the laser light. Noell did some laps around the living room after it. Navi crouched down, did her heiny wiggle and squeaked at it as she stalked it. Haha. I got the mouse toy out for Navi to play with. Noell came to sit and watch. She did roll around with the second toy for just a minute.

Bella & Chico

This morning the pups were ready for their potty break. I let them out and they raced out back while I got their breakfast down. They both spent awhile out back doing some exploring. Bella came in for some back scratches. They both worked on breakfast after that. This afternoon it was very nice outside again. We've been so lucky with the weather! We all headed out back. The pups roamed around and got some sunbathing in. It was super windy out today. The temperature was supposed to drop dramatically this afternoon, plus the strong winds were to continue, so I kept Miss Bella in for the afternoon. When it was time, I tucked the pups in their beds with their peanut butter snacks. This evening I let the pups out for their bedtime potty break. It was cold out tonight. Chico did his thing, then headed back to the comfort and warmth of his cozy bed! Bella was in and out, checking out noises. She would come in for some pets, then head back out for a little bit. Soon, it was time for bed.

Noell & Navi

This morning the girls were both in the dining room, ready to say hi. I gave them each a pet, then went to go gather their bowls. Navi was being silly and kept plopping down in my patch to meow and roll around. Haha. I got their food ready and the girls snacked while I tended to their box. Afterwards, we went to our spot to play. The girls both came over for a few pets before we got started. I got out the laser light and they both stalked and raced around after it. Later, I got out a mouse and fish toy for both of them. They were each tackling their own toy simultaneously. Haha!

This morning I let the pups out for their potty break. I fed them their breakfast and they both worked on that a bit. It was pretty nice out this morning, but a little on the cool side. That didn't bother them! They were both out there exploring. Chico came in after awhile and wanted to go snuggle up in his bed. Miss Bella came in and visited me for some pets. They both got some cookies when it was time for bed. This afternoon was beautiful outside! The pups and I went out and enjoyed the weather. Chico was having fun rolling around in the grass. Bella was exploring most of the time, but she took a break to sprawl out in the grass and get some sun. Chico was racing laps along the fence at one point, so Bella had to check it out too. She got to spend the afternoon outside again. This evening Bella raced in to say hi while I went to go get Chico. He took a little coaxing to come out. He must be hoarding a treat in there again. Haha! He came out and did his business. Later, Chico snuggled up on the couch. I sat with him for awhile and he sat on my lap. Miss Bella enjoyed her back scratches. When it was time, I tucked them in for bed.

Oscar

This afternoon I walked in and Oscar was in the middle of a big stretch in the living room. He pranced his way over to come say hi and get his heiny scratches. We went outside and he stopped by me again for a few more pets before he wandered off. Right away, Oscar plopped down in the grass to get some sun. It was a beautiful afternoon! Later, he saw something out in the pasture that intrigued him, so he went over to the fence to investigate. After that, he checked out the bushes as well. Soon, he was making himself comfy on the patio to relax some more.

This afternoon the pups were barking excitedly when they heard me come in. I let them out back right away. They both ran over to say hi, then went about their business. Chico went in and had some lunch. Bella was busy checking the bushes for critters. It was a beautiful afternoon outside! The pups came over and laid on the patio, soaking up some sun. Chico and I went in when it was time. Bella got to spend the afternoon out back. This evening I came in and let Bella inside. She was happy to say hi. Chico came out and got his potty break. The pups were busy looking around for their food, since I had put it up. But, they behaved themselves. Chico ended up going back to his bed, probably to protect a bone. Haha. Bella laid by me the rest of the time and enjoyed belly rubs and back scratches.

Gracie, Molly, Emma & the gang

This morning Molly and Emma were both up and ready to go out. I let them go do their business while I let Gracie out of her bed. She zoomed circles around me and was so excited! It was a beautiful and warm morning outside, so I got her ready and we went for a nice long walk. When we got back home, I let the girls in and fed everyone breakfast. Houston helped me scoop the litter boxes. He was having fun playing with the door on the lid. Haha. Miss Molly ate her dinner from last night and her breakfast portion. She was a hungry girl this morning! I gave them each a cookie and then I let Gracie spend the morning out back since it was so nice out. This afternoon Gracie came in and Molly and Emma went out back for awhile. Gracie sat and got her pets, while the kitties took turns visiting me. She ran off to the bedroom and came prancing out with a tennis ball. I tossed it for her, and she couldn't find it. Haha! Houston was having fun rolling it around in the living room. Gracie gave up looking and went and got a different toy to play with. The girls were letting me know they wanted back in, so I let Gracie out for a quick potty break before I left.
