Hudson, Zel, Gabbie & Blackie

This evening I could hear the pups as I got the mail. I came in and saw Blackie emerging from his room. I let the little ones out and they all went out back to do their business. Blackie was first to come back to the door and bark that he was ready to eat. The kiddos were all bouncing around excitedly. I got them their food and everyone ate well. They went back out for another potty break. It was cold out, so the girls lined up at the door pretty quick. I let them in while the boys explored outside a bit longer. Zel disappeared, so I went to see what she was up to. I saw she had found a blanket at the end of the hall and she'd gotten all cozy in it! Miss Gabbie sat with me in the living room and got some pets. The boys came in after a bit and said hi as well. Those three were quite intrigued by the other animal smells on me tonight. Haha! Blackie eventually went to bed. Gabbie snuggled up in my lap and Hudson stood nearby for his back scratches.

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar met me at the end of the hallway and was so excited! I gave him his hello pets and then we headed out back. He came over and wanted some more back scratches before he wandered off to go explore. It was a chilly afternoon, but the sun felt nice. Oscar found a sunny spot in the grass to lounge awhile. He later found a big stick that he brought over to chew on. When it was time, we headed in and got him his snack.

This afternoon Oscar was at the end of the hall, peering down at me and doing a big stretch. He waited for me to come say hi. Then, we headed out back. It was a beautiful afternoon! Oscar laid right down on the patio and took a snooze in the warm sunshine. He later moved to the side of the house so he could keep an eye on the neighborhood. He hopped right up when he saw someone and alerted me. Oscar lounged around some more in the sunshine today until it was time to head in. He did some tricks for me to get his snack before I left.

Noell & Navi

This morning the girls were both waiting for me. They trotted along ahead of me to their room so I could grab their dishes. I saw they'd had some fun with some items while I was gone, as they were randomly laying in the middle of the room. Haha. I got them their food and they both snacked. Noell went ahead of me to wait in the living room. Navi came running in shortly behind me. They both enjoyed a few pets before we got to playtime. Noell even got to play with the mouse toy today! They had their fun chasing and wrestling with their toy. Eventually Noell went out to enjoy some sunshine on the patio. Miss Navi continued to leap and pounce, having her fun.

This morning Noell was in the kitchen, waiting to see who had arrived. Navi meowed at us as we got to her in the living room. The girls led the way and I went to get their breakfast ready. They both nibbled while I scooped their box. Navi now runs out with Noell, as soon as they see I'm finished, to meet me in the living room. Noell wanted some pets this morning. Navi was ready to play. She was doing her leaps and pounces on her toy. Later while I was cleaning, Miss Navi was busy helping me out. Haha! She would swat at my dusting rags and come hop up on things to see what I was doing. Later, I saw she had found a Hershey kiss from somewhere and was trying to eat it, so I took that away. So full of mischief! Haha

Bella & Chico

This morning I let the pups out of their beds. They zoomed out the back to do their business. It was snowing out there. Chico didn't waste any time and got back inside the warm house. Bella explored a little and was in the corner of the patio  looking for something. She eventually came in and said hi. Chico worked on his breakfast while Miss Bella got her pets and heiny scratches. Chico wandered off to go lay in his bed, so Bella took her turn to eat. This afternoon the pups raced out back again. The snow had stopped by now. The pups had some fun out back. Chico and Bella walked along the fence and explored a bit. They came in after awhile and snacked on some more food. Bella hung out with me and got plenty of heiny scratches. When it was time, I tucked them in bed with their peanut butter snacks.

Bella & Chico

This evening I let the pups out for their potty break. They both went out and did their thing. I grabbed one of the towels and put that down for their wet tootsies. Chico came in to get a drink and Bella came in also. We had some sassy pups tonight. They started to get into it, so I had to quickly break them up. Luckily I was right there, so it was very brief. I sent Bella outside while I checked Chico over. He was good, so I brought Bella in and looked her over too. They both went to their room after that and sulked in their beds. I guess they didn't like me scolding them! I had to keep coaxing Bella to come out and she'd come get some pets, then she'd go back in her bed. She'd come out again for more heiny scratches. Chico wouldn't come back out for me, but I bet he was more worried about her stealing his cookies. I gave them each a cookie before bed.

Noell & Navi

This morning Noell was waiting in the kitchen for me. She led me to the living room where Navi was sitting. The girls joined me to go get their breakfast ready. Naughty Navi tried climbing up on the counter to help! Haha. Today both girls came to the living room right away for some playtime and attention. Navi started in right away chasing her mousey. Noell sat and watched, then came by me for a few pets. She went and sat at one end to watch Navi play again. Today Noell actually played when I sent the mouse her way! Navi was a good girl and let Noell have her turn. For a few minutes anyways. Haha!

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar met me in the living room. He was all excited to say hi and get his heiny scratches. We went out back and Oscar stood and watched me for a minute. Then, he wandered off to go explore. Oscar got his Frisbee and barked at me to play. We chased and played fetch for a good while today. We headed back inside for a bit since it was kinda chilly out there. Oscar grabbed a toy and I tossed it for him. He brought it back and laid down to chew on it. Then, we played some tug with another toy.

Noell & Navi

This morning I met the girls in the living room. Navi started meowing at me right away. The girls led the way and I went to gather their bowls. Noell hung out in the kitchen while I got their food ready. Navi ate some breakfast and Noell went to wait for me in the living room. Noell came and got a couple chin scratches, then I tried to get her to play. Navi heard the mouse toy and came running. Noell hung out to watch awhile. She hopped up on the couch behind me and got a few more pets. Then, she went to go itch her face on some binders. Haha. Navi was jumping and pouncing on the kitty toy as usual. I think she would play all day if she could! Noell almost looked like she might join in a couple times, but she just sat and watched.
