Bubba

Bubba came strolling out from the bedroom when I arrived today. He immediately started rubbing up against me and purring as I cleaned out his box. I opened up one of the cans of food for him today. Boy, did he like that one! I don't think he touched much of the pouch foods any other day. Today, he sat right down and started eating away. He didn't follow me around after I set it down, and barely cared that I was there! He ate about half of it before he headed to the living room to play. I sat on the floor today so we had more room. I had a few good laughs! Bubba was zooming around from one side of the room to the other after his toy. He would occasionally try to be sly, pretending not to notice the toy as he cleaned his paw. Then he would pounce! We had a lot of fun today. As I got up to leave, Bubba headed back to finish up his can of food.

Bubba

Today Bubba was right at the door, sticking his nose toward it to smell the air outside. I made sure he didn't get out. He helped me clean his box and refresh his food and water. He nosed at the bags as I was getting one out. Then, he was plopping down on the floor in front of me as I took each step. Such a silly boy! As soon as I was finished, we headed to the living room and got right to playing. He had so much fun with his kitty toy! Bubba got a little tired out a couple times, but after a short rest he'd get a second or third wind. He was following the toy, rolling around like crazy as he wrestled with it! I could tell I really pooped him out today. When it was time to go, he didn't even budge from his spot on the couch.

Bubba

This afternoon I came in to see Mr. Bubba. He came wandering in from the bedroom to see me. He sat and watched as I cleaned out his box. He almost seemed like he wanted to play with the paper bags! Bubba rolled around in the hallway a bit and enjoyed some chin scratches. He jumped up now and again to run and get a couple bites of food. Then, he would come and crash on the floor again, rolling around immediately. The wind had picked up quite a bit, so I made sure the doors were all shut tightly. I guess I was just hearing the wind coming in from the fireplace. Bubba ran from chair to chair, following me wherever I went. As we headed to the couch, I saw his cute kitty toy. We had a blast with that for the rest of the time!

Bubba

Bubba hopped down off the couch today when I got there. He helped me get some fresh food for him. He ran to the bowls excitedly when I set them down, but didn't eat anything. We headed to the living room and he hopped on my lap for some attention. He let me scratch his chin for a bit. Then, Bubba jumped down to the floor and rolled around by my feet. Bubba was being pretty silly today. He jumped up and down a few times, and I could see that funny look in his eyes. Just as I was telling him he was starting to make me a little nervous, he pounced on my arm... and chomp! That little goober! Luckily his little love bite didn't go through my sweatshirt. I had to laugh though, because he still didn't stop purring! He calmed down after that and was happy just to get his chin scratched.

Bubba

Today Bubba was sitting by the couch, patiently waiting for me to walk in. As soon as I did, he raced right for my legs! Bubba rolled around in the kitchen most of the time while I was taking care of his food. We headed to the couch when I finished. He was going back and forth across my lap, from one hand to the other to be pet! He's such a silly kitty. He laid next to me for awhile and was making imaginary "kitty buscuits" with his front paws. Later, he started rolling around on the couch like a crazy man! Because he did that, he then kept shocking his poor little nose on me every time he rubbed against my arm.

Bubba

This morning it had snowed outside quite a bit. Bubba was cozy and warm inside the house, waiting for me to come by. He rolled around on the floor while I refreshed his food and water. Bubba was quite snuggly today. He heard something outside again while I was there and raced to the door. Just as quickly as he'd left, he came running back and proceeded to rub up against the bottom of my foot. His little motor was going nonstop today. We played a little, but mostly he just wanted to be pet. He got a little silly and started playing with his own tail! He'd stop and look at me like, "What?!" Then he went right back to playing. After giving his face a little bath, Bubba decided to hop down and go nibble on some food.

Today Bubba was waiting by the kitchen again for me. He stood up as I walked in, and proceeded to head for my legs. He rubbed up against my legs the whole time while I got his food and water for him. We headed to the living room and he plopped on the floor and rolled around, purring away. He was a bit more snuggly today and crawled into my lap for a minute. He rolled around on the couch next to me and enjoyed his attention.
Suddenly, Bubba jumped off the couch and raced stealthily to the back door. I guess he heard a bird from outside!

Sophie & Roxy

Today I had to go outside and get the girls. There was a dog barking nearby that they were more interested in. They came bounding inside and said their hellos. They were some snuggly pups today! They each picked a side and sat with me. Roxy rested her head on my shoulder, waiting for the chance to sneak a kiss on my cheek! Later, Sophie wandered into the kitchen to eat. Roxy went in, then came back to get me. So, I came and sat with them while they ate their dinner. We headed back outside once it was time, and they got a couple treats. They both wandered into the grass to find a good spot to lay down and enjoy their snacks.

Hope & Tag

Today Hope was ready to get out of her bed when I arrived. She shot out and headed right for the door! Such a good girl. We went outside and she got a quick drink before doing her business. Tag came to see who was here. He kept his distance most of the time, but did venture closer a few times. I got him a treat and he took that from me, no problem. He wasn't quite ready today, but I'm sure he'll warm up in time. Hope had a blast outside today! She would run over to Tag and bounce up at him playfully. Then, she saw the neighbor puppy was outside! The two of them would say hi to each other through the fence, then would go for a little race down to the other end. Later, Hope found a fun stick to play with. We played a little fetch with it, but she was more interested in laying in her little dirt hole to chew on it. I went in to get a ball to play with, but her stick was way more fun! Tag humored me and went to grab the ball when I'd throw it. We played inside for a little bit. We had fun with her little squeaky dog. She wanted to bring it outside with us when we headed out again, but I made her leave it in so it wouldn't get dirty. I had to put the bucket of water up until it was time to go, because she thought she was thirsty every couple minutes. Before it was time to head in, she went potty for me once more. She came in like a good girl, ran into her kennel and laid right down.

Today Bubba was sitting patiently by the kitchen when I arrived. He was a little rambunctious today! Bubba was weaving in and out between my legs as I went to get him a new packet of food, nearly tripping me. He didn't spend much time in his "pet me" phase, before it was right to playtime! He caught me off guard and grabbed my hand to try to give me a little love nip. But I was too quick for him! Haha! He rolled around on the couch, then would race over towards me, paws reaching. The wind was whistling outside today, so now and again we'd hear a funny sound come from the fireplace. That got him even more riled up! He'd make a funny purr meow and get all crazy. Later he calmed down and was back to wanting to be pet. What a silly kitty!
