Billie, Roxy and the gang

This morning the pups went out for their potty break and came back in to eat breakfast. I got Pip's food ready and went in to see him. He knows the routine and went into the bathroom on his own to wait for his delivery. I let the dogs back out and went to feed Oreo. She was slamming her food dish around and being feisty! I guess someone was hungry. Haha! This morning I gave the big kitties a treat and got them some of their canned food. Pepper was comfy and hanging out at the top of her tower again. Salt had come out to say hi, then was playing with the string from under the bed with me. While we played, Chili actually came out and snacked on the canned food. Pepper came down and wanted some attention, then played with the string too. After a little bit I went out to visit the pups outside. They were crazy excited at first, then settled down and both worked on their bones. This evening I was pulling up just as a crazy storm was hitting. The winds were very strong. I went out and checked the gates quick as I let the pups out. The rain hadn't arrived just yet, but the pups were eager to get back in and have their dinners. I got Pip his food and went to let the pups back out, but they weren't having it! It was starting to rain now, and I don't blame them, because shortly after it was a torrential downpour. I let the pups hang out inside while I visited with the kitties. Pip was crying so I let him out and brought his food dish by me. I was kneeling down by the window, watching the crazy storm outside (it started hailing) and Pip quietly climbed up the little kitty tower and sat right next to me. He looked a little concerned. Haha! I guess it was probably the first time he'd heard these sounds. He climbed across my arm and sat on my shoulder and gave me a few kisses. So sweet! When things settled down outside, Pip and I got some playtime in. Soon, I let the pups back out for a last potty break before bed. I think grandma was here today, so I'm sure they got an extra break outside. I tucked the pups back in bed for the night.
