Billie, Roxy and the gang

This morning the girls went out to do their thing. It was already so nice outside! I got their breakfast ready and they came in to eat. I went to check on Sernea and got her breakfast too. She came down to check it out. After the girls went out, I got a plate ready for Chili. She was sitting on the dresser when I came in. I put her plate up by her and she licked at it. Rudy and Pip kept trying to sneakily get up there, even though I was looking right at them. Haha. Chili did pretty good, then she got down and went to get a drink. Later, she was sitting on the night stand getting some sun. I brought the plate by her and she ate some more for me. Rudy hopped all the way up to the top of the shelf tower and watched from above. Then, he made a leap to the bed. Crazy cat! Haha. This evening the girls went out while I got dinner ready. They came in and ate well. Back outside, they got right to wrestling and chasing around. I brought some canned food in for the kitties and Chili got up and went right over to one. She ate very well again tonight. Pepper was sitting just under the bench, keeping an eye on things. One of the times I came back in the room, I spotted Salt making way to hide back under the bed. After Chili finished, I went outside to visit with the girls. They were sure having fun wrestling out there!

Today the girls were sitting by the side of the house, keeping an eye on the neighborhood. I pulled up and they did their happy dance at the gate. The girls met me at the door and came in to cool off from the hot afternoon. I got them some fresh food and water. Roxy went to go roll around on the couch for a bit. By the time I came to sit with her, she hopped down and went to her chair. Sophie got busy on her dinner. As soon as Roxy heard the kibbles crunch, she ran over to get some food too. Sophie laid right by the bowls on the cool floor to nap a bit. Roxy returned to her chair to snooze.  When it was time, I got Sophie her pill and they each got a couple treats.

This morning I let the girls out to do their thing before breakfast. I got them each some canned food and they both ate very well. While they went back out to play, I fed Sernea and got some formula ready for Chili. She dipped her paw in it a couple times and licked it off. But, that was about it. I had brought her a little of a couple different canned foods and she wouldn't touch those either. I was about to give up, but I went and opened another different food to try that. That did the trick! She ate a bit of that for me, so that was good. The boys got a little playtime in before I left. Pepper and Salt were hanging out under the bed as usual. This evening I let the girls out again. It was a beautiful evening for them to play after dinner. I brought some canned food in for the kitties. I went back out to get Chili's plates and by the time I got back she was already working on one of the plates I'd left for the others! She must have worked up an appetite and she was really going to town! She even worked her way from plate to plate to nibble a little bit off each one. Haha. She seemed to be much more mobile today and maybe was feeling a little better. After she finished I went outside to visit with the girls a bit. Billie was trying to watch neighbors through the fence, playing with their dog. Later on, the girls were just relaxing and lounging in the grass.

Today I didn't see the girls on the side of the house as I pulled up, so I went in and opened the back door. The girls heard me and came running! It was much warmer out today, so they came in to enjoy some cool air in the house. I gave Sophie her medicine and then filled their dishes up. The girls both worked on their food right away. After that, they both crashed! Roxy was upside down in her chair and Sophie was sprawled out on the rug, both taking a snooze. They must have been comfy, cause neither of them moved a muscle until it was time to head back out.

Chupie & U-turn

Today I came in and said hi to Chupie, who I was sure was hiding out under the couch. I got her fresh food and water and took care of the litter box. I brought some food out to the garage for U-turn and called for her several times. Unfortunately, she must have been out exploring today. I can't blame her. It was just gorgeous outside! Back inside, I went to make sure Chupie was alive and well. Sure enough, she was hanging out in her spot.

This morning the girls went out to do their business as I got their food ready. They came in to eat and I checked on Sernea and got her some food. She came down again to see me and eat right away. After the girls went out to play, I checked on the cats and got some more milk formula for Chili. She was eager to see what I'd brought her and got up to eat some right away. She ate pretty well for me. Pip hopped up there and casually laid closeby, ready to sneak attack when he could. Haha! Rudy was more interested in taking over my attention. But soon, he got a whiff of the milk and started making efforts to sneak some. Luckily I was there to thwart his efforts haha! This evening the pups went out and enjoyed their beautiful evening after they came in to eat some dinner. It was actually Roxy that hasn't been really eating well for me the past couple meals. She'll pick out the good stuff out of course! I gave her some canned food and she ate well. They went back out to play and I brought all the kitties some yums. I tried to get Chili to eat more formula for me tonight, but she just wasn't having it. I think she gave it a few licks, but that was the extent. I went and hung outside with the girls for a little bit as well. They were having a blast wrestling around with each other until it was time to go in.

Today I came in and got Chupie some fresh food and water and took care of her box. Next, I went out and got U-turn some more canned food. I heard something while I was out there and realized U-turn had come to see me! She came in and started working on her food right away. After she finished, she was ready for some pets. Then, suddenly she took off and headed outside. I went in to find Chupie and found her in her usual spot under the couch. She didn't want to come out for me, but that's ok! As I was leaving, U-turn was walking down the top of my car to come see me again. She flopped around on the patio and got a few more pets.

Today the girls were lounging on the side of the house when I came by. They both popped right up when they saw me. I met them at the back door and brought some food out for them. It was too nice out to be cooped up in the house! The girls took turns coming over for some pets and then would go work on their food some more. They relaxed on the patio for awhile until they heard neighbor dogs outside. Then, they'd take off to that side of the yard to go check it out. I gave miss Sophie her medicine before I left and got them both some treats.

This morning it was raining again pretty good. I came and let the girls out back. They pottied and huddled under the roof of the patio to stay dry. I got them breakfast and they worked on that while I tried to feed Chili. She kept hopping down off the bed on me, so I took her to the bathroom again and sat with her. I went and let the girls back out quick and came back to Chili. It took a little coaxing, but she did lick at the food. I think she mostly got the gravy though, and didn't really eat any of the bits. She'd stop and move to a different spot, so I'd move the plate back by her again. She'd lick a little more and move again. We did that for a little while until she was for sure finished. Pip and Rudy kept trying to stick their paws under the door or would just paw right on the door. "Let us in!!!" Haha! They crack me up. This evening I let the girls out to potty while I got dinner ready. They came in to eat while I got the kitties their yums. As the girls went back out to enjoy the evening, I brought Chili some of the milk. She sure likes that! She lapped up the tablespoon I got her, so I went and got a little more. She licked up a bit more of that, but not much. Then, she went and curled up on her kitty bed. I turned the laser light on for the boys. Salt and Pepper were in their hangout under the bed. Since I felt better about Chili eating, I went out by the girls to visit with them a bit until it was time to head in. I went to shut things off by the kitties and Pepper had moved up to her perch. Salt was just heading back under the bed. I gave Pepper a few chin rubs before I left.

Chupie & U-turn

Today I came in and took care of Chupie's litter box and filled her dishes. I went out to the garage to see if U-turn was out there, but she wasn't. Hopefully I'll get to see her tomorrow! I got her her canned food and gave her some fresh food and water as well. Back inside, I found little Chupie hiding out in her usual spot, under the couch. She was tucked back just far enough that I couldn't get a picture of her. I talked to her for a bit, but as usual she didn't want to come out for me. We'll try again tomorrow.
