Eddie & Butler

I let Eddie out today and he slowly made his way out to say hi. He wasn't quite his normal spunky self, but his tail was wagging and he bounced around a little. Once Butler came out and did a big stretch, the boys went out to do their business. They took a break to come in so I could try to get them to eat. Butler took a little bit, but then they both polished off their dishes. Good boys! They wandered back out again to play until it was time to go.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon I let miss Ruby out and she raced outside. I tried to get Rusty to join, but he still didn't feel like it. Lazy boy! Miss Rosa and I joined Ruby out back. The girls zoomed around the yard together for a little bit. They both peed, then I tried to get Ruby to finish her business. She would sniff around, then would try to sneak back towards the patio. Miss Rosa went back and pawed at the doggie door, wanting to go in. It wasn't too bad outside, so the girls both stayed out for awhile. When it was time, we headed back inside.

Winston

This afternoon I got Winston ready and we made our way outside. We wandered around until he did his business. We explored a bit and he got to romp around in the tall grass. While we were wandering around, Winston spotted an orange kitty sitting outside. After that, he was obsessed! He really wanted to go get him. Haha! Winston would grrr at the kitty, and even would follow with a howl. "How-roo!" I had to pull him the other way, because he just wouldn't stop trying to go towards it. We made our way back home, then Winston had fun walking me the rest of the way back. When we got back inside, he went and got a toy for us to play a game of tug with. Today, it was his red bone. He sure was talkative about it too! Haha.

Oscar

Oscar was on his way to the door to greet me as I walked in today. When he saw it was me, he turned right around and started heading for the back door! He waited there for his hello pets. He came to get a few more once we got outside. I went to grab his frisbee and tossed it to him. He let it just bounce off his leg and watched it drop to the ground. Guess he wasn't in the mood to play! Haha! He went to the front of the yard to keep an eye on the neighborhood. Oscar spent a lot of his time lounging in the grass today. It wasn't as sunny out there, so he didn't get much of a tan today. Haha. When we went in, he did some tricks and got his couple snacks.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I read mom's note, then let the boys out. We made our way out back, where the boys stopped to say hi to me. The neighbor pup was already out, so they both ran over to visit. I kept a close eye on Eddie today, and he seemed to be acting as normal. He didn't do his number two business, so hopefully he does later. He and Butler had fun outside today. They took a break from playing to lounge around in the grass awhile. After that, they came over to sniff at me, since they could smell other dogs on me! When it was time to go in, I gave Butler some time to try and finish his breakfast. But, he wasn't interested.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon, Rosa did her happy little dance when I came in. I let Ruby out and she zoomed around the house while I went to get Rusty. I tried to get him up from his chair, but he stood up, did a big stretch and laid back down instead. Lazy bum! Haha. The girls and I made our way outside. Ruby took a little coaxing today, but then she did her business. Rosa was busy trying to get back inside, as usual. Silly girl. Ruby hung around by me in the yard for a bit, then Rosa came running up to her to play. The girls bounced around and were just too cute. Finally, we went back in and I got them all some fresh water. I don't think Rusty budged from his spot the whole time!

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar was bouncing around with excitement! I gave him some heiny scratches, then we went outside. The neighbors were just getting home, so he wandered over to check it out. After that, Oscar grabbed his frisbee and wanted to play. I chased him for a minute, then he gave up his toy pretty easy. I tossed it for him and he just watched it fly across the yard. Guess he was done with that! Haha. Oscar found a nice spot to get all cozy and relax in the sun. He moved around, snuggling up in the leaves or another spot in the grass. Soon, we made our way inside. We had a few more minutes to play, so he went and got us a toy.

Winston

This afternoon Winston and I got ready for our walk. It was a little cooler out today, but the sun was shining and warm. We wandered around for awhile outside. The geese were back today, but he wasn't too interested in them this time. We saw those yesterday! We walked around and his sniffer was busy checking things out. Eventually, we made our way back home. Winston was bouncing around, grabbing at his leash. When we got back in, I asked him where his toy was. He grabbed the closest thing to him, which was his little yellow doggie. He's looking a little rough these days! Haha. We played some fetch with it until it was time to go.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon I said hi to miss Rosa as I headed inside to get the other two. Ruby raced outside, then I went to get lazy man out of his chair. He got up and followed me outside. Now, it was Rosa's turn! All three pups did their business. It was so nice out today! They did some roaming around and enjoyed the weather. Rosa kept trying to go inside the doggie door. I don't know why... it was too nice to stay inside! Rusty and I got a short game of fetch in until he got bored, and explored instead.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon Eddie and Butler both said hi quick, then wandered outside right away. It was a beautiful afternoon out there for them to play! The boys lounged around on the patio and soaked up some rays. When their friend came outside, they were both busy at the fence saying hi. Eddie would come inside to visit me and get a drink, then would go back out to play. Both boys came right in for me today and went to their beds. Such good pups!
