This afternoon I came in just as Oscar was stretching his way off the couch. He trotted over to me to say hi. Then, we headed out back. Oscar got off the patio and did another big stretch. He found a sunny spot in the grass to lounge for awhile. The neighbor dogs came out, so he went to the fence to say hi. Later, someone was out walking their dog, so Oscar ran to the fence to bark. Haha. After that, he lounged around in the grass and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon.
This morning the girls met me in the dining room. They were both brushing up against table and chair lets. Navi was gabbing away to me. Noell led the way as we went to get their dishes. I got their breakfast and they both snacked while I scooped their box. The girls joined me in the living room afterwards. I got out the laser light and had them both chasing that. Navi was a good girl and let Noell take turns too. Noell even did her zooms around the living room like she used to! She would go and sit behind the box in the entryway to hide from it. Haha. Noell eventually wandered off. So, I got out the mouse toy for Navi to play with.
This evening I came in and Oreo heard me in the kitchen. He sat in his spot and meowed at me for his dinner. I called for Stuffy a few times since I didn't see him. Oreo and I went to our spot with his treat toy. He worked on getting his snacks out. He was pretty quick to empty it today! Haha. Once he got all the treats out, he laid on his side and got his chin rubs. Stuffy eventually appeared and came to hang out. I tossed him a treat ear piece before Oreo could eat those too. Haha.
Today I came in and saw Oreo sitting in the doorway to the bedroom. He waited until I got to the kitchen, then he came to sit and wait for his food. When I went to go scoop their box, I saw Stuffy had taken Oreo's place just inside the bedroom door. Haha. He sat and watched me. I went to give him a couple hello pets before I did my stuff. The boys joined me in the living room for awhile. Oreo pawed at his toy for some treats. He got bored with that and went to lay in the middle of the room. I moved over by the boys and Oreo got his chin rubs. That didn't last long! Haha. He got up and went to go eat some more. Stuffy enjoyed a few pets while he gnawed on the ear treats. He got up after a bit and left as well. I guess they were bored with me today. Haha! As I was leaving I saw Oreo sitting in the entryway. Silly boy.
This evening Oreo was sitting in the kitchen waiting for me again. Stuffy appeared while I was getting their dinner ready. He sat at the edge of the kitchen watching. The boys waited while I scooped their box and filled their treat toy. They both ventured to the living room when they saw I was finished. I tossed treats over to Stuffy since he wanted to sit further off again. Silly kitty. Oreo laid on the floor and pawed at his toy. He's very good at getting his treats out. He enjoyed some pets by the fire as well.
This morning Chloe was at the door waiting for me. We said hi, then she made her way to the back door. She went potty while I got her breakfast ready for her. She came in and took a couple bites for me, but then she was ready to play. Chloe led me to her room and hopped up on her chair. She bounced around from side to side so I would itch both sides of her belly for her. Haha! Then, she'd playfully paw at me. Chloe hopped down, sat close by me and gave me some snuggles this morning too. She took a break to go snack on her breakfast. When it was time, I put her food out back for her and got her her snacks.
This evening Chloe was sending out loud barks at the door when she heard someone was outside. As soon as I cracked the door open and called her name, she got all excited. I tried to keep her calm so she wouldn't try to run around on the floor. I let her out back right away for a potty break. It took her a second, then she left the door to go do her thing. I think she didn't want to miss out or have me leave right away without her play time. Haha. She came in and I got her dinner ready for her. She wasn't quite ready to eat, since she was too excited. We went to her room and she hopped up on her bed. Chloe was playfully throwing paws at me and being silly. We messed around a bit and she got plenty of belly rubs too! Chloe took a break to go eat her dinner for me. Good girl! I let her out for another potty break before bed, and got her a couple treats.
This evening Oreo was already in the kitchen waiting for me. He sat at his post, waiting patiently for his dinner to arrive. I called for Stuffy a couple times since I didn't see him laying on the bed. I began to fill their treat toy up and he emerged. He must have been in his bed in the closet. I turned on the fireplace since it was a chilly day. Stuffy sat at the edge of the living room and Oreo came over to snuggle up by me and work on his treats. Oreo sprawled out once he had his fill and enjoyed some chin rubs. Stuffy eventually came over to get cozy and warm by his fire.
This morning it was misting outside a bit. The pups all raced to the door to say hi when I got there. I let them all out for their potty break. Then, they came in and everyone ate breakfast. Zel had ventured down the hall to burrow in her blankets while we waited for Blackie to finish. I went to get her after I let the others back outside. It was slightly warmer out this morning so the pups spent a bit longer out there exploring. Once they were all lined up at the door asking to go in, we headed back in the house. Hudson and Gabbie kept me company until it was time to put them to bed. Zel was comfy in her blanket again and took a little convincing. Haha! This evening Blackie came zooming down the hall when I let the others out. He must not have seen me as we both came around the corner and he nearly fell. Poor bub! They all went out and pottied before dinner. Everyone was bouncing around excitedly as usual! The kiddos got another potty break. The girls wanted back in shortly afterwards. Zel went to her bed and Gabbie snuggled in my lap. Blackie was next to come in and he enjoyed some pets. When it was time for bed, I called Hudson and he came running in from his adventures out back. He sure likes it out there!
This evening I could hear the pups as I got the mail. I came in and saw Blackie emerging from his room. I let the little ones out and they all went out back to do their business. Blackie was first to come back to the door and bark that he was ready to eat. The kiddos were all bouncing around excitedly. I got them their food and everyone ate well. They went back out for another potty break. It was cold out, so the girls lined up at the door pretty quick. I let them in while the boys explored outside a bit longer. Zel disappeared, so I went to see what she was up to. I saw she had found a blanket at the end of the hall and she'd gotten all cozy in it! Miss Gabbie sat with me in the living room and got some pets. The boys came in after a bit and said hi as well. Those three were quite intrigued by the other animal smells on me tonight. Haha! Blackie eventually went to bed. Gabbie snuggled up in my lap and Hudson stood nearby for his back scratches.
