This morning Noell was in the laundry room waiting for me. She was talkative on the way to go get her bowl. We got her breakfast ready and she snacked while I cleaned her box. We went to the living room and she plopped down on the floor next to me. Noell was loving up some chin rubs for awhile. Soon, she was ready for playtime. Noell zoomed around after her fishy for some laps. Then, she would hide behind the couch and come out and pounce on it once in awhile.
This morning Roxy was quite anxious to get out and play! I let her out and she went out back for a bit to go potty. By the time I had her breakfast ready, she was at the door wanting to come back in. She raced to her bed to eat for me. Billie and Quin went out next. Roxy and I went outside to play while the big pups ate their breakfast. Roxy makes me laugh when she tosses her toy up for herself to catch. Haha! We played a good game of fetch out there with her pumpkin. She was racing around and bouncing like a little bunny rabbit! We came in so Billie and Quin could have some time to play. I checked on the kitties, opened their windows and turned on the water for them. Salt came to say hi quick. Roxy played some more fetch in the living room until she got bored with that toy. She went to her bed to dig out her blue bear. Roxy snuggled up next to me while she chewed on his leg. Haha. When it was time, Billie and Quin came inside and Roxy got one more potty break before it was back to bed. They all did great!
This morning I came in and let Roxy out for her potty break right away. It took her a minute before she ran off to go do her thing. She was so excited and just wanted to come say hi! I got her breakfast ready and let her in to eat, while the big pups took their turns out back. Roxy came outside with me while they ate and we played out back for a few minutes. She grabbed a pumpkin toy out there and was having a blast shaking it around! Haha. Quin and Billie got to go back out and play after they both finished their breakfast. I went to check on the kitties. Salt said hi, then went under the bed. Chili actually came out for me and got some chin rubs this morning! I went back out to play with Roxy after that. I told her to find a toy for me. She went and tried to pull her blue bear out through the cage bars. Haha! I had to go get it for her so she didn't drag her kennel all over the place. She wasn't giving up! We had fun playing tug and she did a little fetch too. This evening Roxy went out for her potty break while I got dinner ready. She came in to eat and Quin and Billie went out for theirs. Everyone ate well. Billie and Quin went outside to play and Roxy got some playtime inside with me. I had her playing a long game of fetch tonight. So hopefully that'll wear her out! She's so funny. She helped me in the kitchen while I got Oreo her carrots. Roxy was quite excited about the carrots when I got them out. I broke off a tiny piece and gave it to her. She wasn't keen on eating it, but did have a blast playing with it! Haha. Later on I went to check on the cats and scoop their box. Salt helped me with that. I turned on their water for them until I left and closed up their window shades. Billie gave me a good laugh and popped up in the window as I was closing it. The big pups came in when it was time and Roxy got a few more minutes out back to do her thing.
Tonight Sage was all excited when I came to see her. She was barking at me to hurry up and put the mail away so I could let her out! She came out and was busy racing around the yard and exploring while I cleaned out her kennel. She came in and was looking for her kong, but I had already set it out for her in her bowl. Haha. She found it finally and brought it in by me to show me. When I was finished, she was ready to play! We played a nice game of fetch. She's so good about bringing it back every time! Sage did some relaxing in the grass when she needed breaks too. She had a blast rolling around in the leaves! Haha.
This evening Oreo was making his way down the stairs to see me. We went to the kitchen to get his dinner. Stuffy was just sitting on mom and dad's bed when I walked to the laundry room. I got Oreo his snacks, then we went to the living room. Stuffy came out as soon as he heard the treat bag open. Haha. We went and sat by the fireplace. Stuffy sprawled out and warmed up, while Oreo was busy pawing at his toy. Oreo even gave up after a little while and just wanted his pets. He wanted all kinds of chin scratches tonight. Stuffy got his pets too as he lay quietly and took a snooze.
Today I got back by Sage and she was already pacing, ready to come out and play. I put the mail away, then opened her door. She zoomed around while I cleaned out her pen. When I finished, Sage was just lounging in the grass, enjoying the last bit of sun for the day. She saw I was done, so she picked up her Kong and raced over for a game of fetch. She was a lazy girl today! She would go fetch her toy, then instead of coming back, she'd plop down in the grass and lay there for a couple minutes. Eventually, she'd come back for a few more throws, before stopping to lounge again. Silly girl! I got her dinner for her just before I left and she went right to town. She's been eating great.
After a rainy day yesterday, we had a beautiful day today! Sage was all excited when she saw me come in tonight. I let her out and she raced around quick. I cleaned out her bed and she came to visit me for a few pets. Then, she got her Kong out from under her dog house. We got a nice long game of fetch in. She kept taking breaks and laid on the ground to catch her breath. Haha! Sage was very excited when it was time for her dinner too.
This evening I came in and Oreo met me in the kitchen. I got his food ready while he was busy brushing up against my leg and meowing at me. I saw Stuffy was already hanging out in the living room. I took care of their box quick, then saw both boys were waiting for me. Haha. I got Oreo his snacks, then I went and sat with the boys. Oreo was feeling lazy today and just laid on his side as he pawed at his toy for snacks. Stuffy wasn't even interested and just curled up by his fire to take a nap. They got their pets as well.
It was a beautiful fall morning. I came in and heard Noell coming in from her patio. She must have been out enjoying the great weather! She walked just ahead of me to all our stops this morning. Noell made sure to make a deposit in her box while I scooped it today too. Haha! She was quite the lovey girl this morning. Noell wandered back and forth, getting lots of pets. She purred loudly. She chased her fishy around a little today, but she wanted attention more. She will be happy to have mom home soon to snuggle!
This afternoon I saw Oscar doing his big stretch as he got down from the couch. He bounced his way over happily to come greet me. He got some heiny scratches as we made our way to the door. It was nice and cool out today. Luckily it wasn't raining just yet. Oscar went and found a nice spot on the patio to relax. He eventually moved to the grass to the front of the yard to be able to keep an eye on the neighborhood. His neighbor friends weren't out today, so it was a pretty quiet afternoon for Oscar.
