Chelsea

This morning Chelsea was up and at the front door waiting for me. She pranced into the kitchen and showed me where her food container was while I got her breakfast. She quickly polished off her bowl, then took a quick potty break outside. Next, she did her little dance in front of me, getting excited for our walk! We got a nice long walk in this morning. After we got home, we sat in the living room and I gave her lots of hugs and kisses. She kept getting excited and running into the kitchen, thinking it was treat time. Then she would run back and give me her face hugs. I gave Chelsea a couple treats and turned on her music for her. I'm sure going to miss her!!!

Annie

This morning little Annie was curled up on her bed, wagging her tail at me. She was just a little shy, but wagged her tail more and more as I pet her and talked to her. I got her leash on and we went for a little stroll around the neighborhood. When we got back, she curled up next to me and nudged my hand with her nose for me to pet her. Soon she was sprawled out on her back, getting a nice long belly rub! This afternoon as soon as I opened the door, she excitedly ran to me! We got her leashed up and took another long walk around the neighborhood. I wanted to take her over by the water fountains, and saw there was a goose just sitting in the road. I thought as we got closer that it would fly away, but it didn't. It opened up its mouth and started hissing at us! So, I immediately turned Annie around and we quickly headed the opposite direction! Back at the house, Annie hopped up on her bed and rolled over for some more belly rubs. She was almost falling off, so I held her head with my other hand. I think she fell asleep, but her eyes were still open. She suddenly jumped and scared me! This evening I got Annie's benadryl, dinner and other goodies together. I brought them in and she finished them all for me. After dinner she and I went on another walk out back. She got a few more belly rubs inside before I left. She is such a sweetie!

Biscuit, Dilly, Jezebel & Roxy

This afternoon it was raining outside. The little ones hung out on the porch for a few minutes and debated whether or not they were going to go out. Eventually they wandered off into the yard, one by one. Biscuit would go out and explore a little, then come back to the dry patio. Roxy soon found her ball and wanted to play some fetch in the rain! She had a blast! Water went flying up behind her as she raced to get the ball. Later it was Bert's turn to come outside. She walked around in the grass, not minding the rain. Soon it had slowed to a sprinkle, so she continued to explore. Back inside I got everyone their treats before I left.

Chloe

Today it was raining when I arrived. I was met by a happy little Chloe, with her tail wagging away! I noticed she had found her Frisbee toy and it was laying next to her. So, we played some fetch with that for awhile. She had so much fun! She would race off after it, and even once in awhile she would jump up and catch it in the air. She would come trotting happily back to me. But, she didn't want to give it back, so she played a game of keep-away! I chased her around and around. Then I waited until she was ready to put it down, and threw it some more. She spent some time snuggling up by me too, to get a good back scratch. I got her a couple treats before I left.

Tank & CJ

This morning it was raining outside when I arrived. Both puppies were nice and dry, cozy inside the garage. They quickly raced into the kitchen for their hot dogs! We spent most of our time sitting in the garage while they took turns to eat. Tank sprawled out across my lap. He's such a silly boy! Before I left, they got their yummy bones to work on. This evening they were both in the garage when I pulled up, but they ran outside when they heard me. After they got their hot dogs, we sat in the garage again. Tank was being silly, peeking at me from outside the doggie door. Then he would come in slowly, doing a big stretch half way through! CJ was laying on the floor, watching her bone closely so Tank wouldn't steal it. I gave them hugs good-bye and gave them their chicken treats before I left.

Chelsea

This morning the dark clouds were rolling in when I got there. Miss Chelsea was right at the door, moving her blinds to see me. Luckily, we were able to get a long walk in before it started to rain. As we were walking, we saw a lawn service cutting grass up ahead. I didn't notice it at first, but I figured out that Chelsea was getting nervous! I turned her around and we took a different route instead. After we did that, she kept looking behind us to make sure they weren't following! We got home and she got her pill and treats before I left. This evening Chelsea must have been outside when I got in. She came running down the hall to see me! After her dinner we got to go for another long walk. It was cool, but very comfortable outside. After our walk, Chelsea and I got our snuggle time in. She's such a sweetie pie! She knew when it was treat time too, and did a few tricks for me.

Chelsea

This evening the blinds were flying back and forth as usual! Miss Chelsea met me with an excited, wiggly hind end. I stopped to say hi to her before we got her dinner. She got right to work and finished off her bowl. Then, she was ready for her walk! I got pretty teary-eyed tonight seeing her tonight, along with the nice card. I am going to miss her so much! We went for a nice long walk on a cool, starry-filled night. When we got back home I got Chelsea her pill, then smothered her with hugs and kisses! She got a yummy treat before bedtime.

Tank & CJ

This morning I got Tank and CJ their hot dog treats when I got inside. Next, we went to sit out back for a bit and watch the cows and birds outside. After a little while we went in to try and get them to eat some breakfast. They took turns as usual, one eating while the other got attention. Tank just melted in my lap! He slunk down to the floor and enjoyed a good belly rub. Then, he was being silly rolling around! Tank and CJ decided they wanted to lounge around outside again for a bit before snack time. This evening we went out back after their hot dog snack to enjoy the beautiful evening! They lounged around on the patio in between coming to me for some back rubs. I had to laugh when their heads were circling as they watched bugs flying around! They saw a golf cart bumming around in the distance, so they went racing along the fence for a bit!

Chloe

Today when I arrived, Chloe came wandering around the corner of the house to see who was here. In no time she was racing around being silly! She would crouch down and stick her heiny in the air, then zoom past me! She was bouncing around like a little bunny rabbit. We had fun chasing around outside for awhile. Later, Chloe sat next to me and enjoyed a long back rub. Then she got playful again and we chased each other around some more! I got miss Chloe a yummy treat before it was time to go.

Sarge

Today I let Sarge out to do his business. We stopped at the steps to say hi, then he wandered off into the grass. Sarge was very lovey today, giving me lots and lots of kisses! We sat outside for a little while. When it was time to go in, he was being a silly boy! He was running around, then pausing with his front paws down and his heiny in the air, before taking off again! Finally he came in and sat on his bed while I closed the door. Then he wandered back to bed like a good boy.
