Today I didn't see either kitty in the front room when I walked in. I stopped by mom, then came back to find Kimmie sitting on the back of the couch. I stopped to give her a few pets, on my way to take care of their things. When I finished, Kimmie followed me to go look for Jerrie. Since it was raining outside, I started with the main bedroom, since that's where he's usually all snuggled up on gloomy days. Sure enough, he was sitting quietly on the bed. Kimmie hopped up there too and meowed at me. I brushed Jerrie and pet Kimmie awhile. Jerrie hopped down on the floor by me and rolled to his side for more brushes and pets. I took turns giving Kimmie some brushing as well. Both kitties were purring away!
