It was a chilly start to our morning today. The pups all greeted me at the door doing their happy wiggle butt dance! Haha. I let them all out back for their potty break before it was time to eat. They came racing in, jumping around and all excited for their food. Everyone ate well. When it was time to go back out, only Hudson would go. The girls said it was too cold! Hudson even just sat on the step for a little bit and wanted back in too. I sat inside with them and they got their attention. Hudson stood in my lap front and center to get his chest scratchies. The girls were busy sniffing at me and taking turns getting some pets too. Zel and Gabbie eventually went and curled up in their blanket. Hudson went back out for a few minutes for a last potty break. This evening it was a little nicer out since it had gotten warmer out this afternoon. The pups took their breaks, then came in and ate dinner. Gabbie and Hudson went out first until Zel was done. After everyone ate, we all went outside for awhile. Hudson was off in the distance patrolling the yard. The girls explored close to the patio. Soon, they were telling me it was time to head in.

Oreo & Stuffs
This morning both boys were sitting in the dining room when I came in. They met me in the kitchen and waited while I got their breakfast together. I had put all their leftovers other than their canned up last night, so they were ready to eat! Both boys ate very well. Oreo even took a few bites of his own dry food! Wow! Haha. The boys both got their meds and they waited for me by the fireplace while I cleaned their litter. They laid on either side of me to get their pets. This evening I came in and Oreo was racing down the stairs. Stuffy was sitting on the counter in the dark. Haha. I got their dinner ready for them. Oreo only nibbled, but Stuffy ate very well. While I went to scoop their box, Oreo went in and tried to sneak Stuffy's leftovers. I scooted him over to his own food instead. The boys got their pamper time by the cozy fire the rest of the time tonight. Since it was Thanksgiving and all, I left out all their leftovers so they could graze.

Hudson, Zel & Gabbie
This evening all was quiet as I walked up. As soon as the door was opening though, the pups all started barking. I let them out for a quick potty break while I started getting their dinner ready. After they ate, I let them back out for awhile. It was chilly out, so the girls didn't want to stay out long. I went inside with them and sat on the floor to pet them. They were sure having fun checking me out and sniffing at all the other animal scents on me. Haha! Later on, they both snuggled up on their blanket together to get ready for bed. Hudson was still having fun exploring and patrolling the yard outside. When it was time, I called him in for the night. First thing he did when he came in, was to double check that all the bowls were empty. Haha!
Oreo & Stuffs
This morning I came in and the boys lined up in the kitchen for breakfast. I got Oreo his meds and then delivered their food. Oreo took a couple nibbles, then wandered off right away. Stuffy on the other hand, ate pretty well for me this morning. He cleaned up his canned food plate and ate some of his dry. After he got his meds, I took care of my other stuff quick. The boys were both waiting for me by the fireplace when I finished. The boys both laid down and enjoyed their attention session. This evening I came in and Oreo came racing towards me from the dining room. I don't know why, but that made me laugh! I had put away all their dry food leftovers and only left them canned to work on, so maybe he was just hungry. Haha. I got them their food and they went to work. Oreo didn't snack long, surprisingly. He took a few bites, then went to get into position for his chin rub time. Haha. Stuffy ate very well. He finished his canned again and ate even more of his dry right away. He seems to be transitioning pretty well! After he ate he got his meds. He did well and stayed for more back scratches. I did notice his left eye was a bit runny tonight, but not sure why. I will keep an eye on that. I turned the fire on and the boys laid on either side of me to take their little cat naps as they got pet. Stuffy was right up by the fire, curled in a little ball and making kitty biscuits while I stroked his tummy. Oreo made sure I got every inch of his chin! I put the leftover food back up again tonight since Stuffy ate so well. Hopefully Oreo will start catching on too.

Oreo & Stuffs
This morning I came in and the boys ventured into the kitchen when they heard me. I got Oreo his meds, then fed them their breakfast. Stuffy ate very well for me this morning. He got his shot after and his back scratches, which he's really been enjoying. Stuffy started heading up the stairs after I finished cleaning their box. I went and sat by Oreo, who was waiting in the living room for me. He thoroughly enjoyed his attention time. Stuffy eventually came back down, got a drink and came to join us. Since he ate so well for me, I put the rest of his dry food back and half of Oreo's. Hopefully they'll eat well again tonight. This evening I came in and heard Oreo racing down the stairs. Stuffy was sitting on the couch, looking to see who was home. They both came and sat in the kitchen to wait for dinner. Both of them licked their wet food plates pretty much clean! Stuffy ate some of his dry food as well. Good job boys! Stuffy got his shot, I cleaned their box, then went to join them. I turned the fire on for them tonight. Stuffy curled right up there and took a snooze. In fact, both boys were just in heaven and closed their eyes and relaxed. They both purred away as they got their pets.

Oreo & Stuffs
This morning I came in and called for the boys. They both appeared in the kitchen as I started getting their stuff ready. They had eaten all their usual favorites, and most of Oreo's leftover dry. Oreo took his medicine and the boys went to town on their breakfast. They ate pretty good, still not great though. Stuffy got his shot and then the boys and I sat in the living room for their attention time. Stuffy sat off at a distance. Oreo snuggled right up to me as usual. I put a little more of their leftover dry back this morning than I did yesterday. This evening the boys met me on the way to the kitchen. I got them their dinners. Stuffy ate very well for me tonight. Oreo ate about as much as he usually does, so he must be getting most of the leftovers haha. Stuffy got his shot, then the boys and I went and sat by the fire. Oreo got as close as he could on one side, and Stuffy was sitting nice and close too. Both boys purred away and enjoyed their pets. Tonight I left all their leftovers out for them. I want to make sure Stuffy is getting enough, so I thought I'd switch it up tonight.

Oreo & Stuffs
This morning Oreo was making his way into the entryway to see me. Stuffy was lounging in the dining room. The boys both joined me in the kitchen as usual. Both canned and Stuffy's dry food were gone again, with Oreo's dry untouched. Must be tasty...haha. I got them some fresh food and they both ate well. Oreo took his pill and Stuffy got his shot after they ate. He did well and enjoyed some pets after. I took care of their box and Oreo then met me in the living room. He sure is loving up this extra attention! Oreo snuggled up close and laid by me the whole time. Stuffy was a little indifferent. Haha. He sat at the edge of the living room. This time, I decided to take half of whatever dry food was left on each plate and put it back in the container. I still wanted to leave a little something out for them, but am hoping to cut it to less and less, so that they eat more when I'm there and get used to having mealtimes. I left the canned out for them too. This evening, the boys met me in the kitchen. Both canned and Stuffy's dry were gone, and this time, even half of Oreo's was gone too. Oreo took his pill, then I fed them their dinner. They both ate even better this time, but still not a ton. Oreo nearly finished all the canned I gave him in one sitting. He hasn't made any attempts on Stuffy's food today, while I'm there anyways. Haha. Stuffy was good for his insulin again. After he gets his injection, I start to kind of vigorously pet and itch his shoulder area where it was, and he seems to really like that. He hasn't tried to run off on me yet, so far so good! I turned the fire on and all three of us laid on the floor by the cozy warm hearth. The boys both snuggled up and enjoyed plenty of pets and chin rubs.
Shadow
This morning Shadow came right to the door to wish me a good morning. He circled around me and followed along to the pantry to get a new can of food. Shadow meowed to me, telling me to hurry up cause he was hungry! Haha. He snacked on his food while I tended to my things. When I returned, Shadow was just finishing up and came over to sit in my lap. He was feeling snuggly again this morning. Shadow laid there and just purred away. He actually didn't get up to eat again until it was pretty much time to go.

Sage
Today I came in and Sage heard me, then she started pacing. I opened her cage and she went zooming out. I cleaned up while she roamed around for awhile. When I finished, I was ready to play fetch with her, but couldn't seem to find her kong. I told her to find it and she didn't know where to look either. Haha! I let her roam around and explore for awhile. Every now and again she'd come running up to me, thinking I had her toy. Nope, sorry! Then she'd race off and check things out some more. When it was time, I got her back in her pen and fed her her dinner. I gave her a dental snack to work on too.
Oreo & Stuffs
This evening I came in and Oreo was racing down the stairs. Stuffy was sitting in the dining room. The boys met me in the kitchen as usual. I saw that both canned food plates had been cleaned, as well as most of Stuffy's dry. They both waited patiently while I got their things together. Oreo ate his little pill sandwich like a good kitty. Both boys snacked on their canned food. Oreo tried to sneak over to Stuffy's food, but I blocked him. He didn't try again after that. Oreo only snacked about as much as he normally does, then went to wait in the living room. Stuffy ate a good portion of his canned and even some of his dry food too. I let him eat until he was finished, then I got out his insulin. He took his shot very well and got some pets afterwards. The boys both met me at our spot after I finished cleaning their box. I turned the fire on for Stuffy since it was a cold day. We sat and watched the fire as the boys enjoyed their pets.
