Rusty, Ruby & the gang

This afternoon I came by to let Miss Ruby out. I found them both lounging in the living room, each in their own recliner. Ruby and Rusty came outside with me. It was a cold and drizzly afternoon! Ruby needed some coaxing, since she just wanted to go back to her warm bed. Rusty and I got a few throws of his ball in, then I went to play with Sheba for a few minutes. This evening, I walked up to the door and saw both pups in the laundry room. Ruby was bouncing around being silly. Think she was hungry? Haha! I went to feed the big kids quick, then came back and fed miss Ruby. Rusty wasn't interested at the moment, so he will eat later I'm sure. I got the kitties their food. They were both ready and waiting for me too! Ruby was more than happy to clean up the can for me. Later, the pups and I went outside to do their business. I found found a ball for Rusty, but I guess it wasn't the right one. He raced to get it, but just dropped it right away. Haha. I looked for his orange ball, but couldn't find it tonight. Hopefully it'll appear tomorrow!

Shadow

This evening Shadow was right at the door to greet me. He strolled around in circles by me while I got his dinner ready. He helped me pick out a new can of food in the pantry. While I went to turn on lights and scoop his box, Shadow went to work on his dinner. When I returned, Shadow came and snuggled up in my lap for quite awhile. He enjoyed his pets as he purred away. Later on, Shadow got spunky and was ready to play. He hopped up on the couch to wrestle around with his kitty toy. After that, he went up to his kitty tower to give himself a bath.

Noell & Navi

This morning both kitties were in the kitchen to greet me. They waited and told me stories until I delivered their food. I went to take care of their litter and found an accident. Both of them came in and tried to cover it up until I had it cleaned up. Haha. I met them back in the living room and they each came over for some pets. It was Navi who wandered off first today. Noell hung out and enjoyed some alone time. Later on, Navi returned and snuggled up with me on the floor. She had fun playing with my sweatshirt strings too!

Noell & Navi

This morning I came in and Navi greeted me in the kitchen. She sat and meowed at me while I got their breakfast ready. Noell heard me rustling around in the kitchen and suddenly came zooming inside. The girls both ate while I took care of their litter. Noell was waiting for me in the living room when I was finished. She got a few pets, and when Navi came to join us, wandered off. Navi chased her mouse toy for a few minutes. She decided to snuggle up by me for some attention for quite awhile. Later, she went to swat at her treat toys, and then ventured outside. Noell came back by me and enjoyed some attention time. She laid next to me and purred away as she got pets and chin rubs. She usually doesn't stay and visit that long, but I guess she has to take what she can get when Navi is away!

Shadow

This morning Shadow was right at the door to greet me. He waited patiently for his dinner. As he went to work, I went to turn lights off and scoop his box. When I returned, Shadow came and sat in my lap for a few minutes. Soon, he got up to go snack on some more food. He was a little bored with me today and would venture off to go do something else. Later on, Shadow went to sit in his window and watch out back for awhile.

Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Stuffy was hanging out in the entryway when I arrived. Oreo came in the dining room shortly after to greet me. The boys followed me to the kitchen to wait for their dinner. After Oreo got his pill, they worked on their food. I went to fill their water and scoop their box while they were busy. The boys were both waiting for me in the living room when I was finished. Oreo enjoyed some chin rubs while Stuffy took his turn eating treats. Stuffy moved and sat off just a little ways, so Oreo moved in and took his turn for treats. Both boys purred away while they got their pets.

Shadow

This evening I came in and started getting dinner ready for Shadow. He hadn't come out to see me yet, so I started looking for him. Then, he came out of the bedroom. I guess he was napping really good! He followed me to the kitchen and started wandering around my legs. He must have still been waking up, because he got tired and just laid in the kitchen until I got his food for him. Shadow went to work on his dinner while I turned on lights and scooped his box. When I returned, he came over to say hi in the living room. After going to snack some more, he returned and hopped up to the top of his kitty tower. We had fun playing with his kitty toy for awhile as I tossed it up to him. He'd wrestle it around. Then, Shadow was a little sleepy and relaxed.

Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Oreo came scrambling down the stairs and met me at the front door. He led the way to the kitchen and brushed up against my legs while he waited for his medicine and dinner. Not long after I delivered their food, Stuffy came down to eat too. I filled dishes, scooped boxes and emptied the trash. Oreo was waiting next to his toy when I returned, and Stuffy was still busy eating. Oreo snuggled up next to me while he pawed for his snacks. Stuffy eventually came in and curled up at my feet. Oreo really enjoyed all his chin rubs and pets this evening. He was more worried about getting those than his treats!

This evening the boys joined me in the kitchen and waited patiently for their dinners. They went to work as I went to take care of their other things. Oreo waited for me in his usual spot for me to finish. I filled their toy and went to sit by Oreo. Stuffy finished eating and came in to snack on his ear treats, since Oreo was busy snuggling me and getting his pets. Stuffy didn't wander off too far tonight, so I was able to reach both and pet them at the same time. Stuffy even rolled over for some belly rubs!

Noell & Navi

This morning Navi met me in the laundry room. Noell was right behind her to say hi. I got their breakfast ready right away. Noell was patiently waiting for her delivery in the laundry room. The girls went to work while I scooped their box. When I returned, Noell was ready for some pets. Navi was still busy eating. When she finished, she came and joined us. Noell wandered out to her patio to enjoy the rest of the morning. Navi and I had fun playing with her mouse toy for quite awhile. She hid behind her scratching post and would pounce on it. Then, she'd roll around and wrestle the mouse. She cracks me up. Navi took some time to come snuggle with me as well. Before I left, I got her her snacks. She went right to work and had a whole little pile of them out before I had the treat bags put away!
