Gracie, Molly, Emma & the kitties

This morning I let the old ladies out for their potty break. Miss Gracie came out and followed me around excitedly. She waited patiently for me to get their breakfast ready. The girls came inside pretty quick, since it was a stormy morning out there. Gracie went out and quickly did her business. After that, she came in and they all ate their breakfast. Gracie stayed close and got some attention along with Henry. Even Smudge came out this morning for some pets! She was quite lovey. This afternoon it had turned pretty nice outside! Gracie went out for a quick break, then the other two went out to enjoy the weather. Molly was having a blast rolling around in the grass! I had a good laugh when I spotted Charlie up on the counter. He was sticking his paw in the box of dog cookies and stole one out! Henry came up to see what he was up to and Charlie growled at him! Crazy little cookie monster. Haha! I let Gracie out to spend the afternoon outside before I left. This evening, Gracie came zooming in and was her happy, crazy self. The other two ladies went out for a bit. I got their dinner and Gracie's melatonin ready. The girls came inside and everyone ate well for me while I took care of the kitty boxes. Henry, of course, decided to come in and use the freshly cleaned one! Haha. The girls all got tucked in for the night with their bedtime cookies.

Sophie & Roxy

This morning was stormy out. I came in and opened the door. It took a minute for the girls to wake up. They were cozy in their house, snoozing away. They came inside and said hi, while I filled their dishes. The girls hopped up on the couch with me for awhile to snuggle and give their kisses. Soon, Roxy hopped down and went to snack. Roxy eventually wandered to the bedroom and decided to take a nap on mom and dad's bed. Sophie was sprawled out next to me on her back, loving up her belly rubs! Soon, it was time to go back outside. The girls each got their snacks.

Gracie, Molly, Emma & the kitties

This evening I came in and called for Gracie. I didn't see her anywhere, then realized she was outside. I let her in and she went crazy! She was zooming around and just so excited. Haha! I unplugged the computer on the table, because I could just see that going for a little flight with all her commotion. Good thing I did! I no more than unplugged it, then Gracie ran into the cord and got it wrapped around her and she took off. The cord went for a little ride, but the computer was safe and sound. Phew! I got all the ladies their dinner. Molly and Emma went out back and I fed them on the patio. Miss Molly wasn't too interested. I sat with Gracie while she gobbled down her portion. She got her melatonin pill as well.  While the older gals were having some time out back, Gracie got some pets. It took her a bit to settle down! Haha. Henry and Charlie got a little attention as they sat on the table too. Soon, I got the girls their bedtime snack and tucked them in for the night.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell was coming from her spot in the window to see me. She hopped up and swatted at my legs as we started walking down to their room. Sadi was working on eating some leftovers when I walked in. She got her morning medicine, while Noell flopped around on the floor. She hopped up and tried swatting at Sadi's tail again today. Little goofball. I picked up their room, then got the girls some more food. While they got started, I scooped their box. Noell ate a little. She climbed in my lap and purred away while she got some chin rubs. Sadi ate very well this morning. She got her share when she finished, and even went for seconds on her breakfast. Noell got a little laser light time before I left.

Today was another gorgeous day! The girls were both awake and at the door waiting for me when I got there today. I let them in and they were sure full of energy! Sophie was racing around the house. The neighbor was out mowing, which got other dogs in the area barking. That got Sophie and Roxy all excited too! They were curious what everyone was talking about. Haha. The girls hopped up on the couch and snuggled with me for awhile. Later on they snacked, then lounged around for their naps.

Oscar

Today Oscar met me at the door and waited for me to say hello. He pranced along next to me on our way to the back, making sure I pet him the whole way there! He makes me laugh. Once we got outside, he came over for a few more pets. Then, he wandered off to go explore. He was all over the place again today, busy checking everything out. I tried to get him to play frisbee, and he just watched as it flew right by his head. Haha! It was a beautiful day today! He did a lot of sunbathing and took some breaks in the shade as well. Oscar actually let me know when he was ready to go in today to cool off. I got him a bowl of fresh water, then he did his tricks for his snack.

Sophie & Roxy

Today I saw Roxy sitting by the gate when I pulled up. It was a beautiful day out! The girls both met me at the door and came inside right away. I got them some more food, then we went to our spot. Sophie jumped up and crashed in my lap, then was rolling around and being silly. Roxy climbed up on the arm of the couch and laid down. The girls got some pets in, then they went to snack on some food. After they ate a bit, Roxy hopped in her chair and Sophie curled up in her bed. I called for them again and they both came to snuggle up with me instead. They took naps while they got some belly rubs.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell met me in the kitchen again. I pet her good morning, then she raced me to their room. Sadi was up and getting a drink when I got there. I borrowed her for a minute to give her morning medicine. I cleaned up their area, then went to get their breakfast. The girls both ate for me. Noell didn't finish hers, but ate a good amount. She then curled up in my lap for a bit and played with my strings. She and Sadi enjoyed their pets. Noell ran off after a little while. I continued to give Sadi her chin rubs. Then, I met Noell in the living room. We had some fun playing with her laser light. She raced around, stalked and pounced on the light. This evening Noell was sitting by the front door when I walked in. She ran along ahead to their room. Sadi was curled up on the floor, taking a nap. I woke her up and cleaned up her nose, then got her to work on eating. Noell was sitting in her window when I came out to get her dinner. She followed me back and went to snack on hers next.

Today it didn't rain at all, but it was still pretty cool out. I got to the back door and both girls came out of their bed. They were taking a nice nap! They came in and snuggled up with me for awhile. They flopped around over my lap and gave lots of kisses. Roxy pawed at me for more and more pets. The girls took a break to go snack on their food a bit. After they finished, they were ready for another nap. Roxy went and laid on her bed and Sophie laid in the dining room. I called for them and they returned to keep me company until they headed back out for the day.

Sadi & Noell

This morning miss Noell was already in the kitchen to see me. She trotted along next to me on the way to their room. Sadi was up and hanging out, as usual. I saw their friends had mostly gone away for the morning. I got Sadi her medicine and cleaned up her nose. Noell was by my feet, rolling around on the rug. She hopped up and tried swatting at Sadi's tail a couple times too! Haha. I got the girls their food after I cleaned up their room, then scooped their box while they ate. The girls enjoyed some pets when they had finished. Noell was snuggled in my lap, having fun swatting at my sweatshirt strings. Sadi purred away and rubbed her face in my hand. Before I left, Noell got some laser light play time. I also filled her little treat mouse since it was empty today. This evening Noell was sitting by the front door. She must have been watching out the window for me. Sadi was sleeping soundly in her bed. I woke her up to clean her nose and give her eye drops. As I walked out to get their food, I found Noell in the bedroom playing with a hanger! Crazy lady! The girls both worked on dinner after. Their little friends were back tonight, getting themselves some food too. Haha.
