Bella & Chico

This morning Chico zoomed out of his bed, and Bella out of hers. Chico got outside and was very quick about his business. It was quite chilly out! He came back inside and went to go hide in his bed to protect his bone. Miss Bella was having a blast outside. She was chasing after birds flying overhead. Then, she took a break to work on some breakfast. I got the pups each a little snack when it was time to go in. This afternoon it was very nice out. I closed their bedroom door behind us so Chico couldn't go run back to his bed. It was too nice to stay in! Bella and Chico came over by me for some attention when they weren't busy exploring. Chico had some fun running laps along the fence with the neighbor dog. I actually had to go get him when it was time to come in! Haha. This evening, the pups went out back to do their business. Chico was busy barking at the sounds of the neighborhood. Bella was off sniffing around the yard. When it was time, Chico raced in and went to his bed right away, to make sure and ward off Bella if she tried to sneak his bone! I got them each a bedtime snack.

Bradford, ZZ, Heighty & Sugar

This evening Sugar was at the fence barking for me when I got there. I got their food, then headed out back. Everyone was at the door, bouncing excitedly! I got them working on their dinner, then I went to get them some fresh water. Heighty followed along and found her ball nearby. After I was done, she and I got a short game of fetch in. Once I threw the ball, Sugar and Bradford went running along behind Heighty to get it. She didn't want to give it up too much after that! ZZ had his dinner, then retired to his house for a nap. It was getting a little chilly out, so he was probably much more cozy in there too.

Shadow

This morning Shadow was right at the door again when I got in. I cleaned up his dishes, then got him some fresh breakfast. He went right to town on that! Shadow waited for me on the bathroom counter this morning while I scooped his box. I pet him for a few minutes there. Then, he hopped down and went racing for the living room. Shadow decided to come snuggle up with me for awhile to get some more attention. A little later, he went to snack on his food some more.

Bella & Chico

This evening I heard the pups let out a short burst of barks when I came in, letting me know they heard me. Then it was quiet until I got to their room. I turned on the light and they started wiggling around excitedly! I let them out and Bella made a dash for the door. Chico was hanging out in his bed, so I let her out and went back for him. I sat on the floor and he came and curled up in my lap to say hi. Then, he joined Miss Bella out back. They roamed around out there awhile, then both took turns eating their dinners. When it was time, they came in and got their bedtime snacks.

Shadow

This evening Shadow was right at the door waiting for me. I came in and he was at my feet, ready for dinner! I got him some to start working on right away. He went and nibbled on that a bit. So, I went to check on his box and take care of my other things quick. I waited for him to finish. Shadow came in the living room by me and got some pets for awhile. Suddenly, he jumped up and took off! Not sure what that was about! Haha. I think he got a playful spunk in him. He stopped just past his toys, then decided to climb up to his kitty tower. He sat up there and gave himself a bath. We had some fun playing with his feather toy up there as well. Before I left, I got him a little more food to work on for tonight.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell was at her post, waiting for me. I came walking up to her and she did a bunny hop, turned and ran down the hall. She waited in the bedroom for me to catch up, then she jumped up and swatted at my legs as I passed. That must be her new thing! Haha. Sadi was up and sitting by the food dishes. I got her her morning medicine, then set her back down while I picked up their room. Noell came and sat in the dining room and talked to me while I got their breakfast ready. Both girls ate very well again this morning. Noell had fun sitting in my lap and batting at my sweatshirt strings while we waited on Sadi to finish. She was eating so well, that I didn't want to disturb her. When she was full, both girls enjoyed their chin scratch session. I had them both purring away.

Sadi & Noell

This morning I pulled up and realized someone was waiting for me! I spotted Noell sitting in the front window by the door. Haha! She looked like a little kitty statue. I went in and she met me by the hall. I gave her a few hello pets, then started walking towards their room. She did a little hop, then ran along ahead of me. As I passed by her, she jumped up and swatted at my legs! Someone was feeling silly this morning. She kept doing that while I was giving Sadi her meds too, in between rolling around on the rug. She cracks me up! I got the girls their breakfast and they both ate well. After they finished, we sat in their room and they got some attention. Noell was having fun swatting at my sweatshirt strings, while Sadi got her pets. This evening, Noell met me at her spot. She led me to her room to show me her empty bowl. I got Sadi up and working on her food while I went to get Noell's. Both girls ate well again.

Oscar

Today I heard Oscar get up from the couch and run over when I got in. Then, he stopped before the hall and waited for me to peek around the corner. After that, he came running to say hi! He's so silly. He was bouncing along as we headed to the door. We went outside to enjoy the beautiful afternoon. I went and grabbed Oscar's frisbee and tossed it to him. We played a good game of chase, and he even played fetch a little too. He would jump in the air to catch it. After awhile, Oscar pooped out. He dropped the frisbee and went to lay in the shade. I got him some fresh water to cool off. He spent the rest of his visit relaxing in the yard.

Bradford, ZZ, Heighty & Sugar

This morning it was quiet out when I pulled up. But then, someone heard me! They all got up and started getting excited, barking at the fence. I went out back and it took them a minute to come running around the side of the house. Miss Sugar was first to greet me. After the pups said their hello's, they settled down and went to work on their breakfast. It was already a nice start to the morning! Should be a nice day until the storms roll in.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell met me in the bedroom. I stopped to snuggle her a bit, then set her back down. Miss Sadi was sitting in the kitty room. I took her to her spot to give her morning meds and clean up her nose. Noell was busy rolling around on the rug, having fun by herself. Haha. I got the girls their breakfast while Noell waited in the dining room. The girls both ate well for me. Miss Noell was a crazy kitty this morning, while I was busy cleaning. She was zooming from one end of the house to the other! After awhile, I spotted her out on the patio. She was watching me through the door. Sadi was now taking a nap in the tent bed. This evening, Noell met me in the hall. She zoomed to her spot and let me know she was ready for dinner. Sadi was sleeping in her other bed. I woke her up and got her nose cleaned up quick. I got Sadi a little more food and got Noell her dinner as well. It took a little while to get Sadi interested, but finally she started to eat for me. She ate well too.
