Oreo & Stuffs

Today I came in and Oreo met me in the kitchen. He circled me while I got his food ready. As I went to go clean their box, I saw Stuffy was coming out of the bedroom. The boys followed me to the living room when I was finished. Oreo came over and laid next to me for some pets, while Stuffy was sitting in the distance. Oreo got up after a little while and went to sit by the window. I think he must have seen something interesting! While he was busy, Stuffy decided to come over. He laid on his side and got his tummy rubs. After a bit, he got up and moved closer to the fireplace to warm up. It sure was a cold rainy day today! Oreo went to go snack, then her returned for more attention.

Winston

This afternoon Winston did a big stretch when he got out of his bed. He waited for me to open the gate, then went to wait for me at the door. It was cold and yucky outside today. We wandered out and took a little walk. We explored for awhile, until he finally did his business. We headed back inside a little earlier than usual, to get more playtime in instead. After I took his harness off, Winston was full of energy and started doing his zooms around the house! He's so silly. We found his little yellow dog and he wanted to play tug with that. I would get him to drop it for me once in awhile, so then he would go fetch it. He was quite talkative when we played tug today! Haha!

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let the boys out. It was a cold, wet day outside. Eddie stayed in and was a busy saying hi and pawing at me for pets. Butler had wandered out to do his business. Eddie soon went out to join him. Since it was wet out there, Butler spent most of his time lounging on the patio couch. Eddie was in and out, visiting me for some heiny scratches. One time he came in and had a very muddy beard! Haha! He made sure to share and wiped some on my arm. Silly boy.

Oscar

Oscar met me at the door and was dancing around excitedly! I said hello, gave him some pets, then we wandered outside. It was a cold, wet afternoon out there. Oscar lounged on the patio for a little while. Then, he sat out in the grass and listened to the sounds outside. Soon, we went inside. He got his paws wiped off, then it was time to play! He ran and got his grey little raccoon toy first. He grrr-ed at me while we had a fun game of tug. Then, he suddenly let me have that toy, and he went to his stash and grabbed a new one! I see how it is... haha. He got a stretchy one this time. We played tug and he even fetched it a few times as well. Later on, it was time for his snack!

Rusty & Ruby

This morning it was raining outside when I arrived. I got the girls out first. They ate their food and both had their heinies tucked, like they weren't sure if they were ok with this rain. Haha. Eventually, they didn't seem to mind, and wandered off to go explore. The brown girl, who I've been calling Gertie, found her tennis ball and was running around with that. Later, the boys came out for their breakfast. Ranger got his pill, then they both worked on eating. To my surprise, Charlie didn't seem to be too fond of the rain! He huddled up next to me on the back stoop for awhile. Ranger didn't have a care in the world. Charlie eventually went out to play, once Ranger was prancing around with a ball. This afternoon, Rusty was already outside. I got Ruby out and made sure she went potty. She sure didn't want to! She kept trying to slyly race inside. Haha. The girls came out for their turn, and Rusty and Ruby were ready to head into the warm house. The boys got to play awhile after that.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning I came in and went to get Sadi. She was just sitting in her room. I picked up a little, then it was time for her meds. Stormy appeared from somewhere, and was meowing at me in the bathroom that she was hungry! I got their food ready after Sadi was finished with her stuff. Stormy came in and ate, but Sadi wasn't interested. I gave her the appetite stimulant today, so she should be hungry later. I sat and brushed her for awhile in their room, and she purred away. She kept rubbing her chin on my knee as I brushed. While I was cleaning today, I kept an eye on her. She did go ahead and eat after a little bit. Then, she took a nap in her bed. Stormy was lounging on her chair until I came by cleaning stuff, then she found a spot on the back of the couch.

Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Oreo was at the door waiting for me. I saw Stuffy at the very top of the stairs, peeking around the corner at me. Oreo met me in the kitchen and patiently waited for his snack. He was sitting in the living room when I was finished with their things. I turned on the fireplace and he snuggled up close to me. I called for Stuffy so he would come visit. Oreo got bored with me pretty quick this evening, and moved away to sit in the middle of the room. Stuffy showed up not long after that, wanting his share of pets. Well, guess who got jealous?! Haha. Oreo came right back and laid down again. Stuffy laid almost on his back, loving up his belly rubs. Oreo got his chin scratches, until he got up to go snack.

Rusty & Ruby

This morning I came in and let the ladies out for their morning potty break. Katie was home and joined them, along with Ruby outside. I had to scoot Ruby back inside when it was time for the girls to eat, since she was hovering, ready to steal their kibbles! Haha. The boys came out for awhile next. They quickly gobbled down their breakfast, then were running around the yard having fun. I let them wander around in the garage, while I was getting their water bottles hooked up. All the pups figured it out pretty quick! This afternoon I had Ruby come back out to go potty. Rusty joined us this time and once I let the girls out with us, he and I got a little fetch time in. The little brown girl was having fun on her own, prancing around with the tennis ball. When the boys came out, Rusty wanted to go in. Ruby still hung outside with us for awhile. When they thought it was fun to chase her around, she decided she was ready as well. Haha! The boys chased after their ball the remainder of the time.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let the boys out and they ran out to play awhile. It was a little chilly for me, so I stayed in and watched from the window. They would wander in to get a drink now and then. I got Butler to finish his breakfast for me, one of the times he wandered inside. Later, they were checking out the fence out back again. Eddie would roam in to visit me. He even gave me some kisses today. So sweet! I think he was bored outside today, so he hung out on the ottoman for awhile. Butler was still out there, lounging in the grass.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy was following me around, talking to me as we went. Sadi was up and getting a drink when I went in to see her. I got her nose cleaned up and she got her medicine. Stormy hung out at the end of the bed for a bit. She wandered into the kitchen when I brought the bowls in. She got her dose of medicine this morning as well. I got their breakfast ready, and both girls went to town. Stormy was coughing quite a bit while I was there. After Sadi finished eating and her tummy felt full, we sat in her room and she got her chin scratches. Stormy was off in the living room, grooming, as I was leaving.
