Katie & Sage

This afternoon the girls were quiet, but danced around excitedly when they heard me coming. I let Katie out to run around for awhile. She didn't eat all of her dinner from yesterday. Katie wandered around while I cleaned her side. I stood out there with her while she was busy checking things out. She saw me and came over to sit by me. We got her eye cleaned up, then she went and sat in her area. Sage was ready to come out and play. She raced out and zoomed all over the yard. I cleaned up her side next, while she was running her laps. She found her kong and sat in there with me again today. We got her fetch game in after I finished. She kept coming back and rolling around with her kong before she'd give it up. Haha. She took a break now and then to cool off in her water bucket and get a drink.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon I saw Rusty was lounging on the couch, on top of some newspapers. He grabbed his ball and went to wait for Ruby and I at the door. Ruby raced out and was dancing around on the patio, being a silly girl. She hopped down and followed Rusty out to the grass. She went potty right away, did a little exploring, then went to lay on the porch. She only stayed out a little bit, then headed back inside. Rusty was busy wandering around by the fence today. He roamed all over, checking everything out until he was ready to go in as well.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let Eddie out and he did a big stretch on the way to Butler's bed. I opened the door and Eddie kept walking circles around me. Butler stretched his way out and I applied his spray. The boys and I made our way outside after I got them some fresh water. It was a lazy day for them and they spent most of the time lounging on the patio. Butler found a tennis ball and took it to the chair and laid down to relax. The boys took a break to go in and get a drink. Then, they both came out and said hi to me, with their wet chin whiskers! Haha. Eventually, they stayed in and cooled off until it was time.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy heard me come in and she met me in the kitchen. She was walking her laps between the table and I, just gabbing away! I got their breakfast ready, then Stormy and I headed to the bedroom. Sadi was sitting awake in the food room. I picked her up to clean her nose up and give her her medicine. Then, she joined Stormy and ate a bit. When the girls were done, we all went to our spot. Sadi got brushed, while I had Stormy chasing after one of her kitty toys. She was going crazy, pouncing and tackling it! Haha! Sadi was a little antsy and kept trying to wander off on me. I took her back to her room to snack a bit more. This evening, Sadi was all curled up and sleeping soundly in her bed. She got her evening medicine, then I put her back so she could sleep some more. As I was leaving, I peeked out and saw Stormy was snoozing on her chair on the patio.

Sadi & Stormy

This evening I came in and found Sadi in her bed. She was sitting, but had her head down, resting on her bed. I think she was napping that way! Haha. I pet her gently and she gave me her little purr-meow. I got her nosey cleaned up and gave her all her evening medicine. I put her back in bed, while I cleaned their box. I didn't see Stormy this evening, so she must have been out on the patio. It was a nice evening for it.

Katie & Sage

Today the girls were nice and cool in their houses with their misters going. I let Katie out right away. She came over and sat by me, as if to ask my permission. I told her to go ahead and play! She's such a good girl. She ran around and checked things out all over the yard. I got her side cleaned and got her some fresh water. Sage was getting antsy for her turn! Katie got awhile to wander around, then she got her eye cleaned and dinner served. Sage raced out of her side as soon as the door opened. She ran a couple laps around the yard, then returned for her kong. She sat in there with me while I cleaned, making sure I didn't go anywhere without playing with her first! Haha. We got a nice game of fetch in, then she went and stood right in her water bucket to cool her tootsies off.

Rusty & Ruby

This afternoon Rusty was looking around for his ball when I got in. I let Ruby out, then the pups followed me to the door. Ruby was trying to go down the new stairway, but looked a little concerned. She came down a different way and wandered to the grass instead. She was quick to do her business today, then spent awhile lounging in the grass. Rusty rolled around next to her, then he went to explore. Ruby headed in after a short while. I called Rusty over and we got a nice game of fetch in today, until he was ready to go in.

Winston

Today I let Winston out and got him hooked up. We headed outside to go for a little walk. It was actually quite nice out today, so we kept walking awhile. He got to sniff around at trees and bushes. We got a nice long walk in today before we headed back in. He was ready for some tug! He grabbed his rope and put one end towards me, then grrr-rr-ed loudly! Haha. Winston put all his muscle into it and did his bunny hops backwards. When he got enough tug in, we played a little fetch with his green bone.

Eddie & Butler

Today I let Eddie out and he pranced his circles around me while I went to get Butler. He came out and got his medicine applied. The boys and I went outside for awhile. They were busy exploring to start out today. A neighbor dog was out, so they ran over to the fence to say hi. Then, the boys were checking out some of the holes in the yard. They must have been looking for critters! After awhile, Eddie and Butler decided to lounge around. When it was time, Eddie went in for me like a good boy. Butler wanted to play his game today, but I tried to ignore that and didn't chase after him. I waited him out, then he came in on his own.

Oscar

Today Oscar was right at the door to see me. He stopped for a few heiny scratches, then we made our way to the door. Oscar laid in the grass to soak up some sunshine. Later, he wandered around a bit to check things out. It wasn't too terribly hot out today, so he wanted to stay out the whole time. After exploring, he laid down and relaxed awhile longer. When we went in, he went and sprawled out on his ottoman to wait for me to get his snack. He did all his tricks for me before I left.
