Chloe

This evening Chloe was barking from her little window perch when I walked up. As soon as I walked in and called her, her heiny started wiggling happily! I let her out quick for a potty break, while I got her dinner ready. She came back in and took a couple nibbles after saying hi to me. Then, she wandered off to her room and hopped on her bed. I went in there with her and she got all crazy excited! She was bouncing around playfully. I got her to go back outside with me, since she had been cooped up most of the day. She started racing around with her front paws all spread out and we chased around a bit. She's so silly! She headed for the door when she was ready to go back in. She grabbed a few more bites on the way back to her room. There, we played around a little longer before bed. She sat pretty and shook my hand for a couple bedtime treats! Such a good girl.

Bradford, Heighty, ZZ, Sugar, Molly & Moody

Moody met me at the door tonight and started meowing at me. I stopped to pet him hello, then got dinner for the pups. I started filling their dishes, since no one had come to see me yet. I could hear them at the other side of the house, barking, probably at my car. Haha. Finally, Sugar appeared and the rest were right behind her. Bradford came and was bouncing around at my feet. Heighty came up to say hi, then started frantically wandering around. I vet she was looking for her ball! She would look at me questioningly, so I told her I didn't know where she left it. Molly was all worked up and panting, but no one else was. I got her a big bowl of ice water. I doused her down with a bowl of water too, to help cool her down a bit. She didn't appreciate it at first, but then she wandered over as if to say thanks. Everyone got to work on their dinners after that. Inside, Moody ran to his closet to wait for me to get his dinner too. He's so cute.

Sophie & Roxy

Today the girls were at the back door waiting for me! Roxy ran in while I went out to get them more water and to grab their dishes. Sophie waited to go in when I did. Inside, the girls said hi, then I got them their food. Today they hopped up on the couch with me. Roxy sat on one side of me and was rubbing her face all over me. She settled down and laid by me for a bit, while Sophie had her turn. Sophie hopped up and made herself comfy in my lap! She's so silly. She rolled around and was busy being goofy. Then, both girls hopped down. Sophie went to go snack and Roxy went to lounge in her chair. They were pooped from the heat again today, and both took naps in the cool, cozy house. When it was time to go, we went outside and the girls each got a couple cookies.

Bella, Louie & Chico

This morning, everyone raced out of their beds to go outside. I got Louie's breakfast ready and he came in and ate right away. It was a warm start already this morning. The pups all did some wandering and exploring about the yard. They took turns eating and relaxing. I let Louie stay out for the morning, and came back for an earlier lunch visit, before it got too hot out. Bella and Chico joined Louie outside for awhile. Chico lounged on his spot on the patio. Louie hung around the water dish and relaxed in the shade. Bella was busy sniffing around by the fence, looking looking for critters on the other side. She eventually went to lay in the shade as well. All three headed into the house to cool off for the afternoon. This evening, everyone went out to do their business. They all wanted to come in when it was time for Louie to eat, so I had to scoot the other two back out. Louie and I went out once he finished. He was sure ready to eat tonight and wolfed it all down! The kiddos wandered around and did their thing. Chico hogged the food dish for a little while and was being sassy if the other two wandered by. So brave for such a little man! Haha. When it was time to go in, Chico started running races back and forth from their room to the living room. They all got a bedtime cookie once they got tucked in.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning I heard Stormy hopping down from her chair while I went to water plants. When I came in, she followed me to the kitchen and was rubbing up against the cabinets. She stopped in the middle of the living room, on her way to the bedroom, to give me a big long meow!  Sadi was up and working on eating some dry kibble. I let her contunue, while I cleaned their box and refreshed their dishes. She got her morning medicine, then we went out to our spot. Both girls enjoyed their attention. Stormy was walking circles around me as I pet her, and Sadi just sat and loved her brushing. Stormy and I played a little too.

This evening Stormy hopped down from her chair to follow me to the bedroom. Sadi was sleeping on the floor in the food room. I woke her up and gave her her medicine. Since Stormy was busy snacking, I put Sadi back in by her and she nibbled a little as well.

Oreo & Stuffs

This evening Oreo was right at the door again to see me. I said hi to him, then we made our way to the kitchen. Stuffy was sitting at the edge of the living room, waiting for me as well! I got the boys their dinner, then went to clean their box. I guess Oreo got impatient with me. He was in the entryway, lovin on my shoes! Haha. He ran along behind me and the boys met me in our spot. They laid next to me and loved every minute of their pets. Oreo wandered off again after a little while. Stuffy stayed and rolled over for his tummy scratches. He's so silly. I found out Oreo was back in the entryway as I was leaving. He was sitting in the sliver of sunlight that was shining through the door.

Rusty & Ruby

Today I let Ruby out and I heard Rusty in the front room, getting out of his chair. They headed outside with me. Ruby went potty, then stretched her belly out on the grass. Rusty rolled around first, then lounged around by her too. Ruby laid out there awhile, then she headed for some shade on the patio. Rusty continued to sunbathe. It was a bit hot out today, so he didn't come to try and play fetch. He was happy just relaxing. Miss Ruby eventually wandered in to cool down. When Rusty was ready, we went in and I got them some more water.

Sophie & Roxy

Today I saw miss Sophie in the yard as I pulled up. The girls raced to the back door when they heard me open it! I got them some more water, grabbed their bowls and got them some food. They came in all excited and said hi. It was a hot afternoon, so the girls were happy to get in and cool off. In fact, Roxy was so comfy that she took a snooze in her chair! Sophie went to eat a little, then she was a lazy girl as well. They weren't jumping all over me like usual, so they must have worn themselves out! I got them some snacks, then they went back to lounging around. They got one more cookie when it was time to go.

Bella, Louie & Chico

This afternoon I let Louie in while I got the other two out. We all headed outside after that. Chico found a warm spot on the patio to sunbathe for awhile. Miss Bella was happy to see me, so she came over for some attention. Later, she explored and was busy in the corner of the yard, checking things out. After that, she found a spot in the grass to lounge around. Louie would wander over for a drink now and then, but then he would return over to his dog house. They all came in when it was time, since it was a toasty afternoon. They all got their peanut butter snacks to work on. This evening, I let everyone out while I got Louie's diner ready. He came in and polished off his bowl pretty quick! He and I joined the other two back outside. It had cooled down a little with the sun going down. Chico kept hopping on the table to see me for some attention. Then Bella would get jealous and she'd be over too. She was busy trying to catch some bugs tonight! Louie and Chico did some wandering around, while Bella took her turn to eat dinner. When it was time, they all went in for bedtime.
