Stormy & Bubba

Today I walked in and didn't see Mr. Bubba. I went to look for him quick, before going to see Stormy. I walked into the closet and heard him meow at me. Then, I finally saw where he was. He hopped down and rolled at my feet while I pet him. As we made our way out, he jumped up on the bed and was rolling around some more, looking all cute! I gave him a little more attention. Then, it was time to see my lady! I could see her paws out the door. She was snoozing on the patio. I noticed today was the first time she hadn't finished her food from the day before. But, it was pretty toasty out yesterday and today, so she might not have been as hungry. Plus, we were busy visiting yesterday! Today, I rinsed out her dishes and got her some fresh food. I sat out on the patio with her to give her some company, hoping she would work on her dinner for me. She did! When she finished she came over for her heiny scratches.

Peanut

This afternoon I walked in and called for Peanut, to let him know I was there. He started barking of course! He must have been napping, as I spotted him sitting by the couch. He came out to come see me. I gave him a few little pieces of a treat, which he took fine. Then, he went outside for a minute. It wasn't long before he was back at the door, pawing to come in. He got a couple more tiny snacks before I left.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties

This afternoon I saw Rusty hop out of the recliner when I walked in. I let Ruby out, then the pups and I headed outside. Lance followed along shortly after. Rusty went to his spot in the grass to roll around and lounge. Ruby was being a silly girl today and was racing and leaping off the porch, then running laps around the yard. Lance snuggled up to me for a little while, then he went to go explore out by the dogs. Rusty couldn't find his red ball, so later he brought his purple one over for a few throws.

Today Ruby came running into the kitchen to see who was home. I went to check and make sure no one had any accidents. Everything looked well. I spotted Rusty on his chair in the front room. He hopped down right away and came outside with us. Rusty went and rolled around in the grass and then lounged for awhile. Ruby came out for a bit, then she went to relax inside. Lance came and sat next to me for some attention. Later on, Rusty brought me his ball for some fetch.

Today when I walked in, I didn't even have to go looking for Mr. Bubba. He came running when he heard me! He plopped down on the floor at my feet and began rolling around, like usual. Silly cat! I gave him a little attention, then went to see the little lady. Stormy was standing and looking at the back door, waiting for me to appear. I went out by her and said hello. She wiggled around, then followed me inside. She saw Bubba and stared at him while I got her food ready. I took care of Bubba ' s food and litter, then came in to sit on the couch. Stormy happily wandered over, ready for her heiny scratches! She sat by me for awhile, then would lay down. After a few seconds she'd realize she wasn't done yet! She made sure to come back for more. Stormy helped me get her a fresh bucket of water before I left.

Chief, Tessa & the kitties

This evening when I got there, the pups were all excited. Chief was draping himself over the fence, trying to get me to come pet him. Silly boy! I got inside and they both were ready for a few pets. I went inside to take care of the kitties quick and to get dinner for the pooches. Grumpy was sitting over by the litter box and he wandered over as soon as he heard food. Miss Bashful was sitting in her top carrier today. She stayed there until I left and she could eat in peace. The pups took a little longer to eat today, because they were a little excited. I kept redirecting Tessa to her food, and eventually she finished. I let Chief off his line, then we got some play time in. I had him chasing all over after his volleyball!

Stormy & Bubba

Today miss Stormy was already at the back door, waiting for me. She came wiggling inside the house and helped me get her food ready. Today she decided to come in and visit with me first, and would eat later. She sat next to me and had me pet her back and scratch her little heiny. She's such a sweetie! I took a break to go check on Bubba ' s things. He wasn't home again when I visited, but I saw he ate all his kitty snacks I left him yesterday. When I returned, Stormy was following me all over. We got her a fresh cool bucket of water for the rest of the day before I left.

Taz & Clyde

This morning I got in and the boys came running to see me. I let them out for a quick potty break. They lined up at their bowls for breakfast. Once they finished, we headed to the garage to get them ready. We took a nice walk this morning. It was so nice outside! When we got back home, I let them spend a little longer out back. This afternoon the boys and I went outside. I got them each their rawhide snack. Taz went all the way to the opposite side of the yard to go snack on his in privacy. The boys ran laps around the yard any time they heard someone go by. They spent plenty of time soaking up some sunshine too. Later we went in and I fed them their dinners.

Diesel & Odin

This morning I walked up and spotted Odin laying on the concrete in the shade. He was awake and sitting up. Then, I saw Diesel was lounging in the grass, laying flat out and soaking up some rays. He sat straight up when he heard me and let out a booming woof! The boys both came over quickly to say hi. Odin didn't waste much time and started heading for his house. He was hungry I guess! He patiently waited for me to fill his dish, then he went to town. The boys finished up and were ready for their snacks. They spent some time leaning against me for their side and heiny scratches. I tossed the big purple ball for Diesel to try and get them to play. He ran over to it, looked down, then back at me. "Now what?" He came trotting back over for more pets instead. Silly boy!

Diesel & Odin

This evening I walked in and headed for the dog house. As I passed the back of the main house, I saw both boys, conked out in the shade. They were snoozing pretty soundly! I started saying hi to them, then they both popped up and let out a couple barks. Those quickly turned into happy tail wags. The boys ran over to say hi, then we made our way to their house. I got them their dinner, which they finished up quickly. After dinner, they each got a cookie. We headed outside so I could check their water. Afterwards, Diesel sat with me and was happy to get some attention. He kept turning to make sure I got both sides! Odin ran over for some love too. The boys nearly knocked me over, they were both trying to get all my attention! Haha.
