Bella, Louie & Chico

This evening the pups started barking when they heard me pull up. They were so excited! I let them all out and they zoomed outside. Bella was pretty much attached to my hip at first! I got them their dinners, then we spent some time outside. After Bella had enough hellos, she eventually wandered off to explore. Louie took the opportunity to steal from her bowl, since she was busy. Later, I noticed Louie and Chico had been inside awhile, so I went to check on them. Those silly boys! They were both in their beds, snacking on some rawhides. I tucked them all in for the night. I didn't get any pictures since it was dark and they were too wiggly with excitement.

This afternoon Rusty got up from his nap and came to say hi. I let Ruby out, then we all headed outside. It was cool and windy today. The gate kept banging loudly, so that sent Ruby racing back in when she finished her business. Rusty wasn't interested in playing fetch either, so he and I went in shortly after. Lance was quick to take over my lap. He kept finding strings on my clothes to play with. We tried to look for his toy, but still couldn't find it anywhere. Later, I caught Lance snuggling with Rusty. So cute!

This afternoon was very windy outside! I came in and let Miss Ruby out. It wasn't until she raced out of her bed, that Rusty emerged. Lance was following me around and pawing at my legs. Haha little rascal! The pups and I went outside for awhile. Rusty went right out to his spot to roll around on the ground. He and I played some fetch, while Ruby explored a bit. It was getting so windy out that dust kept blowing in my eyes, so it was time to head in. Lance came right up and snuggled on my lap, purring away. He was in a playful mood though, and kept climbing all over. He and Rusty were even messing around a bit.

This morning Stormy was very lovey! She followed me around while I took the food to their room and kept rubbing up against my legs, meowing at me. Sadi was wandering about the bedroom as well. I picked her up to give her her morning medicine. The girls both ate a bit, then we visited. Sadi enjoyed a long brushing session and purred away. Stormy curled up on the footstool for most of the time.

Lily, Max & Sophie

This morning Lily followed me to the back door to head outside right away. She and the big pups wandered about the yard to do their business. Lily and I headed inside again to get breakfast ready. Sophie and Max quickly finished off the last of their food this morning. Afterwards, all three were busy exploring. Sophie was having a blast rolling around in the grass for a bit. Max and Sophie chased and wrestled around awhile as well.

This morning Lily came prancing up to see me. She and I went outside to see the other pups. They all took their morning potty break. Lily followed me inside, while I got breakfast ready. She got to work right away. The other two polished off their bowls. They spent a little time running around and playing. This evening Lily went ahead of me to wait at the back door. Sophie and Max ran around until I got their dinner for them. Sophie was almost too excited to settle and eat tonight. Finally, she did, when Max was trying to go for her portion. After dinner, Sophie was running around carrying her soccer ball. That got Max following her around. Eventually, he stole it! Sophie didn't seem to mind, and went to go find her bone.

Lily was wiggling her little heiny when I walked in this morning. She was happy to see me! We headed outside to let the big pups out. While they were all busy, I got everyone's breakfast ready. Lily went inside to eat and relax a bit. Sophie and Max finished their food, then ran around awhile. Sophie kept prancing around with her bone she found in the yard. This evening Lily came outside while I let the others out. The big pups worked on their dinners. Afterwards, they ran around for a bit. Sophie and the neighbor dog kept barking at each other, so I had to keep calling her over. I got them all tucked in for the night.

This morning the girls were sleeping and cozy in their house. They got up and came inside to see me. After I got them their food, we went to our spot. This morning both girls were rolling around, kicking their feet in the air, squirming and sliding from one end of the couch to the other! They're so funny. They took turns pawing at me for pets, then giving me kisses. I think they knew mom and dad would be home soon. Roxy went and laid on the bed for awhile and Sophie just sat in there, looking at me. Later, they worked on their food, before it was time to head outside again.

This morning I let Miss Sammy outside right away. I got her some breakfast and water. The boys were ready for their turn. Carson went out for a little bit, while I got them some fresh water as well. Benson and Angus took their turn when it was time. Benson was such a good boy for his eye medicine! I though it was cute how he'd tilt his head, getting ready for me to put the next one in. "Here's this side." Bella went out for the day as well, so I moved her food and water out there for her.

This morning Sammy was the only one awake when I arrived. The boys were all snoring away! I let Sammy out first and gave her some breakfast and fresh water. Next, it was Carson's turn. I let him have awhile out there to roam around a bit. Benson and Angus both were bouncing around excitedly when it was their turn to be let out. I gave Benson his eye drops, then they all got a treat before I left. This evening Benson was barking to announce my arrival. I let Carson out for a quick potty break, while I got food ready for the boys. Benson and Angus got started on their dinner as they waited. They both got to spend some time outside when they finished. After everyone had eaten and got their potty breaks, they each got a couple little treats. Miss Sammy came in for the night. I made sure Bella had enough food and water for the evening as well.
