Taz & Clyde

This afternoon the boys met me at the door with wagging tails. I picked out a treat for each of them, then we headed outside. Clyde finished his quickly, but Taz savored his a bit. It was nice and cool outside this afternoon. The boys lounged around and enjoyed it! They would occasionally hop up and race along the fence when they heard something. This evening the boys were excited to go for their walk! We took off right after their dinner and went for our stroll. It was the perfect weather for it! After we got home, they went for a potty break quick. I wiped their paws before they came in.

Bella, Louie & Chico

It was raining lightly this morning when I came to visit the pups. I let them out of their beds, but Chico decided to hang out in his a little longer. Silly boy! Everyone went out to go potty, but we spent most of our time inside this morning. Louie seemed like he was looking for trouble! He kept trying to sneak bites from the other food bowls. Bella stayed out to work on her food, then I tried to barricade Chico's bowl off better with the chairs. Louie still found a way in, then knocked over the food bowl. Little booger! Haha! I cleaned that up, then Louie came over to talk to me. He makes me laugh. I'll ask him a question, then he would respond with a "howrooo". I noticed Chico kept racing for his bed any time Louie headed in that general direction. I began to think maybe he was hiding something in there. I checked, since I changed out their blankets anyways. Nope! Nothing there. Goofy boy. This afternoon the rain had stopped and it was nice and cool out. They got to spend much more time outside this time. Chico went off to explore a bit. Bella and Louie had some fun racing laps around the yard. Bella thought that was the most fun, having him chase after her! They each took some time to come visit me for attention. They were very excited when it was treat time! This evening was even cooler out. Bella, Chico, and I spent some time outside. Louie would wander out now and again, but he preferred to be in. They all worked on their dinners without any trouble.

Susie, Katie & Blackie

We had more rain this morning. Luckily, it had slowed to just a sprinkle by the time I arrived. I headed inside and got the kitties purring. I love that! They start almost instantly. A couple of the little guys were having a blast with some boxes, rolling around and trying to hide from me in them. I got the girls ready for their walk. We didn't walk quite as long this morning, since Katie wasn't liking being outside in the sprinkles much. They both did their business, then we headed back. I was happy to see that Blackie had polished off his plate this morning while we were gone! He was outside wandering around. I changed out the kitties boxes again today. A couple of them thought they'd help by hopping in the one I was trying to take. Haha! Later, I saw Blackie was still outside, so I tried to coax him back in. He must be enjoying the cooler weather! This evening several of the kitties were curled up by the door when I tried to come in. I saw some more, each perched on their own spot on the kitty tower. I stopped to pet them, which they enjoyed. I went in by the girls and they met me in the kitchen. They were ready for me! Blackie looked pretty comfy all curled up on the couch. It felt like a fall day this afternoon, and was still cool out this evening. The girls and I took our long walk. Blackie was still snuggled up in his spot when we returned. I went and sat by the kitties for a bit after I cleaned out their boxes. My little tabby almost crawled on my back while I was cleaning tonight! The kitties were pretty snuggly and lovey, all purring and trying to get my attention.

Bella, Louie & Chico

This morning everyone zoomed outside to go potty. After Chico finished, he came and hopped in my lap for some attention, while Bella was off exploring. Bella kept hearing something that was getting her all excited. Louie wandered around, then went in to eat his breakfast. Chico then went in as well and made sure they didn't eat his food. I had to laugh as Louie kept sneaking in a few bites from Chico's bowl when he wasn't looking. I sat inside with them a bit, and Bella came for some back scrathes. She kept weaving herself under and around my legs, being silly. This afternoon was very nice out. Bella and Chico did a lot of sniffing around. Chico sunned himself for awhile too. Louie would come out to say hi and to see what the others were up to. They each lined up in their beds when it was time for their snacks. This evening the pups went out and I got a towel to lay by the door. We had some good rain and storms this afternoon. Bella went right to exploring. Chico was being a little sassy tonight. He kept trying to claim all the food dishes as his own and would get upset if Louie would come near him. Bella was off having fun, so she didn't care. At one point, I was outside with Bella and I heard Chico. I went in to tell him no and to make sure he was behaving. That's when Louie decided to stand up to him and they almost got into it. I got them broken up before they did anything, and grounded them to their beds. (It was time to go anyways). I'm just happy Bella was too busy exploring outside! Hopefully Chico won't be so ornery in the morning towards his brother.

Susie, Katie & Blackie

Last night as I was driving home, I realized what was going on with Blackie. He must have sensed the big dark clouds that were headed towards the house. They were spouting some lightning, but no thunder that I could hear. This morning Blackie was all snuggled up on the couch by the girls. They both came and sat in the kitchen while I got his food ready, waiting excitedly to be leashed up! It was so nice out this morning. The girls and I enjoyed our nice long walk. I spent some time playing with the kitties after I took care of their things. There is one cute little tabby that always sits above me while I scoop, then bops me on the head! Haha! This evening I came to visit and the garage wasn't working for me. So, I went in another way. I got the girls ready for their walk, and set Blackie's food down for him. We had had some pretty loud storms over the afternoon today. Luckily, they had stopped in time for my visit this evening. It was still pretty nice out tonight. When the girls and I got home from our walk, I noticed Blackie had wandered outside to do his business. He was acting a little weird again tonight, so I suspect he's still upset about the storms. Hopefully he will have a quiet day tomorrow! The girls sat on the couch with me and got their treats. Katie settled on the floor and sat up against my legs, and Susie snuggled up to me on the couch for a few minutes. I went to visit with kitties for a little bit afterwords. I noticed they like to keep reading about vitamins and minerals! Haha! They keep pulling one particular book down and I have put it up pretty high. I guess not high enough!

Bella, Louie & Chico

This evening the pups heard me come in, and were getting all excited! I was suprised and stepped in a spot of vomit on the floor... I guess someone had an upset tummy today. I let all three pups outside and worked on cleaning that up, while they did their business. I let them back in when I was done, then worked on getting them their dinner. Louie was following me around, bouncing along and being silly! He ran over and slid into his bowl when I filled it with water. Someone was thirsty! Haha! They all were good pups, settled down and worked on their dinner for me. Bella, of course, said her hellos first. She's such a cutie. Later, we headed inside. Bella came running at me, wanting to wrestle, then Louie did the same. Chico was just worried about them trying to steal his food. When it was time, Bella and Louie went in their beds. I went to look for Chico, but he was already in there! I didn't even see him sneak into his bed. Good boy.

Susie, Katie & Blackie

This morning a bunch of the kitties were lounging right by the door, so I had to be careful coming in. I pet a few of them before heading in by the girls and Blackie. There was a bit of barking this morning, but Katie and Susie both raced into the kitchen to see me. I gave them each a little treat, while I was getting Blackie's breakfast ready. Katie and Susie were very excited to get their leashes on this morning! We took off and went for a nice walk. It was gorgeous out. Once we got back, I let them work on their food while I went to play with the kitties a bit. This evening I sat and played with the kitties for a few minutes before I went to take the girls for their walk. They make me laugh when, as soon as I start to pet them, their motors start going one-by-one. A couple were trying to take over my lap. The rest were busy rubbing their faces on my shoes or trying to play with my clothes. I headed inside and was surprised to see Blackie standing under the computer desk, just looking at me. I got his food ready, then took the ladies for their walk. When we got back, I saw Blackie hadn't eaten, and he was still under the desk. So, I brought his dinner to him and he got working on it right away. I'm not sure what was up with him. The girls came and got their treats. Katie even sat pretty for hers!

Susie, Katie & Blackie

This morning I spent some time with the cute little kitties before heading in to see the pups. Susie sounded the alarm when I walked in, but she was quick to come running after I got the leashes together. I set Blackie's food down for him to work on while we were gone. The girls and I enjoyed a nice long walk. There were some loud noises from machinery nearby, that had them a little concerned. But, we kept on our way and they were happy to walk with me. We got back home to find Blackie hadn't eaten his food, so I made sure to put it up before the girls could help themselves to it. They sure tried, but I still had them leashed. Haha! I changed out the kitties litter boxes today while the girls worked on their breakfast. The kitties all gathered around me to try and help. They're such cute little stinkers! We sat and played a bit after I finished. I rolled the red jingle ball around for them and almost every one of them went chasing after! We played with their little black string toy too. This evening I got the girls ready and we went for our walk. This time, a bunch of people were outside working on their house and were making loud noises. Katie and Susie both spun around to look whenever they'd get startled by a loud boom. We still got our long walk in though. Blackie was a good boy and had his plate just about licked clean by the time we returned. Katie thought she might help him with that, so I sat nearby to keep her away from it. She sat with me and got pet instead. Even Susie came for a small amount of attention. Blackie wandered outside to do his business while I went to take care of the kitties.

Susie, Katie & Blackie

This morning the pups heard me come in and start talking to the kitties. I headed inside and got Blackie's food ready. I grabbed the leashes, and after just a minute of coaxing, Susie finally came to me! Yay! I hooked both girls up, then put Blackie's food down for him. I took the girls for a nice long walk this morning. It was nice and cool out since it had just finished raining a bit. We headed back home after they both had done their business. I picked up Blackie's food before letting them off their leashes. It looked like he hadn't touched it yet. He must have been too comfy, all curled up on his corner of the couch! I went by the kitties and visited with them a bit. I sat on the floor and they crawled all over me. Loverboy took over my lap and just purred away. When I went back inside to lock up, I noticed Blackie was following me around. I guess he was hungry now, so I gave him some extra time. He finished off all his food for me. This evening it was much quieter when I came to visit. I had no trouble at all this time when I went to get Susie hooked up. The girls and I headed on our way for another long walk this evening. They got their treats when we returned home, while Blackie ate his dinner. The kitties enjoyed their visit as well.

Susie, Katie & Blackie

This morning all the little kitties were looking at me curiously as I walked in. A few came to sniff at me as I made my way to see the pups. Blackie came to say hi in the kitchen while I read the notes. Katie and Susie were doing their usual thing. I got Blackie's breakfast ready, then grabbed the leashes. Katie came right over and sat shyly next to me, waiting to be hooked up. She warmed right up then and was happy to be pet, while I tried to call Susie over. Susie wasn't having any of that this morning! She would not let me get close enough to get her leash on. I tried for a long time, but she was just too worked up this morning. I fed Blackie and the girls, and opened up the back door so they could go potty if they wanted. I visited with the kitties and cleaned their boxes. We got a little play time in with their toy too. I went back by the pups and closed everything up. This evening Katie was right by my side, ready to go for her walk. Blackie was joining in with the ladies tonight to bark at me a little. He probably can't see me very well in the dark! I got Katie leashed up and this time Susie was getting much closer to me. She was even crying with excitement. However, she just couldn't push herself to get close enough for me to get ahold of her collar. I almost got her once! Katie was sitting there, licking my face while I tried to coax Susie. At least she still loves me. Haha! Since Katie has been such a good today, I decided to take her for a short walk, long enough to do her business. She enjoyed that. Hopefully Susie will join us in the morning. I fed Blackie his dinner and gave the girls their snack. I sat near him so I could keep Katie from snacking on his dinner. She sat right up against me and enjoyed being pet, while we waited for him to finish. I opened the back door and gave the pups some privacy, so hopefully Susie would go potty outside. Meanwhile, I visited with the kitties again and made sure they had enough food, water, and clean boxes. One of the little tabbies was having fun pawing at my head while I cleaned. That made me laugh!
