Sadi & Stormy

Today I got the food ready and Stormy's meds out when I arrived. I checked under the bed for Sadi, but she wasn't in either spot. I walked out to the patio and saw Stormy right away, snoozing on her chair. It took her a second to realize it was me, then she came running down to roll on the ground a bit. Sadi heard me as well and started making her way over to me. Stormy and I went in to get her meds taken care of. Her lip looks pretty good, not a whole lot different since the last time I saw her. Miss Sadi waited at the door for my return. I picked her up and she gave me a couple meows. I got her nose cleaned up and she sounded pretty darn good today! She got the rest of her meds, then I set her by the food. Stormy was already in there, helping herself to both bowls. Sadi wasn't interested, and wanted to go straight to her attention time. She went ahead and sat in her spot. I started brushing her and giving her some chin scratches. Stormy passed by a few times for a quick pet, then went on her way. Before I left, I put Sadi back by the food, and she was ready to eat now.

Oreo & Stuffs

Today Oreo followed me to the kitchen and proceeded with his rolling around on the floor and rubbing up against my legs. After I cleaned their box, he and I went to the living room. Oreo was super lovey dovey today! He was obsessed with rubbing his head on my ankles. He even did a somersault and flopped himself across the top of my foot! What a silly boy! He purred away, and finally settled down next to me. We heard Stuffs getting a bite to eat in the kitchen. Oreo enjoyed his time being pet and just closed his eyes. Ahhhh... relaxation. Stuffs wandered in by us and got his share as well. Oreo later went to the kitchen to nibble a bit more, before returning to get more pets. Just as I was heading out, more guests arrived, so the boys will have some more attention!

Oreo & Stuffs

Today Oreo came down the stairs, then gave me a couple meows as he made his way to the kitchen. Stuffs was sitting by the couch in the living room already. He gave me a couple meows too, as I passed by. They were sure talkative today! Oreo rolled around on the floor, while I opened a fresh can of food for them. After I finished taking care of their things, the boys walked along with me to their spot. Oreo plopped down next to me and Stuffs came walking up on the other side. I pet them both for awhile. Oreo wasn't quite close enough, so he got up and laid right up against me. Stuffs eventually laid down a little bit out of my reach, and took a little cat nap. Oreo and I played with his toy for a little while, until he got bored with that. He was happy just laying by me and making "kitty biscuits" in the air with his front paws. Later, Oreo got up and went to chow down some more.

Sadi & Stormy

Today Stormy wandered into the kitchen to see me when I walked in. She rubbed up against me a couple times, then was about to head to the living room. I scooped her up and gave her her meds quick. Her lip still seems to be improving slightly each day. I set her down so she could go on her way, then got their food ready. Miss Sadi was out on the patio again today, just lounging around. I took her inside for her meds next. She had an itchy chin today! Every time I grabbed around her face to tilt her head back, her little leg started going. So, we took a minute to try and get her itch scratched. She was pretty congested today even after I cleaned her up, so she had an extra pill to take. I set her down by the food a couple times, but she wasn't interested. She went to the living room and sat down to wait for me. She loved being brushed, as usual. I scratched her little chin some more for her too. Stormy passed by once and rubbed up against me, letting me give her one quick pet. Then she went to sit in the window awhile. I set Sadi down by the food again once more before I left.

Today I got the food ready for the ladies, then went to go find them. Sadi wasn't under the bed today. She and Stormy were lounging out on the patio, enjoying the rainy day. I grabbed Stormy first, since she was the one that was up and around first. I took a peek at her lip and gave her her meds quick. By the time I walked back out to the patio, Sadi was already making her way to me. She was pretty stuffy today, but once I got her cleaned up, she sounded much better. She came out to the living room with me and got her brush time in. She started purring as soon as I started brushing. Stormy wandered off and went to go eat a bit. Sadi was closing her eyes, happy to be brushed and itched the rest of the time.

Oreo & Stuffs

Today Oreo was already making his way to the door to see me. I saw Stuffs peeking around the corner at the top of the stairs too. I got them their food, and Oreo helped himself to each plate, while I cleaned their box. Both boys followed me to the living room today. They both purred away as I scratched their chins. Stuffs made me laugh, as he kept pawing at my hands if I stopped petting him! Eventually Oreo got tired of his pet time, and he let me know. He gave me a little love nip. Time to play! I got out his toy and he rolled around trying to catch it. Stuffs laid next to me and continued to enjoy his attention. He wandered off later to go eat some food. Oreo followed suit not long after.

Today I didn't see Oreo walking down the stairs when I walked in, but he was right there to meet me in the kitchen. I got his food ready while he waited for me. He followed me into the living room to visit. I heard Stuffs in the kitchen, getting some food while we were in the living room. Oreo was happy to get pet and have his little chin scratched. He grabbed my toes with his paws and rubbed his chin on me. What a goof! After a little while, I got out his brown mouse on a string and we played with that. He was rolling around and flailing all over the place trying to catch it! Stuff came wandering in after that, and sat on the opposite side of me to be pet. I was able to pet both and keep them occupied at the same time. At one point, Oreo stopped playing with his toy and just stared at Stuffs. "Excuse me, she's busy playing with me right now!" He made me laugh. Oreo got over it, and eventually began to get bored with his toy. I got Stuffs playing then for awhile too!

Today I got the girls' food ready and set out Stormy's meds. I found Sadi sleeping soundly under the top end of the bed. I got her up to give her her medications. She nibbled for a minute afterwards, then came right out for her attention. I went on the patio to get Stormy. I picked her up mid-roll on the ground, to get her meds done and over with. As she was rollinh upside down, I got a good look at her lip. It looks much better than the last time I saw her. She kept trying to back off the counter and sneak away, but I gave her a squirt quick, then sent her on her way. I sat with Sadi, who was patiently waiting for me. She got her brush session in. Meanwhile, Stormy came and rubbed past me, and even let me give her a few chin scrathes. I guess she still wants to be friends! Yay! Sadi got pet for awhile too this morning. I found an itchy spot on her chin and she leaned all the way into my hand, so I'd keep going!

Oreo & Stuffs

Oreo climbed down the stairs again today when I arrived, and met me in the kitchen. He rubbed up against my legs for a minute, then sat and watched as I got their food ready. He was sitting in the kitchen waiting for me when I was finished cleaning their box too. He followed me to our spot, then plopped down on the floor. He rolled around and purred while he got his chin scratches. We played a little with his blue mouse toy today. But mostly, he justed wanted lovin! I hadn't seen Stuffs yet, so when Oreo seemed to be bored with me, I went to go look for him. He was just hanging out upstairs, curled up on the ottoman. Stuffs enjoyed some uninterrupted attention for the rest of the time. I gave him a few chin scratches, then he got up. He started walking back and forth by me, so I'd get both sides of him. He made me laugh, because at the end of each pass, he'd stick out a back leg and do a stretch before he turned the other way!

Jerrie & Kimmie

Today Kimmie was sitting by the table in the entryway when I walked in. I gave her a few chin scratches, then went to take care of their things. She sat and waited on the back of the couch, while I vacuumed their kitty litter trail. I sat down to brush Jerrie, who was curled up on his middle tier. Kimmie wandered in behind me and hopped up in the chair with me. She sat next to me and got some more chin scratches. After awhile, she crawled across my lap to get closer to the brush. She scratched her little chin on it a few times, then climbed up to her bed. Jerrie was enjoying his brush time. He got his head rub as well, and he just purred away. They will be very happy to see their people home!
