Oliver & May

This morning when I arrived, Oliver jumped up on the window, barking to say hello. I squeezed my way through the door and said hello back to both of them, giving them hugs and kisses. I gave them their breakfast first. May ate hers all up right away. Oliver took small bites, so it took him a little longer. Once he was done, I gave him a yummy cheese treat with his medicine secretly hidden inside. He gobbled it right up. After that, I took a seat with the two of them in the living room. Oliver jumped up to give me a smooch, then curled up on a chair of his own. May hopped up on my lap seconds later, cuddling with me and keeping me nice and warm. This afternoon, surprisingly Oliver didn't jump up on the window when I arrived. He actually waited patiently inside the door until I came in. They both greeted me again with wagging tails. Oliver saw a person walking, through the window, then bolted through the doggie door to go outside and bark at them. I couldn't help but laugh! May curled up on a chair and got cozy, then Oliver came back in and did the same on the other chair. I gave them a treat before I had to leave. This evening they patiently waited for me behind the door again. I stepped in and Oliver gave me kisses, while May sniffed the bottoms of my jeans. She could tell I was with other doggies earlier. I let them eat after that. They ate a lot faster than this morning. They were hungry puppies. Once they were done, May curled up on one of the steps, while Oliver curled up next to me on the couch. He was such a snuggle bug. Then May got lonely and curled up by my feet for a bit, before wandering over to one of the chairs.

Jimmy, Sugar, Buddy & Charlie

This afternoon I let the pups outside to play for awhile. The ran back and forth, racing the puppy next door most of the time. Jimmy and Sugar would come over by me and make sure I was still there, then quickly run back over by the fence. This evening, it was extremely cold outside. I had to scoot Buddy out the door. He was not happy about the cold. They quickly took care of their business then rushed back to the door. They ran in and gathered in the kitchen, eagerly waiting for their potatoes. After that, Sugar and Buddy ran off and did their own thing, while Jimmy kept me company, attacking me with kisses. A bit later, they heard the word 'treat' and gunned it to their beds.

Jezebel & Biscuit

When I arrived this morning, the pups greeted me at the door with their tails wagging excitedly. Jezebel jumped up and gave me a big hug. I let them outside after the warm welcome. They both took care of their business, then sniffed around for a bit. Jezebel grabbed a toy and started shaking it like crazy. Biscuit patrolled the border of the yard, seeing if the neighbors' dog was out again. They both eventually ran over by me and let me know they were ready to go back in. Then they both snuggled up with me in the living room. They were such cuddle bugs!

Frankie

This evening Frankie ran upto me and sat down by my feet, giving me kisses until I took her out to go potty. We got outside and she took care of her business, then immediately bolted in one direction, taking me by surprise. She must have seen a squirrel or something because I didn't see anything and no one was over there. She definitely got excited about it though. She was jumping all over the place after that. She nearly dragged me all the way back inside, we were running so fast! We got our work out for the night. Once inside again, we relaxed in the warmness. She kept nudging me to keep petting her. If I would even pause for a second, she wouldn't allow it.

Jimmy, Sugar, Buddy & Charlie

This afternoon the pups and I sat outside and soaked up some sun. It was super nice out and they really enjoyed it. Sugar and Jimmy sat with me most of the time. Buddy wandered around the yard, getting the puppy next door all worked up, wanting to play with him. This evening, they burst out of their kennels and raced eachother to the backdoor. They went potty and quickly came back, scratching at the door. Then it was medicine time for the boys. They inhaled their yummy snack in seconds. Then it was lazy time. Jimmy sat by me chewing on a bone, while the other two camped out by the master bedroom again until bedtime.

Jezebel & Biscuit

Both the pups started jumping around when I arrived. They came up and said hi to me. Jezebel gave me kisses, while Biscuit got really close to me and stared at me, demanding I pet him. I let them outside for the rest of the time. It was gorgeous out, and they had a blast running around and playing. They kept barking at the neighbors' dog and running along the fence racing it. They took breaks to come over and sit by me, getting some attention, then going back to their toys.

Zues, Baby & Xena

This afternoon Baby greeted me at the door. Zues started howling excitedly as soon as he saw me. I let them out of their kennels and they bolted for the backdoor. I gathered them all into their fenced area so they could take care of their business. Zues stayed by me for a bit, wanting attention before he did anything. He finally grabbed a ball and started chewing on it. The other two came over and gave me kisses. I scratched Baby's butt and he loved it! He even did a little dance. Xena kept poking her head through the fence to give me kisses and get attention. They were all so lovable!

Frankie

Frankie ran around the couch in circles when I arrived this evening. She seemed to get more and more excited to see me with each visit. They layed down by my feet with her tail wagging like crazy. I got her leash and collar on then we went outside. She sniffed around most of the time. I let her have her fun. She took care of her business eventually. Then we headed back inside before we froze. She sat patiently by my feet again, waiting for her treat. She took it nicely then got a nice long drink. The rest of the time she sat beside me and got loads of attention.

This morning it was super cold outside. I expected the pups the want to go back inside right away, but not today. They ran around and chased eachother, then came and said hi to me every few minutes. This evening I let the pups play outside again for awhile. They seemed more eager to get back inside and eat their taters though. The boys took all their meds, then ate a little bit. When they were done, Buddy and Sugar curled up on the rug by the master bedroom and snuggled and Jimmy snuggled by me in the living room. They seemed pretty sleepy. Then they all bolted to their bedroom for a treat before bed.

Zues, Baby & Xena

The puppies started barking excitedly when I showed up this afternoon. I let Zues and Xena out of their kennels, then let them out back. I finally got them all to go in their side of the yard, so they could stretch their legs and go potty. Zues couldn't concentrate for the first five minutes because he was so excited to have my company. He stayed right next to the fence so I could give him plenty of attention. He finally went and took care of his business so the other two could come say hi to me. Then Baby started sniffing around the yard aimlessly. Xena kept trying to come see me and give me kisses, but Zues would get jealous and plow her out of the way. When it was time to go back in, I put them back in their beds and gave them a yummy treat.
