Suzzie, Heiny, Quartz, Chocolate & Kitty Cat

Today I said hi to the girls at the fence for a little bit before heading inside. Heiny started galloping to the back door when she saw me head to the house. I passed by Kitty sitting in the window, doing a big stretch. She ran to the door to meet me inside. I went down the hall and Chocolate was sunning herself as usual. Quartz was already standing in the sink, waiting for me. I let the ladies inside so they could work on dinner while I cleaned the litterboxes. Kitty always likes to sit and eat from the bowls up above me while I do that. Later, when I went to shut the water off, Quartz was snuggled up on the master bed and Chocolate was sitting pretty on the makeup table! I visited with each of the girls for awhile. Of course Kitty got plenty of attention as well.

Cali

Today Cali was happy to see me, rubbing up against my pant legs as I came inside. She sat at the end of the kitchen and watched me get her food ready. Whenever I glanced over at her, she would drop and start rolling on the ground! She's so silly. I cleaned her box while she ate some of her food. When I returned, she was loving up on my purse again! Next, she wandered over to her paper bag and was rubbing her cheeks on that for awhile. I laid on the floor again today and Cali had fun climbing around on my back. She curled up for a little bit, then we played with her string. When she was bored with that, she hopped up in her chair. Occasionally, she would swat at the string. Otherwise, she pretended to ignore it, all the while keeping a close eye on its every move!

Daisy & Casper

This morning I heard Casper's little bell jingling somewhere in the living room. I went and gathered their dishes for breakfast. Daisy was sitting in the bathroom and started meowing at me as I went by. Casper came running into the kitchen when he heard me open their canned food. But, then he saw me. "Oh it's you!" He turned right around and headed the other way. At least he came out for a little bit this time! Daisy got working on her food while I cleaned litter boxes. Next I fed all the fishies. The beta had me worried for a minute, because he was sitting under the filter tube and wasn't really moving. Luckily, a pellet of food sank down right in front of him and he darted to eat it! Phew! Curious, I went to go search for Casper. I found him in his favorite spot, hiding behind clothes in the closet.

Suzzie, Heiny, Quartz, Chocolate & Kitty Cat

Today Kitty was right by the door, waiting for me to come in. Quartz came and escorted me down the hall to turn on his sink. Chocolate was snuggled up at the top of the pillows today. She looked over the top and gave me a cute look. She just wanted a good chin scratch! I let the girls in to work on their dinner. I spent some time by Heiny first, then went to sit with Suzzie. She barked at Kitty again today when she got too close to her food. Otherwise, she didn't care if Kitty was in there. After Kitty got barked at, she sat in the laundry room grumpily. Heiny didn't want to cross her path! After a little while she was back in my me, purring away in my lap. When I went back to see Quartz and Chocolate, they both were lounging on the bed. Quartzie sprawled out, reaching for me to pet him.

Frankie

Frankie was all set and ready to go out when I arrived. She quickly sat by the door so I could put on her collar and leash. We headed out and she sniffed around for awhile. She went potty then just started wandering. After a few minutes, I brought her back inside so she could have her dinner. She quickly ate, then ran back over by me for snuggles.

Cali

Cali was busy rolling around on the floor today when I came to see her. She rubbed up against my legs while I got her a new can of food to eat. She worked on that while I scooped her litterbox. When I finished, she was ready and waiting for me. Cali was in a playful mood today! She swatted at and rolled around with her shoe string for quite awhile. She would take a break to rub up against a box on the floor or the post. Later, she gave herself a little bath, gently cleaning her face with her paw. When she finished with that, it was time to snuggle up on her favorite chair for awhile. She got down to snack on her food again before I left.

Chloe

This morning Chloe sleepily jumped down from her cozy spot by the window to come say hi to me. She raced me to the backdoor so she could go potty. It was cold and rainy out, but she didn't mind. She still took care of her business as usual. When she came back in, I sat with her while she had a few bites for breakfast. Then we played with her toy monkey for a bit, and she loved that! When she got tired, she curled up on my lap, belly up, so I could scratch her tummy for her. She was not hard to please.

Gabbie, Hudson, Zel & Black

This morning Black greeted me in the garage again. He smothered me with kisses and wagged his tail excitedly. I headed inside to let out the little ones. I took them out. They didn't stay out for very long because it was cold and wet from the rain earlier. I cleaned off all their little paws then brought them back inside to eat. After that, they all curled up around me for a nap. This afternoon, I gave Black a little attention before going inside. Then I went and let the other three out. They were so happy. It was a lot nicer out then it was this morning. Black even came over to say hi to them. Gabbie was running around and trying to play with Zel and Hudson. Zel was more into wandering the yard, but Hudson gladly chased her back. I let them mess around for awhile, then they came over by the gate when they were ready to go back in.

Gabbie, Hudson, Zel & Black

This evening when I arrived I was greeted by Black right inside the garage. He was so happy to see me, he was running in circles and licking my hand excitedly. I had to stop and give him some hugs, he was too cute! Then I went in and let the little ones out. While they were busy, I got their food ready. I brought them back in one at a time, then they all scarfed down their supper. Once that was done, it was playtime. They were all running around and chasing eachother, until Zel decided to chew on her bone. Then Hudson wanted to snuggle with me. He is such a lover! Gabbie ran around and did her own thing, barking everytime she heard a neighbors dog bark. Then after a bit, it was outside again. I brought them all in and put them to bed. Then I fed Black on my way out. He was ready for bed too.

Frankie

This evening Frankie met me at the door as usual, excited as ever to see she had some company. I quickly put her collar and leash on so we could go outside. She went potty for me right away, so we didn't have to stay in the cold very long. Once we were back inside, Frankie ate her dinner. Then it was snuggle time. She wanted belly rubs and tummy scratches and everything. So I sat beside her on the floor and cuddled her to her hearts content. Then before I left, she got a yummy treat.
